@MelbInvest @nyunggai @HelloMakkaPakka Yes & no. If you work for Optus but doing the praises of Telstra you're going to get sacked. In effect Kitching was sacked To fix it? Requires a referendum. Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT

@Telstra I thought the same. I’ve never even been given a time before, yet he did. His name is Peter. The link takes me to a rather useless bot. Why does not one single of you people have any accountability? I’ve been screwed today constantly.

Today’s update for you @andy_penn! I created an escalation case on Thursday. Despite multiple folks from your social team saying they’d help and have it escalated etc etc etc nothing has happened. But it’s okay, because T25 will fix everything, right? 🥲 #telstra

I’ll just add @andy_penn that your Twitter support team’s best suggestion was to cancel my order. You can’t make this stuff up. After a decade, I think I’m officially done being a @Telstra customer. #telstra

@Telstra Perhaps instead of sending me through a never ending report loop you could make it more difficult for users to obtain the numbers in the first place. Do you have any automated flagging systems for numbers that are sending large volumes of calls?

@Telstra I never get that I was dealing with people with bad intentions, but there is something about how the organisation is structured that leads to massive end-user frustration.

@LauraMeachim In Drummonds Cove, less than 1km from a @Telstra 4G tower, there is nothing more than a weak 3G signal If it wasn’t for our generator powering the home wifi we would be without anything more than intermittent comms Even our neighbours are using our wifi system to make calls

@JohnRHewson As I have said before if she had given them $10,000.00 each nobody would have batted an eyelid, the real bad optics is the obscenely huge salaries the CEO's and board members vote themselves, Telstra, Aust Post, Qantas, NBN etc, etc, etc.
