    We changed to iiNet last yr & all the problems we had with Telstra went away. He was like yeah it’s because infrastructure changed what? We haven’t been living here long. He was like you mustn’t have been having much problems. Um? We were in contact about the problems constantly.

    I've moved house 6 times in the past 5 years. Every time I've moved Telstra tries is choke our internet and not give us speeds we are paying for hoping we don't do anything about it. **** you scummy *****.

    @Telstra Yes I do have the app... phone has been ok since the wifi came back. I only seem to ever get a max of 2 bars on my phone at home. I’ll contact the help. Thanks

    @Telstra There is network update which started yesterday and finishes Friday so that would explain the iPad but my phone was on the network and there was no know outages. We’ve been having slow internet for some months now.

    @Telstra you are a disgrace. Called to reschedule an NBN appointment and you disconnected me. Dealt with two agents who were quite possible the worst I ever dealt with. The call back was was 50 mins late and then as we were testing he hung up.... case ID 12645473 I expect a call

    @Telstra @TelcoOmbudsman @TelcoOmbudsman, Telstra should be fined billions for the way they treat their customers. Shareholder return (paltry as it is) and executive bonuses are, one imagines, the only thing that matters to them. Is Telstra motto ‘just serve the customers ****’?
