    @Telstra I live in Melbourne and don't get 5g service on an iPhone 12. Been on hold for over 5 hours trying to resolve this. Poor performance all around really 😞

    @smodicus @Telstra @Telstra Ivan have you even tried contacting your own company as a customer? I've been waiting to speak to someone for 6 months, and I am absolutely fed up. I won't be paying my last bill and i want you to tell me how I can cancel the service immediately
