  • scully65 michael scully (@scully65) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Greg! I apologize! But I tend to lose my temper every time we have contact. Suggestion: I believe there is a correlation between your mass-mailings (paper and digital) and your service line traffic. You might study the relationship and adjust accordingly.

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@zanerednwhite Yeah that said Telstra customer's can get Kayo $15 per month and stream to your TV. I have set it up, goes ok

  • liliabernede Lilia (@liliabernede) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra We were trying to connect a new cable adapter which we were given by Telstra because the performance of our old one was slow. The new adapter was not connecting but no one could tell us why. We have had to switch back to using the slow old adapter....

  • liliabernede Lilia (@liliabernede) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra we have been chatting with several of your support team officers since yesterday afternoon because of issues we are having our wifi at home and it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get a straight answer about what’s going on.

  • jordanmillar Jordan Millar (@jordanmillar) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

A challenge for @andy_penn and the other execs at @telstra. I dare you to try and get support through your own support facilities and not the exec support team you no doubt have. I’m

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@zanerednwhite Yeah $15 you could use Chromecast screen resolution might be poor mine 780p. I got a Telstra TV gen 3 off Facebook marketplace there were plenty of Gen 2 for $35. Resolution seemed better. $15 month to month seems ok to me

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Primmy8 @zanerednwhite I have a Chromecast as well. Second hand Telstra TV seems to get better picture resolution

  • jaseclamp Jase Clamp (@jaseclamp) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

This is the second time this has happened. Last time, the technician said "someone must have accidentally disconnected the physical line at the exchange". What are you going to do to fix this @Telstra ?

  • jaseclamp Jase Clamp (@jaseclamp) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@telstra review my chat support transcript and tell me why its not appalling, infuriating & utterly negligent. Phone line down 4 months. Kids can't dial 000. Your chat support ppl detect the fault and do absolutely nothing to resolve.

  • mireelr Time to #ActNow #TellTheTruth (@mireelr) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@rubin_angela @Telstra someone needs your help.

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@jessdotceee It's a plan to get Kayo subscribers. For Telstra customer's $15 per month. Clearly a long planned move. But yeah harsh if FTA is your only option

  • scully65 michael scully (@scully65) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra: you need to address the level of stupid in your corporate structure. Alas, I’m contacting you again to repair the same silly problem. Why is this taking 6 months?

  • Maintenonmadame Jane #Notshot Pepper 🎀 (@Maintenonmadame) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BruceWinther Bruce Winther (@BruceWinther) reported

@jendudley @Telstra ALDI.. uses Telstra network, albeit not 5 G

  • cgay_51 cheryl_gay (@cgay_51) reported

@NBN_Australia 1/2Can you please advise me how we can get a technician out to our premises to fix our NBN. We have spent hours on the phone with our provider trying to get this fixed in fact since 22 February this year. Telstra, on 4 occasions, have organised for a NBN technician

  • hyp3rstrike (@hyp3rstrike) reported

@RaptorShadow @Wyld Then clients would call us and say "I never requested this? It says to just plug the modem in if I want to switch to NBN" implying there's a choice, but the modem they did - it would activate the billing with Telstra. Often spurred by preliminary discussions about conversion--

  • _thomasparkes Thomas Parkes (@_thomasparkes) reported

@Telstra I keep ringing, going through the prompts and you hang up and send me a text message. What is the point of having a contact number if a communications company cannot communicate?

  • JoDog Jo (@JoDog) reported

@Telstra @rudd_steele Don’t even bother with this. Telstra are so big and if they lose a few customers, they don’t care. They have a program in place and stick to it. Have gone through Telecommunications Ombudsman with similar problem and they refuse to fix towers if they aren’t in their schedule

  • juli8573 juli tomlinson (@juli8573) reported

@Telstra Please read previous comments. Farming community. No working from house. Its manual labour outside. Phones mainly used for communication. The service was ok about 3 years ago.

  • sy3bol Vi (@sy3bol) reported

@Telstra Point Cook (3030) velocity has known outage - issue is Smart Modem gen 2 4G backup connections are hitting usage limits and being shaped to <1Mbps from 25Mbps. outage fix eta is currently @ 30th March. data limits shouldn't apply to affected customers during this

  • _thomasparkes Thomas Parkes (@_thomasparkes) reported

@Telstra Your incompetent organisation can’t fix your issue.

  • dexlI0 Trii Dexii (@dexlI0) reported

@nally717 I think it's alright never had nbn I have Telstra

  • scoop_id Scoop (@scoop_id) reported

@Telstra your service is absolutely crap paying for premium service and getting noting but rubbish, slow service, just watching a red circle going around and around and around on Netflix, so pathetic!
