    @Telstra Your “tech team”is a joke. They go through a script regardless of the problem. They never follow up or fix the issue. They ask the same questions repeatedly. It’s a Telstra problem at Telstra’s end and they won’t fix it unless forced to when the Ombudsman gets involved.

    @BroHilderchump @Foxtel I spend quite a considerable amount per month on 4 Telstra services only because its hard enough to get Telstra to fix issues with their equipment let alone another communications company with no regional tech teams. Yes i have jumped through their hoops many a time too.

    @fuq_le When mine works I get faster than that but it’s unstable. I think the rain effects the infrastructure down the road but Telstra inconveniences customers wasting our time rather than fixing the problem permanently.

    Hi @Telstra I've received my first contact from you - 3 weeks after lodging a complaint. I phoned the number & entered the PIN you provided. A recorded message told me the centre is closed & to phone back between 7am and 7pm. What timezone should I be using? Thanks Kenny x

    @brofrog21 They wont tell you that, but it's cheaper than having them in Australia, or heaven forbid an actual service desk in towns and cities that isn't a Telstra Shop.
