    @NBN_Australia leasing @Telstra copper with @Optus as a retailer is a perfect example of how three providers is not better than one. A lot of 👉👈 finger pointing as to who has the issue all the while the customer (me) with awful internet....#sortitout

    Really p-ed off at @Telstra continuing to sell my elderly parents products they don't need. Son1 is down there trying to sort out the pile of mess. Bloody predatory stuff IMO.

    Stressed out today. Going onto the dreaded NBN HFC. Heard nothing but bad things about the Arcadyan Modem from Telstra. Especially how its causing all sorts of issues with Xbox.

    @SharonHepworth3 Ouch! No I would lodge a complaint with their customer service- worth a try, especially if you’re a long-term customer.. We had similar issues with excessive roaming charges from Telstra, they were good about it.

    @Telstra Sure; just trying to get the facts straight for when I make that complaint. From what you’re saying, it sounds like that SIM shouldn’t have worked at all! (Since it wasn’t on a valid plan for overseas)

    @Telstra I keep getting told 24-48 hours and it will be completed, this was last week. I rang up on Thursday and I was told to wait another 72 hours. Absolute nonsense, just fix it or if you can’t tell me and I will go elsewhere.

    @Telstra I’d be happy if you’d make my adsl work first, everytime I talk to an employee no one can give me an answer to what the problem is. And you have the cheek to send me the bill within the first 2 days. Terrible customer service too, useless.

    @FionaLakeAus @always_farmer @GusWhyte @Telstra The local @Telstra store is appalling, told my father in his late 60s to wait and hour and a half to pay a bill. Won’t let you in basically as there is a gatekeeper who trolls the entrance collecting details and assigning you a spot in line. Absolutely no customer service at all

    @Telstra your service is disgraceful. I have four accounts with you and yet you continue to bombard me daily with automated phone calls for an individual called ‘Casey Robinson’ that is not me. I call to tell you to stop and your call centre staff could not care less. Appalling.

    @Telstra Oh Telstra thank you. But there’s nothing wrong with your service. I can only utilise my @Optus mobile through wifi calling etc.I have no service otherwise. The trouble is you guys also say I would have 4G at address,I’m scared about switching if the same thing occurs.

    @Optus Signed up after years with Telstra. Optus has the worst customer service I've experienced. Spent a week getting nowhere just to activate sim. Honestly, don't do it.

    @Telstra Apparently no issue was identified as on their end everything looked fine, we’re being sent another modem but I hardly think that’s good enough nor do I even think that has anything to do with the issue, begs the question as to why we’re paying for this service

    @Telstra yet i see no proposed plans from @Telstra in RFNSA. Can someone please confirm the future plans of mobile coverage in this area. Cant fathom that the biggest mobile operator of a country has coverage issues in metro area of the biggest city in 2022.

    @Telstra I have had two orders for Telstra Velocity cancelled without notice. The first time "system glitch" second time is inexplicable. Both times I've been on the phone for 4+ hours including sales and support. 0/5. I just want my internet connected.
