    @Telstra trying to speak to someone and your automated service cuts me off. Do I just go straight to #ombudsman seeing as you are not prepared to talk? And your robot saying I'm not a critical client.... hmm? Think the ombudsman and my treating Drs may say different, but anyway

    The way @Telstra can just do tjis really shits me. Hi from Telstra. NBN Co are performing network updates in Camberwell on 21 September 2020. Your home internet service will be interrupted between 12:00AM - 6:00AM for up to 6hrs.

    @NBN_Australia Yeah, no changes at home. Problem is the network has been deteriorating for some time now! Probably @Telstra oversubscribed. Just rubbish now. So ripped off.

    @Telstra Thanks Ollie, so the house had been renovated and the phone access point is in the laundry unused and unneeded. Our cable modem had been in our line room for 8 years. Im unsure why there is no support in moving the access point as without this being moved we can't hook up devices

    @Telstra Yes. I’d be good for ppl to know what to do. I.e. ask to have your customer account details confirmed back to you before engaging and other rules to confirm the call is authentic.

    @Telstra @JamesSmithAu False. Currently we have to go through a language barrier with the international call centres where people employed there are paid a pittance. Then hope that they actually correctly understood and completed the order. Other providers offer real support and resolutions.

    Every time I have some dealings with Telstra I walk away frustrated. Just bought a new SIM at a Telstra store for my second mobile, they activated it, I paid and vola 7hr later still no service. 🤬

    Is @SamsungAU or @Android aware of an issue with the latest firmware not being able to access mobile data on @Telstra network? I have updated 3 devices(Note9, 20 and S8) & now cant access Mobile Data, but my non-updated devices (Tab 4 /Note8) work fine, has something gone wrong?
