    @Telstra But after 3 months of trying to get a resolution, no one calling me back, emails proving our discussions you’ve still cut us off at a massive daily cost and that’s ok! Please can I have the number of someone I can talk to in senior management who is empowered to make a decision

    @Telstra My 92 yr Dad had a dead landline yesterday. Telstra made an appt 1000hrs-1400 hrs today to fix it. Said there was no outage. He sat there for all that time but no-one came because app at 11am it was an outage .NO-ONE WENT TO TELL HIM ..HE STILL DIDN'T KNOW AT 5PM !!!1/2

    @Telstra How are they supposed to contact him when he doesn't have a freaking phone. Last ctc I had was the tech would def be there to see him. I live 2 hours away and no-one let me know it was now an outage anyway. Only found out when I still couldn't call him. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

    @JessicaCGlenn @Telstra And then out of the blue, because a shop filed a complaint for me which I forgot, I got a call from a human, downloaded my angst, it was fixed, lots of money returned AND when I said, I wanted an additional credit for my angst, she did it. All done and dusted in 5minutes.

    @carolduncan @Telstra Hope @Telstra gets this sorted ASAP. BTW there’s an ongoing issue with the elderly’s phones being replaced by NBN. This cohort may have no computers & no use for the internet, yet must arrange an ISP, get modem installed, VOIP phones etc which is inevitably a difficult exercise

    @JessicaCGlenn @Telstra I had the worst experience with Telstra recently for my small biz (worst is saying a lot). Had to use a messaging app (where each message response could take up to an hour and they had no record of the previous day).

    Well there you go. @VodafoneAU has better service in Newcastle than @Telstra. Very surprised, and very disappointed to be stuck in a 12 month contract 😞
