    @SharshaDee @VicGovDH Telstra, Optus and Vodafone provided support to the government to be able to sms people. It’s most likely targeted based on your cellular location to which telecom tower your connected to. The government won’t have your number but rather ask for Telstra, Optus and Vodafone to sms

    Telstra got back to me on their support page. Resolved now. Had been 12h since my post on @telstra 24/7 app support. All fixed.

    @telstra @networkoutage 4G internet speed is non existent. Are there issues in Willoughby. Can’t access online support as notification saying long waiting period

    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia I've had Telstra mobile for years and must be the only person who doesn't have any trouble. Friends have jumped from Optus to Dodo to everyone else because they always have some issue with them. Admittedly Telstra is slightly more expensive but I prefer coverage everywhere I go.
