@Telstra No I have not. I understand there was a problem earlier. I tried to call to sort it and was told Telstra had another problem relating to accessing customer details.

@Telstra I’m still unable to connect. I understand there’s a NEW issue relating to accessing customer accounts. Very unhappy. Have been on the phone twice, into a store once and online chat once. Problem remains unresolved. Do not have sale reference number with me

@Telstra @PipCrook It’s network wide, (country areas anyway) constantly swapping from 3 to 4G, bugger all signal on either. Less than a km from tower getting 3G. We are stuffed when they turn that off.
@clothedvillainy Pick up the telephone this instant and change providers. Life is far, far too short for this aggro. I've been with TeleChoice (uses the Telstra network) for yonks and they're great. 28 buckaroos for 28GB with data banking feels like the sweet spot.
Has anyone had much success using Wi-Fi calling with their mobile? I try to use it via my @Telstra home internet as phone reception is terrible. It is definitely in my top ten of underwhelming experiences. Often no connection, constant call drop outs - any tips welcome.

@Telstra That’s because it was cancelled, however it’s still active from a billing side as my post paid account is attached to it. It’s still showing up under the My Telstra app. This is the answer I always seem to get but it never gets resolved properly. Best to send me a DM.
@Telstra I have to say, following emails with Telstra since September for a change of ownership, & we're still going with it and constantly get people whose English language skills are poor to say the least, is an epic fail for outsourcing & an advertisement to try elsewhere, imo
Just had a scam called from the "Telstra Security Team" because they detected hackers attacking my internet which is causing it to slow down. They could help me by protecting my servers. Started by wanting to know what device I used to connect to the internet... hung up.
@UnitedEnergyAU Have received texts from Telstra and Foxtel regarding service disruption due to planned power outage in my area (3189/3204) tomorrow. No information at all available from United Energy. What is happening please?
@Telstra No but others now on FB have attested to problems. Last night suggestion was reset my phone . Luckily I ignored that advice from Telstra. No mention made of outage. Now however a message just arrived about an outage. Prob across all Newcastle area?
