@Telstra I never get that I was dealing with people with bad intentions, but there is something about how the organisation is structured that leads to massive end-user frustration.

    @MoistenedTart Telstra reception is ****.

  • mikegoldmanlive Mike Goldman (@mikegoldmanlive) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Telstra charge 100$ a month for my NBN home internet. Cancelled and started using a prepaid dongle with another company. 17$ a month, better speeds, more reliable, better customer service. Bye Telstra.

  • mikegoldmanlive Mike Goldman (@mikegoldmanlive) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

So convenient to be able to walk into my local Telstra store and get one of their friendly staff to call their call centre in the Phillipines to help me.

  • MireMadra Mire Madra (@MireMadra) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Thanks Already use outlook Use webmail to block out SPAM mails before they get to my systems. This is going to be bloody painful drafting out the rubbish. Thanks for attempting to help.

Caller: "Hello, this is the customer department of Telstra" Me: "you know I'm not a a Telstra customer right?" Caller hangs up. . What sort of customer service is that?

  • jjee88888 Jeremy Jee (@jjee88888) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@boostmobile @Telstra 25 days and counting since trying to port to boost. Have been promised many times for resolution. Stuck on #vodafail right now. Ridiculous.

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@alexbhathal @Telstra Probably cost. Under crisis global telecoms operators often push the rates it costs to land a call on their network sky high

  • PagewoodCoach Rubens Camejo (@PagewoodCoach) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@MelbInvest @nyunggai @HelloMakkaPakka Yes & no. If you work for Optus but doing the praises of Telstra you're going to get sacked. In effect Kitching was sacked To fix it? Requires a referendum. Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT

  • MireMadra Mire Madra (@MireMadra) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Rang @telstra support agent, says I’ll check your email account, does do, comes back and requests I try the account now. Still the same. Service agent says take ya phone to Telstra store. I explain not phone however computer. Well take it to a store or pay for service by phone

  • singaporedavid1 David (@singaporedavid1) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@RoadknightThe Telstra and the NBN will never deliver.

  • TUPPERWAVEMUSIC Tupperwave (@TUPPERWAVEMUSIC) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Perhaps instead of sending me through a never ending report loop you could make it more difficult for users to obtain the numbers in the first place. Do you have any automated flagging systems for numbers that are sending large volumes of calls?

  • ghowells67 Gareth Howells (@ghowells67) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Hey @Telstra are you trying to keep your complaints stats down by having it throw a server error when the submit button is clicked or am I just unlucky?

  • Flansq Bonshaquita’lafondria (@Flansq) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Even Woolworths Mobile, on the Telstra network, can dispatch an eSim via their App.

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TopPilotGaming Kieron TopPilotGaming Tolliday (@TopPilotGaming) reported

@Xbox The Telstra employees when I tell people to not give them money just for an Xbox when they're not even a customer of Telstra's and to just wait a year or 2 until xCloud officially launches so they save a whole lot of money.

  • bugwannostra Former Senate candidate 2016, political commentary (@bugwannostra) reported

The irony of ringing a phone corporation to complain about its service and being on hold for 40 minutes while you wait for a dude in Manilla to interpret what you've said to his supervisor doesn't escape me. **** Optus Telstra and the ombudsman, not necessarily in any order.

  • PhilipsBL Bruce Philips (@PhilipsBL) reported

@Telstra Greg, the Telstra App ‘Get Help’ messaging service is ridiculous. I’ve been trying to get to the botom of my overcharge dispute since July last year and now again I’ve received another overcharge!

  • Qldstew Bat’s (@Qldstew) reported from Tweed Heads, State of New South Wales

@Telstra @abc730 @4corners I wish someone would do some investigative journalism into exactly the extent TELSTRA has gone to isolate itself from the problems it has created! I have been waiting over a month for a service promised “a few days” ANDREW PENN is a fraud! Hapless

  • Kiki_Juanita Kiki (@Kiki_Juanita) reported

@Telstra Not all things on wifi, are technically on at that time they are just able to access if they were turned on, but power for a lot of items is turned off so they aren't getting a signal to them.

  • mattagriffiths Matt Griffiths (@mattagriffiths) reported

@telstra I'm a cable customer and am being asked to upgrade to the NBN. Why can't I keep my existing cable service? Btw what happened to your online chat support??

  • MythicalDropBea Mythical Drop Bear (@MythicalDropBea) reported

  • Manni90874044 Manni (@Manni90874044) reported

@Telstra worst customer service experience , sound like i am talking to bots not real ppl ...

  • maddieduke Maddie Duke (@maddieduke) reported

@NCndreamer @myGovau I don’t - I’m out of Australia so the sim is effectively useless (thx telstra). I already signed up with another provider but can’t port bc I can’t receive a text message. New number doesn’t help the sitch because it’s the old number that’s linked to all my accounts. Thanks tho:(

  • maggie_bomber Chris (@maggie_bomber) reported

Not sure if other people are having issues with Telstra but I suspect many are. I have been with them for more than 25 years but since they have outsourced their customer support, it is nearly impossible to resolve issues. You can’t get through and when you do, they rarely help🤬
