@Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

@ab_tal @OptusFail Same here. Mind you I once said similarly upset things about Telstra, but that was 25 years ago. They seem to have exchanged places in the intervening years. The slight extra expense has been worth it in a non-eventful, consistent service I don’t need to think about kinda way.

@Telstra like @bradleach I’ve had problems contacting Telstra support. Was directed to 24/7 app by staff instore on Friday (their system was down).after two attempts with online chat (couple hours no response). Online support needs fixing

Here we go again @Telstra. With the arrival of the rain comes the crappy home internet connection in Burraneer. Ground pits flooded again @NBN_Australia Please don’t ask me to phone people. Hey NBN fix it so it doesn’t keep on happening.

It's also about trust can you trust @Telstra to take out only the agreed amount each month? From my experiences in the last 12 months, no. Slapping on some extra bill charges without first notifying me or signing other people up to things they never agreed to. Sorry, no.

Day 1 of a 3rd lockdown and our wifi booster has stopped working... worked perfectly fine last night.... and to make matters worse its a Saturday so @Telstra probably won't be able to even try help us till Monday... gonna be a fun locked in weekend i can already see.... :(
