@Telstra finally re-connectied our internet—after a delay of 35 days (don’t ask)! Kudos to Harry in customer service who actually gave me his phone number so I could stay in touch and get regular updates. Very relieved for our guests.

I was with Boost but the coverage was poor. Too much traffic. Telstra cut the free AFL live too. Now back with Amaysim which is a big improvement.

@belakor9150 @Aussie_BB @Telstra Also if you do have a Google Home Nest router contact their customer support. They can do detailed analysis of your router. There are faulty ones around. Especially in the 2nd version. I've replaced mine under warranty after Google support ascertained it was faulty.
