@ellispeta @Telstra I tried to get dongles all day. No luck. So got a pretty paid sim to put in a super old iPhone to hotspot but @Telstra activation has been down. Phone numbers said do online, online not working. No call centres. #TelstraFail

@bigyahu @Telstra Same problem. I have a $10 credit sitting on a @Telstra account for 2 years. I figure the time it would take to get it just isn’t worth it. And yes I get that my attitude may mean that they win, but i figure I won the fight when I closed the account

The Telstra experience of having your home email stopped and then spending almost a week trying to get it fixed and having them tell you that I was told a 48 hours fix and it’s only been 46 hours so call back really does sum up the customer experience. #telstra #hopeless

Everything in my world seems to be taking longer. My computer has slowed down. I no longer have email.(Optus has no online techicnical team). It took me an hour and a half to get through to Telstra. My washing machine is broken. My TV doesn't work. All I have is Twitter. TGFT.

@NBN_Australia There has been a ticket raised for 7 days and still you are not able to supply an ETR, this is unacceptable and very poor service. Ive been left with no alternative but to raise it with the TIO, sadly that will be Telstra’s issue not yours, but I need a date this will be resolved

So @Telstra support centre won’t answer my calls. They direct me to the app. The person on the app literally says “I’m not sure what’s going on” and says I need to call the support centre. I don’t usually complain but this is the worst service I have ever received. #telstra

Hey @O2 I'm in Australia at the moment. I have international roaming included in my contract. The first few days my phone was working fine but in the last 24 hours I have been getting a message saying the @Telstra network is unavailable resulting in no data access..

@telstra why is there no way of logging a fault for broadband online. Not great for modern Telco. I just called and wasted two hours on hold then you cut me off to say you can’t help at this time. Tried your 24/7 app can’t find where either. #UnhappyCustomer

How frigging stupid is this, I actually work from home full time and now can’t due to the poor service by @NBN_Australia and @Telstra So good lucky anyone thinking of working from home due to the virus and using NBN - 8 days so far and no resolution and no ETA on a fix

You’re hopeless @Telstra and you @NBN_Australia. Had cable, no issues. Got nbn unlimited with a speed boost, costs more, slower speed, drops out regularly and buffers watching Netflix.. customer service non existent!

@Joffre2000 My Samsung phone won't send images over our home wireless connection, it'll only send them via mobile data. No idea whether that's a Telstra thing or an Android thing, but worth checking, even if just to rule it out as a cause of the 'message not sent' problem.

I'm basically off Twitter, but coming on to marvel at how bad @Telstra 's customer service is. Hours on the phone talking to people whose job it is, plainly, not to do anything. It's like going back in time 20 years to the early days of cable television customer service.

@Telstra I did get to contact your customer service thru call earlier and I was just told that there’s an unplanned 4G mobile service interruption in my area in VIC, which will be resolved tomorrow 🥲 the only thing i can do is hope that it gets resolved quickly enough

@Telstra how long till you fix the log in issue with the app and website? I live 300km from the closest store with telstra credit. No mobile coverage and no app/website = no way to recarge. No credit = no wifi calling. No wifi calling = same as optus.
