@canberraseal @Telstra @Optus But if the customer actively follows up faults, poor service, missing modems etc - silence... or an automated ‘take a number’ response. Same applies when given a 4hr window to be at home for a tech (who are usually very nice BTW). But have an overdue bill... whoa!

@Telstra Your web messaging support is so awful. It takes hours to get even simple information, they don’t answer the questions you ask, and I get “transferred” to a new person who wants to go through everything again rather than reading the history. Onshore these jobs.

@Telstra Tried literally everything and everything leads to the robot hanging up on me after telling me opening hours. I can't wait to see my next bill I'm sure Telstra will want more money even after not being able to use the internet service.

@iiNet Back on now but this is more than troubleshooting. I'd say wet spring in bad telstra pits and overly split copper. Up to 5 times a day drops out for 15 to 30 mins at a time and o switch to phone for work. No sign of getting better ... @NBN_Australia
