@Telstra finally re-connectied our internet—after a delay of 35 days (don’t ask)! Kudos to Harry in customer service who actually gave me his phone number so I could stay in touch and get regular updates. Very relieved for our guests.

@lilzzzza @Telstra I had big problems with Telstra last year. Customer service was terrible until I raised merry hell on their Facebook page (politely, but getting my point across) and I was contacted by customer service, given a phone number to ring and allocated a person to fix my problem.

@SashasShelves @NBN_Australia They don’t care - doing this while we are in lockdown, needing connectivity more than even and they only care about $$$s certainly NOT their customers #fail @Telstra

@ajinnovator @NBN_Australia @Telstra Nbn is saying Telstra suspended my service and Telstra is saying Nbn did it. Telstra also took a payment after suspension of my internet. Can you believe it?

The Big Show (@SJBigshow) reported
@Telstra You're the worst and most expensive provider of internet in Australia & to make your unreliable service worse, you don't even have 24/7 support. Even if you offered your services for free, I'd still say NO!

@Telstra So apparently now it wasn’t you or NBN that took down my Internet connection of the entire day it was actually the “local electricity supplier” the @Telstra lies just get better and better

@lilzzzza @Telstra I would tell them that it's a safety issue, which should get them moving in it pretty fast.
