@Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

@Telstra Supposedly, until a technician can be sent out on Monday. I'm still on the backup connection, with greatly varying degrees of speed, though very rarely getting above 3 Mbps and often below 1 Mbps (with a green signal strength).

@Telstra Hi Emily, for 2 evenings, 1 morning & now this morning too we have been having v.slow unusable internet. Neighbour too. We have rebooted all, blackbox reboot helped temp. Now not. SmartModem mobile mode better but not fast. Speedtest says ok, although uploads v.low.

But go ahead Georgie, get Victorians angry & upset right now, it's exactly the kind of support they need from a govt rep. Self centred much!
