@Telstra But after 3 months of trying to get a resolution, no one calling me back, emails proving our discussions you’ve still cut us off at a massive daily cost and that’s ok! Please can I have the number of someone I can talk to in senior management who is empowered to make a decision

@Telstra How are they supposed to contact him when he doesn't have a freaking phone. Last ctc I had was the tech would def be there to see him. I live 2 hours away and no-one let me know it was now an outage anyway. Only found out when I still couldn't call him. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

@Telstra My 92 yr Dad had a dead landline yesterday. Telstra made an appt 1000hrs-1400 hrs today to fix it. Said there was no outage. He sat there for all that time but no-one came because app at 11am it was an outage .NO-ONE WENT TO TELL HIM ..HE STILL DIDN'T KNOW AT 5PM !!!1/2

@Telstra 26 dropouts confirmed from tech when they scanned my modem log. Techinician booked for Sunday morning. Telstra 4g coverage is poor too in this whole area. Cant believe Telstra has not planned anything to colocate with optus on their tower in Normanhurst Oval

Took up a new sim with telstra tried to set up an auto recharge that took over two months to sort out their system problems all good they said Took my money from cc then shut down my account as they said recharge had not been paid Tried talking to them No way go online they say

@FKwegen @damelarksong4 The Telstra quality of service guarantee was never met. The contracts with private prison providers were never adhered to. The requirements of employment services providers for centrelink are always ignored... These standards/conditions are there to fob off a concerned public.

@gabster0191 It's chaos! CoM are basically trying to do what you say to Burke St - with cyclists able to use the tram stop out front of the Telstra shop on Swanston x Bourke to get to Swanston. Bourke is pretty quiet so that wouldn't be terrible!

@markc01 @Optus It’s not great when my power had gone out, too bad if there was an emergency and someone was trying to call me. I legitimately cannot get coverage inside my house, unless I use my @Telstra wifi. BUT they keep claiming their system says 4G , it’s absolutely ridiculous service.
