@benjaminwthomas @woolworths Not sure if u have the same problem but I haven’t had service/function on my mobile for the last 32 hours. Spoke to person @woolworths and they indicated Telstra’s resolution time is 7 days. No choice but to switch provider even though I have been very happy with woolies

@Telstra Hi, they promised to send an engineer down, but they never came to our knowledge and said they did and now our net is supposedly fix! You won’t take our case seriously because we need to disconnect 5x within the day. When we do disconnect 5x, your system says otherwise.

@SC21012022 Telstra seems to be the way to go other providers either use part of the Telstra network or that of Optus and Vodafone.

@Telstra As of today it is no longer doing it. Looks like the developers fixed the issue and the beta version is not being shown now.

Dear @Telstra Your telstra rewards program is a scam I've been given the run around for 3 bloody days sorting out a parcel you messed up and the Gold tier rewards support team is utterly useless ... you misshipped it and you don't have the ability to solve this..

@andrewjhansen @AAMI Have had the same thing with @Telstra. You have to navigate a bunch of pre-recorded crap BEFORE they let you know that the call centre isn’t operating
