  Only a couple of Days before I leave Telstra I'm off the moon not to have to deal with that inept hopeless shower of **** called Telstra. Change to Aussie Broadband it's only a call away. Show Telstra how much we hate them by dumping them NOW

  @RachelBoakPhD @SpotifyStatus @SpotifyCares Happening to me in Australia as well. Have spoken with escalations team at Spotify more times than I can count, nothing works. Still won’t work in mobile data on app. Mobile data will work on browser so it’s not the cellular network (telstra). ios 15.1 update and latest Spotify

  @riffwithbiff I’m also having the same problem. I’m on Telstra too. Ive just wasted a tonne of time and haven’t been able to fix this either.

  @hgo7627 @nikt50 @Telstra They sold the copper and fibre network to the NBN. They were here today and told me Telstra is now only responsible for the mobile phone network. They will need to get NBN if it's a line problem.

  @Telstra The last hand I'd want to get help from would be Telstra. I get better technical advice from K-Mart than your shower of ****. Your staff are lacking in everything. After 30 years I'm changing to Aussie Broadband you too can change it is only a call away

  @Telstra I’ve had 26 interactions with them and all you get are platitudes about working hard, yes it’s frustrating, etc. I bet if it was for a big business, there would be significant effort. Victorians have weathered a terrible storm and now this for some is devastating.

  @Telstra Doesn’t work. Just says “something went wrong. Try again”. Spotify support says it’s your issue. Who knows ?!?!
