@NickRossTech Meanwhile @Telstra have apparently sold Velocity network but keep telling people who've had no internet for weeks in some areas that repairs are on the way. Has Velocity been sold? If so who's doing the maintenance? Who's getting the speed bump scam revenue?

@Telstra I won’t be hiding this in a DM. I have an adsl service, slow but I accept that as it’s good enough when working, however it has a known fault you refuse to repair, it is now so unreliable I have to pay for a second mobile broadband plan as backup, it also is poor as it on 3g.

@Telstra In the last 2 months you have changed both these plan’s to a higher charge in the guise of giving extra data, both are so slow I can’t use the extra data even it I wanted. So I pay even more for nothing.
