@Telstra how and who do we contact to have the cable connected into the pit. The lead in line has been damaged and 4 hours on chat to support which netted me the same result ... nothing but nonsensical repetitive questions is infuriating. Who can we call? Anyone else know?

@RedFiddler I use Aldi - for phone and all data, hotspot to tablet, computer, TV, etc. Can buy package to suit your needs, it runs on the Telstra network. Have used it for some years and am really happy with it.

Hi @Telstra I wonder if you're aware that a spam calling site purporting to represent #Telstra about a spurious technical outage. How can we block or shutdown these sites, given they display as a private number?

@AFL why isn’t #AFLDogsDees being played at the MCG? Sick of watching quality games at the Telstra dome - always bad camera angles!

@Telstra Hi. No they haven’t figured it out.I’ve sent them your lead in support page. I keep getting different agents and I keep asking them to read the history. It’s a simple and clearly directed request but it’s circle work since 8pm last night. I have a support ID if I can DM?

@Telstra It was a plumber that accidentally cut the cable on our property. We are running a new cable back to the pit but need telstra to connect it back in. The support team this a.m helped but I’m still going around in circles with some folks on chat not getting the issue at all

@marcywoolly It’s only Telstra users with the issue. Other carriers seem ok. I’m so mad. I’m on a competing country and got up at 5am, let me bloody vote 😭

@Telstra My NBN is with iinet but I was instructed to contact Telstra because it’s Telstra infrastructure. If I’m mistaken please let me know. I’m chatting to support right now and it seems we are getting close on getting some sort of answer :)

@geek0naught I’d love to see it too. I mean even Telstra couldn’t recognise the AFLW season as footy being back. So they need to shop around and promote the businesses that are willing to support the competition and not as an add on to the men’s publicity.

@Telstra We are so reliant on the Internet… 24 hours is waaaay too long!!! This is no way to provide a ‘service’.

Hey @AFL , you wanna see the slow death of footy? Make it so Saturday arvo has horse racing on the tv instead of football, have Telstra remove it from their service and suddenly a generation of kids grow up without even seeing it. Unbelievably shortsighted.

@FraserWatt16 @Telstra I think we're actually agreeing? Your point is my point, too. They're so keen to be 'efficient' that they're actually hurting themselves in the process. Measuring the wrong things, which leads to poor outcomes.

@Telstra Oh and I registered a complaint on 29 October and was told someone would be in touch in 48-72 hours. That was 276 hours ago and no one has been in touch. This is easily the worst customer experience of my life.

So disheartening when a big organisation puts a small businesa through stress, anxiety, wastage of resource.. @Telstra worst service!!! Worst experience.. almost an year, 98 calls, all the time that I could have spent in nurturing my business, spent in chasing to fix! @andy_penn

@Telstra Stop the bot and offshore message centre BS & just communicate! I'm sitting on a hill out of town trying get sense out of the Telstra App & all I get is an offshore message centre that cant even refer the issue to someone in AUSTRALIA - we're an hour from Melbourne!!!!
-

@AlboMP Yes we trust Labor to ‘fix’ the NBN; but can we have a commitment that you’re not going to sell it to some ****** private consortium just after the tax-payer has spent billions? John Howard sold Telstra like a bloody idiot, we don’t expect the same stupidity from Labor.
-
Geoff of Hackett

@Telstra Hi Kunal, thanks, but unfortunately our attempts to sort this out remotely on mum's behalf have just led to more confusion & stress. We just want @Telstra & @NBN_Australia to provide a service that supports older ppl to live independently, stay connected & not put them at risk
-
CirclePoint

@Telstra I would say it has to do with cost of decomissioning vs ROI on cheap marketing ploy. Telstra has one if the most predatory business cultures in Australia, this is not being done to help people.

@telstra just discovered you've forced all accounts to data share with no ability to turn off. Great, now kids accounts can chew up all the parents data. I'll be switching providers, along with selling all my shares based on your idiotic denial of customer flexibility. #Clowns

@TMFScottP @Telstra 3/ The nett outcome is that people on the front line are no longer allowed to think for themselves and are totally constrained from provided best-in-class customer service by that very "System and Process".

@Telstra It is no surprise who is wrong when you send them the screenshots of the messages. After spending 9 1/2 hours with support, they say they'll lodge the complaint....but dont. You chase it up and there is no record, so they say they'll lodge the complaint....and dont
