    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @Telstra Still you own the data so you can not put blame on the 3rd party and its equal responsibility of telestra to protect the customer confidential data.

    @Kells8681 @Telstra I use Optus, I have never had any problems with the NBN. Not sure about rural areas.

    @pccasegear Might I add, this will probably never be upgraded, and Telstra don't care at all, neither does the government. It gets to the point to have standard internet you just gotta move house

    @Telstra Your customer service is rubbish. My bill hasn’t been updated since January as promised. I waited 7 months for internet I have been ignored by your team whilst asking basic questions. You confirmed that you’ve turned my services off without warning or justification.

    @Telstra Well, that’s on 5G. My NBN speed was barely 30Mbps on Telstra, crept up to 38Mbps after switching to Aussie Broadband. And ditched it all for Starlink, where I routinely get 200Mbps+. Just a pity I can’t get an unlimited home 5G plan … or a decent signal in my house.

    @Telstra absolutely ridiculous customer support service for the issue that is almost 10 days old now! The same issue needs to be repeated to every single agent and same resolution steps! Total waste of time with no resolution at all.

    @Telstra24x7 HELP! Trying to pay a bill that's due today, however the Telstra 24x7 app is stuck on a loading screen after I hit the 'Pay Now' button. Has been doing this for the last hour.
