    @telstra WHY can we not speak to an actual person in billing anymore? Forced to use the messaging system for 'efficiency' and having to follow up over and over for more billing overcharge credits I was advised would be applied - Customer Service - NOT! Your system is broken.

    @Telstra Thank you Luke, persistence eventually paid off and my query was answered and resolved. These frustrating delays happen far too frequently regardless whether trying to resolve a billing or service issue, or purchase a new item or service.

    @kochie_online in regard to Cashcow as from the 15/12 Telstra and some others are not supporting this phone number anymore so if you wish to get people in please address this issue I have been a sunrise family member since it started and now they are cutting Cashcow?

    @QandA For a Communications Industry Telstra is the Worst communicator - Why has it got Worse? Most UNFriendly for those most vulnerable - cannot Speak With one person in Australia - let alone LOCAL and/or Same Person relate to Same issue - MADNESS Incorporated & Steal money.

    @Telstra No good. It was hours of back and forth. They said they added more data, but nothing has changed seemingly. Still slow. And we STILL don’t know when the cable outside will be replaced which is crucial.

    @Telstra when do you plan to actually give people the service they are paying for? Will STILL have no cable restored, and we are trying to run a business from home. 2.5 weeks of going around and around and around in circles, in between SILENCE from you.

    Seriously @NBN_Australia and @Telstra since going across to NBN there is always an excuse for internet being down. “Upgrades” they say! It’s crazy the down time my internet has !
