  @dgaust @ivabiggun71 @mobilenova If you are in the right spot Telstra 5G is awesome. but there aren't many right spots yet : 1) My house - 520/40 2) Gold Coast - 224/30 (not much better vs 4GX) 3) Palm Cove - no 5G at all despite claims on coverage map. On hotspot device, Android mob is **** so there's that.

  So after visiting a telstra shop I’m told that i need to give 10 out of 10 on their survey, print screenshot and return to store for a free wireless speaker. Surveys don’t mean anything if you bribe the customer . @Telstra . #fakesurvey

  @Telstra, you infuriate me. I was refused contact with any human through your phone system/website/app so I figured this is a good place to add this feedback. If youd like to discuss this, please call me and I will hang up on you just like your phone system does to its customers.

  @NBN_Australia Do ISPs/RSPs have sufficient access to NBN outage information, as your website shows an unplanned outage affecting NBN connections for past few hours; yet, @Telstra website still shows no current outage in area. There seems to be an overall lack of communication.

  @Telstra your service & your customer service is appalling. My internet has been down more than up this month. Pathetic. And sitting on hold tonight for 45 mins to have you disconnect my call - conveniently after you close! Ffs get it together
