@Telstra finally re-connectied our internet—after a delay of 35 days (don’t ask)! Kudos to Harry in customer service who actually gave me his phone number so I could stay in touch and get regular updates. Very relieved for our guests.

@ToMyPirateShip @vince05656201 My thoughts exactly. An attempt at "see they're just as bad as us". This technically wasn't even a Telstra leak - it was a third party who had details of Telstra employees, not customers. Nice try Optus.

  • rhyscnz Rhys (@rhyscnz) reported

@abcnews This is very poor journalism by @abcnews ... Telstra itself was not hacked, but a third party which was offering a rewards program for staff had the data breach in 2017.

  • alindtiwari @AlindTiwari (@alindtiwari) reported from Eden, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Still you own the data so you can not put blame on the 3rd party and its equal responsibility of telestra to protect the customer confidential data.

  • mariusk007 ΜⒶяⒾ𝐔ş (@mariusk007) reported

@RavenZech2 I saw a tweet that was deleted saying there was a breach on the Telstra network as well. Not sure because they deleted it.

  • kaushikmamidi Kaush.R.Mamidi (@kaushikmamidi) reported

@Telstra @7NewsAustralia @SpudBenBean If they hacked your employee detail’s. They are not too far to get customer details. OUR DETAILS.

  • ShitFuckery1 ShitFuckery (@ShitFuckery1) reported

Before #Telstra was sold, for shares, a SIGNIFICANT amount was spent on #PR to convince the "average Mon & Dad" to buy I am the man who will expose this deception. You were fooled & ****** up. Lied to & manipulated. FACT. Wanna test me? Don't. Check. Then wake ******** up

  • tardis3 tardis3 (@tardis3) reported

As a happy @Aussie_BB customer I tried to refer my friend. However, during the signup it warns that if you have a medical condition that requires priority assistance, go to @Telstra So my friend aborted the signup as this is a dealbreaker for him. I tried. @trevorlong #nbn

  • adriankwong_ Adrian Kwong (@adriankwong_) reported

@Telstra 1st. I hanged up, because I had trouble hearing the person, keep cutting out. Then disconnected by just pressing a digit and holding on, not receiving the codes. No. I had to go a Telstra shop. To get the service that I needed. For my mum to get a better a deal. #poorservice
