Telstra’s service for 5G is that slow in North Melbourne it makes modern tech useless. I have 2 bars & 4g speed. @Telstra you are a garbage service nowadays.

@asphotos Science isn't going to help when the system is clogged because the NBN is down and many thousands of people are trying to find workarounds. Telstra in the park has collapsed, and Optus is struggling.

.@Telstra In 2025 I had an issues with Telstar email outgoing server to my desktop. Eventually after 8 weeks Telstra finally accepted they were a cause of the dysfunction of my application. Today after 7 weeks I have had cause to write the following to Telstra. Dear Help Desk (Vicki Brady) Last Thursday and I don't know if it was in response to my previous write message (ONE OF SEVERAL) I was via text/sms promised a support call. New Case/reference Number 129518320 I have heard nothing! This issue with your server connectivity to my desk top application, encryption to your server incoming to my app means this matter has been ongoing now for 7 weeks. In April/May 2025 it took Telstra 8 weeks to accept responsibility. In the meantime I have been struggling with Webmail and today I can report in detail recorded over the past 3 days 11 (Eleven) separate bugs in webmail that are repeated multiple times amounting to 21 (Twenty One) cases of dysfunctional instances this morning.  These  issues reported at least as far back as 2023 but were again at various  times over the past 7 (Seven) weeks. Only with a desktop application can these issues be minimized. The last consultant prior to my message of last week was highly disingenuous with me saying he would keep the case open until I as I offered to do again consult MS about the issues . The outcome was he simply closed the case  as reported to you Tuesday last. DM's not accepted. Here is fine. Nothing to hide

@TimjboAU This idiot sold our gold reserves & Telstra. We had to buy it back with shares. Didn't have the courage to lead the Libs.

@Lindajwil @Telstra Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues Linda. Organisations have so little consideration for customers and it is unacceptable when, like you, they are having to deal with so much.

12 years at Oracle. BT, Vodafone, Telstra, Home Depot, UPS - enterprise server tuning. Turns out, optimising a gaming PC and a production server have a lot in common. Latency, throughput, stability. 25 years of that experience is baked into FAST.

@AlanBixter Ahh yes, the joys of having every Telstra support person go through the same failed script (re-start modem, check cables, blah, blah...) & then sending a new modem - which still doesn't fix the problem 😡. I have quite the collection now.

@markbouris "no national debt .. yep zero" because he sold over $70 billion in public assets to pay down government debt, with major privatizations including Telstra (approx. 49% in 97-99), the remaining Commonwealth Bank shares, all major federal airports, and the National Rail Corporation.
