    @canberraseal @Telstra @Optus But if the customer actively follows up faults, poor service, missing modems etc - silence... or an automated ‘take a number’ response. Same applies when given a 4hr window to be at home for a tech (who are usually very nice BTW). But have an overdue bill... whoa!

    @Telstra are you able to log into my message conversation that i had? what details do i need to provide so you can do this? There is so much to explain and too painful to repeat i have also logged a complaint there is reference 08447168. please help get some service and over the phone!

    @Telstra So @andy_penn, your team says that the outage tracker doesn’t even work to identify outages. Is this the standard you endorse at #telstra ?

    @PaulFletcherMP Hi Paul, I’m a teacher at a school with terrible internet. We had Telstra install a new internet line in 2020 and I can confirm our issues are not our making but the result of faults in the line. How are we supposed to believe your govt can deliver when clearly it can’t??

    @andy_penn - your service is awful. 2.5 hours and counting to have broadband service restored after a 4 day outage ended at 6pm. White light in the online indicator for NBN FTTB. Zero comms from #telstra. Total waste of time.

    At no point, none, has he personally addressed any of the issues at hand. Everything is being managed as if he works for Telstra.
