    @Telstra I have now registered a complaint as well. The reference is 11020. I dont believe Telstra at this stage understand the impact of removing a connection without informing the customer specually when the customer has essential services running over the connection

    @Telstra Several of us have had problems all afternoon. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Restarted, the whole shebang. It really isn’t good enough when this is the ONLY way to watch games.

    @Telstra I am already doung that but i do expect Telstra to be a bit more proactive when they have gone ahead and deactivated my phone and internet without informing me. The customer experience couldnt be worse

    @Telstra I am paying $90 a month for internet. Yet you can't even provide a service that doesn't drop out all day. A little bit of rain and lightning shouldn't affect it! How can you call yourself the best provider in australia when you can't provide a stable connection!

    @Midbeast @Telstra What I usually do, is ask my neighbours what isp they use then I copy, been with telstra, optus, Vodafone, tpg is probably the worst
