@Telstra I think it will be sorted on 10 July. Five week delay from order to installation of internet in Brisbane. I think my order got lost. And lots if phone time to find out just what was going on. Not without its problems for me. Fingers crossed for 10 July 2020. Paul

@NBN_Australia Think it’s more a Telstra issue as it’s been 15 days with the nbn devices on hold in their warehouse. Thanks for your reply though.

@DavoMcDavo @BelongAU @Grid_Series Got a text message y'day that if I didn't pay for another month my Internet was going to be cut off but Id only had it on for 9 DAYS! She claimed I had the internet since June yet I was covered by Telstra in June & July. Had to back-pay fearing disconnection! It's been horrible

So annoying that I can’t watch the #hamilfilm on my @Telstra tv Roku system because it doesn’t support the @disneyplus app in Australia! Customers have been asking for months and still no satisfaction. 🤬

@egadheg Not sure the Australian taxpayer has much to thank him for, Australia was an early adopter but the Telstra mobile network would have been upgraded for HSDPA anyway. Telstra had already tried 2100 3G with Orange

@Telstra your customer service team is highly incapable, get rid of them. My new NBN order has been revised 4 times already without my input. And now the technician’s visit date has been changed without any notice. Are you guys interested in signing up new customers at all?

Aaaand the cycle starts again. @telstra visited, confirmed it was an @NBN_Australia issue & took detailed notes & photos of speed tests which rule out modem issue. Said I’d need an NBN tech visit. So instead today, naturally, I get a text from Telstra saying all is fixed.

TELSTRA | Why do your complaints office call at school drop off and pickup times. Then fail to allow the phone to ring long enough for the customer to answer the phone? #fail @Telstra

Just an update on the @Telstra issues. They are the first provider to admit I'm in a low coverage area, and that I will be screwed for at least the next year. Nothing can be done, and no other provider will be better. I respect them for saying so, as everyone else just lied to me

Imagine we had only one, the Monopoly of Telstra, to buy mobile, internet, business services at? Competition offers cheaper, different, better, customer fit services. Make sense?

@Telstra …and now we have to wait a month or two for us to be together and go to a store to change over the plans. I can do it myself as an authorised person but, for the reasons you’ve stated, I need them to be here so we can change the physical SIMs over so as not to lose service. 2/2

@Telstra Let me lay it out for you Ryan, I cancelled my internet because it was terrible and you did nothing about it, just the usual "we will monitor the connection" spiel. So I cancelled, and you continued charging me for 6 months without my knowledge, not even a monthly bill. Then this
