@Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

@Telstra Have rung that link 2 days in a row. 1st day on line for 1hr and today over 1 1/2 before i gave up. No service just on hold

@Telstra - typical service standards - NONE - no e-mail service for 2 grs - & they will say “sorry - again” - absolute rubbish

So I'm pretty sure my mobile no has been spoofed. Two people have called me today saying they missed my call and they both had my name - they said it came up when "I" called them. Naturally I can't get through to @Telstra about the issue..

@alexmakin @Telstra I remember when Telstra was publicly owned. Not only was the service better, it didn’t rip people off, hardware was much better maintained, it was HEAPS cheaper AND it gave the govt a huge amount of money every year. Selling Telstra was incredibly stupid. Thanks, LNP.

@Telstra My home modem is running on backup. I’ve used the mytelstra app messaging service and the text tool. The responses are robots. Nobody has ring me despite requesting call backs. The outage tools says no outages on my area... haha. Very very poor service.

@iiNet ADSL internet down since yesterday morning. Now told it’s due to a @Telstra outage in the area. Expected date of reconnection 22/1. Over a week to fix a fault! And you thought 2020 got off to a bad start #WorkFromHome Not.

@alexmakin @Telstra Yep. Several‘ve overcharged. Like Optus in 2000 charged me $70 for a period of 2 or 3 days after they were supposed to have cut off the service. “Prove you weren’t there”. I said I sold my house, I have proof. “Not good enough”. I WAS ON THE SPIRIT OF TASMANIA THE FIRST NIGHT. HA
