    @Telstra You neglected to include that one of my case managers offered to reimburse me for the time I was required to wait for a technician to attend my house (2 days) when the Telstra systems broke down and eventually sent the technician on the 3rd day.2/4

    @telstra, wow do you get a complaint escalated out of the overseas call center to an on shore one. 3 months worth of unstable internet and countless phone calls to your call center is taking its toll.

    @Telstra That’s a shame as my complaint is as much about how they’ve mis-managed and exasperated my problems as the unstable internet connection and 3 months without a land line.

    @andy_penn why is it that @Telstra can not help my 80 year old mother fix her internet. Surly in this day and age it shouldn’t take 3 new modems and we’ll over 8 hours of calls over 3 weeks for an 80 year old woman, who really isn’t tech savvy to get it sorted and still buggered.

    @RedFiddler @telstra never got a bill correct. I got sick of hours on the phone and moved. Now waiting for @vodafoneaus to respond to TIO complaints about coverage and service: frying pan, fire.

    @JulianBurnside Agree! Something is going on. Ours has been **** for over a month or so. Dropping out all the time. I bet it has something to do with 5G. #telstra @Telstra @TelstraBcast

    @JulianBurnside I’m still getting billed for a Telstra service I have disconnected twice!! They are dreadfully. We gave up and swapped providers!!

    @JulianBurnside Telstra sent me a phone with a crack in it. It took me 6 weeks and about 50 interactions with them to get a simple replacement phone. They make it as hard as humanly possible to deal with them. Only got help after tweeting at the CEO. Horrendous “customer service”.

    @Telstra @GordonGhekoAus “Planned outage”??? We have had virtually no service for a week! Your outages page now says “Technical issue in Telstra’s network”. How is it possible to have no mobile service for more than a week for an entire region? No notice given. No contact from you at all!

    @MMareeslatter @notcherylkernot @JulianBurnside I also swapped to Optus a couple of times in the hope that they’d be able to provide at least sufficient service. They failed, twice. Fortunately, non-contract each time, just in case, but I won’t try again. Back to Telstra !
