@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

@Juanita_Phillip we use Telstra - $90/month land line and unlimited nbn. Very few if any issues (we keep land Lind for emergencies) know what we’re paying each month - all easily tracked through app

@Telstra Hopeless. I want assistance with my landline - it's still out. There is no mobile service here and the disaster relief application only applies to mobiles. We rely on landlines because the wifi calling is impossible to use. I pay my mobile bill because it's available 1/2

@ShortyWest2 @Optus Optus are tighter than a fish's butt hole~ they promised me heaps of credits they owe me for in the 22 years I was with them,,never saw a cant,,glad I changed to Telstra!

@Telstra @Telstra Do you not see the irony in your ad yet the comments are regarding issues with your existing infrastructures, which I will add too. I bought a house Q4-21 <3km f/- CBD w/- an existing NBN line, which has not worked once since moving in, yet still receive same mthly bill

@Telstra Yep I was told the problem should fixed in 48 hrs!! That was weeks ago!! Several reports have been entered about the problem yet it just goes around in circles. My next step will be contacting the telecommunications.
