@TPG_Telecom She's done this and spent 15 hours on the phone to no avail. She spend $400 to change her provider to Telstra due to TPG'S failure to address the phone line being broken

So anytime the weather is bad our internet dies. Tried to call @Telstra about it last night because we’re certain it’s a faulty modem but apparently their call centres are no longer 24 hrs. It’s going to be a long lockdown.

@Telstra my contract is coming to and end and I can’t get any customer service even though I am paying my bills. How do I cancel my account! if you pull your finger out change it! If I am over charged past my contract I won’t be paying as there is no customer service. #telstra

Dude rings me on the phone and says he is here to fix our NBN which drops out intermittently 228 times a day and says “can you come out and open the gate” , I say “it’s not locked, slide it to the right”, he says “ no I can’t open it”. That’s confidence thanks Telstra!

@revolios @Telstra I actually can’t agree with you more. The frustrating thing is I have been redeployed in another large company to help with the call centre backlog and I currently can’t do that because Telstra didn’t see the value in moving their own staff remotely.

Due to no Nbn yet, Telstra are going to prove me with a NETGEAR Nighthawk M2 mobile broadband device and temporary mobile broadband service at no cost. If it arrives before com day I will go live.

@katehodgson_au It’s been the most unreliable service since the day we switched over. Every time it rains the net goes down and Telstra has just shrugged when we’ve complained. Now their call centres aren’t operating on the weekends and their live chat isn’t always online.

@JenBrockie @Telstra I had MEGA issues with Telstra recently and contacted the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. The very next day Telstra called me and the ridiculously LONG-STANDING was sorted out. Perhaps give them a call. 💜

@Telstra Well here we are DAY 26, still no ADSL, nothing done about useless 4G signal (for smart modem to run on during ADSL outage). And after spending hours on PM's get my complaints manager calling to say...yep Friday 7pm - the same thing we get told every week.

@Telstra NBN is saying my presmisss can already be upgraded and that I just need to contact Telstra. I clicked on the link and filled in the form and it won’t accept as all I need to do is upgrade my plan. The problem is Telstra website does not recognize my address as being upgraded.

@Telstra why is it so hard to upgrade from NBN FTTN to NBN FTTP? I have received letters that I can upgrade and the nbn website says to contact you but when I go into the store or contact “gold” support I get silence? Why is it so hard to help your customers?
