@canberraseal @Telstra @Optus But if the customer actively follows up faults, poor service, missing modems etc - silence... or an automated ‘take a number’ response. Same applies when given a 4hr window to be at home for a tech (who are usually very nice BTW). But have an overdue bill... whoa!

@Telstra About 18 months. But that’s not the problem. The problem is the tower! My Hub, my phone, my sons phone, my friends phone, the guy down the street phone all have the same issue!!! I don’t have any problems when I travel to work only when I’m in my area. #fixthetowers

@Telstra Expecting that the technician can solve my issue on Monday. Otherwise, this will need to be escalated. Three days wait is ridiculous and you are not offering the “great” service Telstra says they do!

@Telstra Internet outage. Called Telstra 133 933 and told office closed. What a complete joke. In this technological age Telstra doesn’t support its customers 24/7

Delays procrastination and obfuscation are all that @telstra really offers clients. Their processes are hopeless and if u get caught in the customer service trap you are doomed. I am in my 4th week of waiting for my Telstra iPhone to be provisioned. #auspol @PaulFletcherMP #TIO

@Telstra I reported a fault on Tuesday - technician was meant to attend Thursday and never turned up, promised a call today which never happened call centres closed and no one responds on the “24/7” chat on the app!!!!! Any chance of some help??

@Telstra So, till then I have to have no internet and pay for a service that I am not getting whilst I travel to work and risk my life in a global pandemic!
