    @Telstra is there an issue with call forwarding on you mobile network? I have a business on-call phone that is forwarded and I can’t clear of change it. It’s still forwarding to the original al number when setting cleared with ##21#.

    @Telstra Perhaps instead of sending me through a never ending report loop you could make it more difficult for users to obtain the numbers in the first place. Do you have any automated flagging systems for numbers that are sending large volumes of calls?

    @MelbInvest @nyunggai @HelloMakkaPakka Yes & no. If you work for Optus but doing the praises of Telstra you're going to get sacked. In effect Kitching was sacked To fix it? Requires a referendum. Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT

    Rang @telstra support agent, says I’ll check your email account, does do, comes back and requests I try the account now. Still the same. Service agent says take ya phone to Telstra store. I explain not phone however computer. Well take it to a store or pay for service by phone

    Telstra charge 100$ a month for my NBN home internet. Cancelled and started using a prepaid dongle with another company. 17$ a month, better speeds, more reliable, better customer service. Bye Telstra.

    @Telstra No need to discuss. I yesterday commenced changing to Aussie Broadband do I'm not expecting any more problems now that I've given Telstra the arse. I've been with Telstra for 30 years and spent $1000's with them BUT I just couldn't put up with your crap service anymore.

    @Telstra It's the standard plus NBN as far as I know, I can't recall the speeds we're meant to be getting. All I know is we're paying $90 a month for internet that doesn't work as it should and I'm tired of it. Nothing is loading tonight and it's just not good enough.

    Hey @Telstra - how is a customer supposed to keep track of when they have been charged $10 for the Day Pass on international roaming? It does not seem to appear under "Recent Charges" in the App. Or do you just have to wait until you get a bill at the end of the month?

    @Telstra Having done independent research after spending a couple of maddening hours with the Spotify people who could not help, seems it is often a mobile carrier issue. Are you seeing this from other Telstra customers? And do you have any solutions beyond resetting network connection?
