@DavoMcDavo @BelongAU @Grid_Series Got a text message y'day that if I didn't pay for another month my Internet was going to be cut off but Id only had it on for 9 DAYS! She claimed I had the internet since June yet I was covered by Telstra in June & July. Had to back-pay fearing disconnection! It's been horrible

@Telstra your customer service team is highly incapable, get rid of them. My new NBN order has been revised 4 times already without my input. And now the technician’s visit date has been changed without any notice. Are you guys interested in signing up new customers at all?
-
Lisa (@skwirezee) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@Telstra your messaging service doesn’t work; I was in hold and the call was disconnected at your end; I have been into the Telstra shop; and am on chat for over an hour with 3 different agents. Still no help and no internet. We need it for our work!!!!
-
D (@etredoo) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@Telstra have been trying to speak to a human for over a month to get NBN installed and wow 1000 messages “like texting a friend” what a joke! 1 month of circles! This is the worst customer service experience EVER!! #whereismynbn
-
Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@Telstra Right now, the new timeslot for your technician’s visit is October 15, between 10am and 2pm. However, I just missed a call from your customer service about the appointment. I tried calling back on the number I and with the options I was asked to choose but redirected to txt msgs.

Matt Time (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@egadheg Not sure the Australian taxpayer has much to thank him for, Australia was an early adopter but the Telstra mobile network would have been upgraded for HSDPA anyway. Telstra had already tried 2100 3G with Orange

Jordan Millar (@jordanmillar) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
. @Telstra really has the worst customer service of any business I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Nearly 4 hours trying to get a status on my account on their “online” chat. Been asked the same ID info multiple times. Shocking.

@VaniaL1970 @StevenJMiles @Telstra Irrelevant to the issue ..... think not be prejudiced.
-
Craig Acret (@jerrybr15619298) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@NBN_Australia Think it’s more a Telstra issue as it’s been 15 days with the nbn devices on hold in their warehouse. Thanks for your reply though.

@AKtech2021 @Telstra Can’t :-( Only have the Telstra Cable NBN Service in our area :-( sucks.

@Telstra Yes you have let me down
-
Amanda Hoffmann (@AmandaGHoffmann) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
TELSTRA | Why do your complaints office call at school drop off and pickup times. Then fail to allow the phone to ring long enough for the customer to answer the phone? #fail @Telstra
-
Melanie Hawkins-King (@Mellyjh) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
So annoying that I can’t watch the #hamilfilm on my @Telstra tv Roku system because it doesn’t support the @disneyplus app in Australia! Customers have been asking for months and still no satisfaction. 🤬
-
Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@Telstra Like your team has done with my new NBN order which never arrived along with your technician after 3 appointments.. and your pathetically incapable non-existential customer svc.. only implies that Telstra has lost interest in selling new business.
-
Paul Travers (@paultravers007) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@Telstra I think it will be sorted on 10 July. Five week delay from order to installation of internet in Brisbane. I think my order got lost. And lots if phone time to find out just what was going on. Not without its problems for me. Fingers crossed for 10 July 2020. Paul

Monica Bradley (@MonBLeaves) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@MingYLong @Telstra @NBN_Australia I agree the service levels are so appalling for everyone
-
Brent 🤜🏻🤛🏾 Davidson (@Brentus88) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
Aaaand the cycle starts again. @telstra visited, confirmed it was an @NBN_Australia issue & took detailed notes & photos of speed tests which rule out modem issue. Said I’d need an NBN tech visit. So instead today, naturally, I get a text from Telstra saying all is fixed.

Dial up speeds from 1996. @Telstra NBN is so bad in Collingwood. From 4pm everyday there are constant dropouts that streaming TV or browsing the internet is useless.

@PRGuy17 I recall getting Heatstress back in 2009 trying to keep the Telstra network going during a week long Heat wave. The stomach is sick , the feet hurt , the brain is cooked

@andrewbogut I would have never thought that Telstra would have been knocked off the top spot for worst Australian company, but here we are. What a shame.

Nadine Whitney (@nadine_whitney) reported
@FilmMomatic Optus are awful but Telstra are no better.
-
Gary Robert Looney (@garyrlooney) reported
@Carolyn41600597 @AustralianLabor PayPal/AFCA are acting in ruthless manner to defend against fault, to reduce PayPal total share of payment cost for services of AFCA. Similar to Gov and Telstra behaviour before privatisation, to increase value based on falsified low complaint numbers. All Governments, enough BS.
-
Carsten Bauer (@numloxx) reported
@Telstra Will that fix the lack of 4g?
-
Peter Luxmore (@PeterLuxmore) reported
@NickRossTech @davidthodey @FinancialReview ... as well as Telstra's HFC network. They tried it with Optus as well, but it wasn't up-to-scratch
-
Peter Luxmore (@PeterLuxmore) reported
@NickRossTech @davidthodey @FinancialReview ... and even before that, NBN Co (Labor) had to wait about 12 months for Telstra to sign the agreement to allow NBN Co access to their pits to roll out the fibre. Then Turnbull & Co Labor with the assertion that the FTTP rollout was too slow :/
-
Francis (@thefrankreport) reported
@blissfullyloz @DanielAndrewsMP rolling 1 yr option, while contemporaneously run a tender process for a new system. I mean FFS, Telstra is pulling the 3G service in 2024 !! What in the name of God are these people thinking when they make these decisions ?
-
Elaine Gillett (@ElaineGillett2) reported
@Telstra Oh yes... for days, weeks & now months we have had terrible service whilst paying our whole bill each month and being told there is no problem. At times they blame illegal internet boosters. Sometimes it's a technical problem that needs parts that are hard to obtain.
