@Telstra It’s not my equipment (power off/on done) - leds indicate that it is at the exchange. Link=green(so talking physically back to the exchange), ONLINE= white (exchange has an issue), PHONE=nothing (no connectivity upstream of exchange)

@NBN_Australia Yeah, no changes at home. Problem is the network has been deteriorating for some time now! Probably @Telstra oversubscribed. Just rubbish now. So ripped off.

@andy_penn Just letting you know that our internet is down and we’ve gone without customer service all day today. This is despite using the message app, multiple phone calls and Twitter DMs. The problem remains and @Telstra is totally unreachable. It’s not right.

@OiDatsMyLeg @Telstra The good part of dealing with Telstra is the magical incantation "I would like to register a formal complaint with the ACCC". Telstra are obliged to handle the complaints themself, as a first step to remediation, but with the above magical power, the ACCC is sent a copy.
