@canberraseal @Telstra @Optus But if the customer actively follows up faults, poor service, missing modems etc - silence... or an automated ‘take a number’ response. Same applies when given a 4hr window to be at home for a tech (who are usually very nice BTW). But have an overdue bill... whoa!

the tile devices use bluetooth so they are perfect for a grid down application. And seriously if you know the grid is going down then you get yourself in order before it completely collapses. That is our local @telstra mobile towers have limited battery backup for a few

@NBN_Australia @lsilkab In no way, shape or form is online gaming on SkyMuster going to work. Ping is up to 1500ms. It's unfeasable. You aren't going to fix my Telstra issue either but thanks for asking.

  • tradrmum Get the Hegel outta here (@tradrmum) reported

@Telstra how is it your 4 & 5G coverage up the Hume from Melb to Albury is soooo poor?

  • sacarlin48 Anne Carlin #VoteYes (@sacarlin48) reported

@PeterKlages @Telstra Disastrous long term history with Telstea. Planned to ditch them when we moved down here 7 years ago but thwarted as the internet connection was through Foxtel cable so it was Telstra or go back to ADSL. Celebrated when NBN came as I could ditch #Telstra for all time.

  • Burnie33509316 Burnie (@Burnie33509316) reported

@PeterKlages @Telstra Privatisation of utilities, communication, public transport and care industries over decades has proven to reduce quality of service & raise prices. Corporations exist only to provide maximum profit to shareholders. They simply allow companies to skim profit from public services.

@hosko @PeterKlages @Telstra Adam wins! Can't think of anywhere worse than Centrelink for customer service, not even sure it is in their handbook.

  • ChrisJKearney Chris Kearney (@ChrisJKearney) reported

@Telstra I’ve tried through the website and My Telstra app but still getting the same issue. Even tried on Wifi vs. 5G on the phone and different browsers on my computer but still can’t claim anything.

  • Gergyl Gerg (@Gergyl) reported

@pblakez No. Was planning to, but with 3 bars of signal, never bothered. Maybe should try that first. There's now even a bit of Telstra 5g signal on the front verandah (no, they will not sell me one of their cheap 5g home internet plans). Did you install yourself?

  • natty7722 Nat_Maughan77 (@natty7722) reported

@telstra you say your the best service in Australia. So why can't I watch kayo on the road with full bars. Very disappointed customer.
