    @Telstra My 92 yr Dad had a dead landline yesterday. Telstra made an appt 1000hrs-1400 hrs today to fix it. Said there was no outage. He sat there for all that time but no-one came because app at 11am it was an outage .NO-ONE WENT TO TELL HIM ..HE STILL DIDN'T KNOW AT 5PM !!!1/2

    @Telstra How are they supposed to contact him when he doesn't have a freaking phone. Last ctc I had was the tech would def be there to see him. I live 2 hours away and no-one let me know it was now an outage anyway. Only found out when I still couldn't call him. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

    @Telstra Thanks - I have removed that post - just getting frustrated with the whole process! The problem is that I only have one band of broadband and I can’t connect the CCTV? I have spoken to 3 different service people and nothing? Not even a call back? Wasted hours!

    @Telstra I have not been able to connect to our home wifi we have tried to get Telstra to fix it and they told me it was my phone but apple has checked my phone and told me my updates have not been done but there is also the issue of me getting cut off when I talk to my sister
