    @Telstra My 92 yr Dad had a dead landline yesterday. Telstra made an appt 1000hrs-1400 hrs today to fix it. Said there was no outage. He sat there for all that time but no-one came because app at 11am it was an outage .NO-ONE WENT TO TELL HIM ..HE STILL DIDN'T KNOW AT 5PM !!!1/2

    @Telstra How are they supposed to contact him when he doesn't have a freaking phone. Last ctc I had was the tech would def be there to see him. I live 2 hours away and no-one let me know it was now an outage anyway. Only found out when I still couldn't call him. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

    It’s taken 30min via @Optus livechat to reset a password and setup online billing. Never thought I’d say this but @Telstra is actually better at customer service

    NBN (FTTN) dropouts, Sync has dropped from 45M (was 55M before stability profile 6 mnths ago) to 12M. Only thing Telstra could do was get me to reboot it and try another powerpoint. They'll "monitor it" over 24h. I already know there's a hard fault in the Node or pillar. FFS #NBN
