Same applies when given a 4hr window to be at home for a tech (who are usually very nice BTW). But have an overdue bill... whoa!

Everything was planned and well thought out. All the others had either ups issues or suffered from old gear or spaghetti cabling. I believe they're buried in OHS these days, too hard to access.
