@Telstra why did Telstra the gap shut down? It was great for us in western Brisbane.

  • Dudebank 🚁BrendanDwyer #Veteran (@Dudebank) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@simonahac @Telstra Australia is a backwater nation re internet. That is just ridiculous. I'm on my around Oz road trip and Vodaphone have been woeful the whole way. Their claim "we have works in that area" is just BS and getting old. I contacted the Ombudsman on it. Many more telco problems here.

  • liliabernede Lilia (@liliabernede) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra We were trying to connect a new cable adapter which we were given by Telstra because the performance of our old one was slow. The new adapter was not connecting but no one could tell us why. We have had to switch back to using the slow old adapter....

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@jessdotceee It's a plan to get Kayo subscribers. For Telstra customer's $15 per month. Clearly a long planned move. But yeah harsh if FTA is your only option

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@zanerednwhite Yeah $15 you could use Chromecast screen resolution might be poor mine 780p. I got a Telstra TV gen 3 off Facebook marketplace there were plenty of Gen 2 for $35. Resolution seemed better. $15 month to month seems ok to me

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Primmy8 @zanerednwhite I have a Chromecast as well. Second hand Telstra TV seems to get better picture resolution

  • JamesCridland James Cridland (@JamesCridland) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@EverywhereTrip @Telstra I’ve personally found their tech to be very good indeed, but dealing with their customer service to be similar to repeatedly stubbing your toe while being stung by a wasp. We have one Telstra mobile left in the house - I moved everything else away.

  • emeerana Imran Ali Rana (@emeerana) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Fix your **** @Telstra don't let your customers switch to Optus. ******* nightmare!

  • jaseclamp Jase Clamp (@jaseclamp) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

This is the second time this has happened. Last time, the technician said "someone must have accidentally disconnected the physical line at the exchange". What are you going to do to fix this @Telstra ?

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@lucky703 @zanerednwhite I have only seen offers for Telstra customer's

  • MrBlairHughes Blair Hughes (@MrBlairHughes) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Someone remind me again please, but if I'm a Telstra customer, how do I watch @NRL @AFL streaming on phone? Is it still free or gotta go via Kayo? Did Telstra do anything for existing customers? Cheers

  • wildnez Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra @TelstraBcast why am I receiving bills from you? I am not even a customer, I do not use your services except for a pre-paid sim. See below: ACCOUNT NUMBER 2000 70685 8774 BILL NUMBER 163 0778 161

  • Maintenonmadame Jane #Notshot Pepper 🎀 (@Maintenonmadame) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@manjusrii Not this year so far, but I keep getting obviously scam emails re a payment problem of my Telstra a/c.

  • liliabernede Lilia (@liliabernede) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra we have been chatting with several of your support team officers since yesterday afternoon because of issues we are having our wifi at home and it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get a straight answer about what’s going on.

  • tajpmahal TAJ PABARI 🇦🇺 (@tajpmahal) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@VodafoneAU poor form guys. Office modem you supplied faulty - 2 weeks of back and forth, 2 hours on hold yesterday, no solution on how to pickup new modem. First day w/ @Telstra NBN today. You lost a loyal customer of 8 years. 7 mobile + NBN connections @VodafoneAU

  • emeerana Imran Ali Rana (@emeerana) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@ozi_puppy @Telstra Exactly... need to finally switch. Even ******* app is not working, they worst app by any blood sucker.

  • scully65 michael scully (@scully65) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra: you need to address the level of stupid in your corporate structure. Alas, I’m contacting you again to repair the same silly problem. Why is this taking 6 months?

  • jaseclamp Jase Clamp (@jaseclamp) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@telstra review my chat support transcript and tell me why its not appalling, infuriating & utterly negligent. Phone line down 4 months. Kids can't dial 000. Your chat support ppl detect the fault and do absolutely nothing to resolve.

  • IanRobert_60 IanRob (@IanRobert_60) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Sorry I couldn’t reply because 3G is intermittent in Woodgate as well. When it all came back on it wasn’t relevant . Pretty poor really when infrastructure’s already in place

  • liliabernede Lilia (@liliabernede) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @Telstra Still slow

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • roobiefox Taylor Jane (@roobiefox) reported

Is it easy to make changes to your Telstra account? No. Do Telstra ensure you are not billed for any services you no longer have? Also no. Are Telstra competent in providing simple and satisfactory service? **** no. Telstra make simple things very complicated. #telstra sucks 🤬

  • victa810 Dennis Robinson (@victa810) reported

@roobiefox A couple of years ago I had an interesting dispute with Telstra. I was getting nowhere with them till I got an expert to come in and look at things. Telstra agreed with his report, were very generous in their settlement, and I have had no further trouble. But no nothing is easy.

  • kirby1fan Mr. :) (@kirby1fan) reported

4/4 bars = service 3/4 bars = some service 2/4 bars = no service. Thanks #telstra for your bs coverage map

  • CaptJeff 💧💉Capt. Jeff⚓️❤️💛🖤ANTIFA (@CaptJeff) reported

@roobiefox Telstra , second only to QANTAS fir corporate greed, have got even better at reaming out their customers for money. They hide behind their App now, I was on the phone for over an hour to sort a simple problem. And I’m a gold customer…FMD…whoopee!

  • Amanda49349985 Amanda (@Amanda49349985) reported

According to the @AmazonAustralia driver I need to contact you @Telstra cos "Your message was not delivered because the texting session has expired. For help, please contact customer service."

  • kimhonan Kim Honan (@kimhonan) reported

@jcjobau Oh good work. Despite asking, @telstra never credited me for the weeks either without service or slow speed during that time. For NBN. I wonder though how long they kept charging people whose homes were flooded, if they credited their accounts back for service unused.

  • tappo66 bradT (@tappo66) reported

@roobiefox Moved house 18mnths ago, the absolute worst NBN, @Telstra contacted almost weekly...crickets...eventually complained to TIO and falling now over themselves, sending out a tech..."Platinum" one no less...to fix a problem I supposedly don't have...we'll see if the tech turns up...

  • 3HorsesR1 Minnie (@3HorsesR1) reported

advertised shops open, but were closed @Telstra - abysmal service

  • CaptJeff 💧💉Capt. Jeff⚓️❤️💛🖤ANTIFA (@CaptJeff) reported

@roobiefox If a farmer could sell all his potatoes every month even if they’re not planted, i.e fictional potatoes, & keep taking $$ from your account each month for those potatoes, never giving you credit for any not eaten, but charging you if you eat one more! Then his name is #Telstra

  • kimberleyhendry kimberley hendry (@kimberleyhendry) reported

@Telstra hi Lisa, i have been talking to your messenger service for over an hour and they are no help. all i want is my service restored and to purchase more international data roaming. really do not understand why that is so hard?
