    @canberraseal @Telstra @Optus But if the customer actively follows up faults, poor service, missing modems etc - silence... or an automated ‘take a number’ response. Same applies when given a 4hr window to be at home for a tech (who are usually very nice BTW). But have an overdue bill... whoa!

    @Telstra @bushplato I might add that if I told my customers that I couldn't talk to them for 36-48 hours, I would not have any customers. The customer has a problem NOW and you are telling them that their concerns are not important. Telstra needs to enhance their customer service, not cleaning.

    @Telstra ok, if I use VPN to connect to Aus network and type "consultant" in the chat, then a human will come up am I correct?

    @bushplato I went to a Telstra shop, dongle died no internet, only take appointments, regardless of urgency, come back in 2 days. Went to another Telstra shop 15 mins away, they don't take appointments because of staff shortages, problem solved on the spot. Depends on the store, franchisee.

    I went to NT Technology Katherine because they are the local Telstra shop and need help with my phone and was told they can't help? I thought that's what Telstra stores are for to help the paying customers. I'll go back later and see the management instead of the front counter.

    Get a load of this Telstra. Just contacted apple on iPad problem. Had not finished contact on iPad and they rang me back. How good is that.

    @1975linds the quality will go bad once the show starts if you’re with telstra
