    @Telstra finally re-connectied our internet—after a delay of 35 days (don’t ask)! Kudos to Harry in customer service who actually gave me his phone number so I could stay in touch and get regular updates. Very relieved for our guests.

    @Telstra Thanks Tom - appreciate you are but a cog in the wheel. We rang at 8.30am and were on hold for three hours. It appears our service has been ported to our new provider however. Would you be able to check if this has cancelled our account with you?

    @Telstra Is there any reason as to why I'm getting throttled? I'm paying 110$ a month for this "improved" NBN which is 70/10, which was upgraded from 50/25. But since this upgrade I've been getting 30/5 and I'm not sure why. Don't wanna pay for a service I'm not getting.

    @Telstra Complained to Telecom Industry Ombudsman about #Telstra. My complaint reference number is: 2020/11/08755. Telstra must work with you ... Telstra has until 5pm on 7 December 2020 to do this. I haven’t heard from #Telstra. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIEVING #TELSTRA
