2/2 Any media want to cover this? I am so over Telstra and their inability to understand their own stuff-ups and privacy breaches and fix this situation. @ABC @GuardianAus

  • leanne1cutler Leanne Cutler (@leanne1cutler) reported

We are on our 5th call to @telstra in 2 days and they just argue and tell us what they can’t. No solution in site. Their Twitter person wants to help but the link they sent for verification dies not work. This is hell! #hell #telstrahell #fixtelstra Taking action!

@Telstra when did you start requiring direct debit for your plans? You're about to lose a 10-year mobile customer. We've already left you as an internet provider. Disappointing.

  • Hashmat_M Hashmat Moslih (@Hashmat_M) reported

@Telstra You get paid for saying sorry it is not genuine and Telstra is the worst company

  • leanne1cutler Leanne Cutler (@leanne1cutler) reported

2/2 @Telstra @NBN_Australia Have any of you made a claim for business loss against them? Official complaint definitely! But will phones and internet be fixed today?🤪 or Monday even? See previous tweet #incompetence #fixtelstra @PaulFletcherMP

  • Curtistopheles_ Curtie DasBiest (@Curtistopheles_) reported

Why is @Telstra so awful. You’d think with the biggest **** in the game, you’d not suck so badly and just be cool to your customers. You lost my 1792 corporate phones because of a 1000$ principal matter on my personal account. That’s 4.3mill/year…shoulda hired better CSA’s

  • whophd Cᴷhͤrⁿiͭsͥᵃⁿ (@whophd) reported

@Taraustralis Oh! Have you been burned specifically by ShopMate or, for instance, Parcel Lockers? It’s a large enough business not to judge monolithically. Telstra’s the same — their mobile network is technically marvellous, but as for retail functions, well …
