F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

I’ve adopted a new approach with @Telstra. When they stuff up a request I will cancel or downgrade something. After 4 chat sessions I was still getting stuffed around with a plan change. I cancelled the service. That’s $100p/mth not going to @andy_penn. Not paying for bad service

@hipstergeddon @mektronik It is a Telstra employee number, based on the Australian Government Service number. My AGS was 39538983. Telstra changed first digit to corresponding letter and last AGS digit is a check digit: C953898

@AlanJDixon @Telstra No not really lol - just constantly frustrated by the extremely bad timing in their outages or the inflictions on my business account which never ever get resolved at first point of contact. If they were a small business they’d have sunk ages ago.

@Telstra Telstra wasn't getting back to any of us. There were heaps complaining about the customer service and lack of communication. No one knew what was going on until people got out of their cars and asked the crew at the tower which aint right. 😡at Telstra, not you. Merry 🎄Angela.

@Telstra @monkeymoo987 Your 24/7 live chat is a fking joke! People have to wait for hours to get the response and have to be asked what the request is again and again! Your call centre never has a person to answer the call. The funny part is it always tells you to call another line...

@Telstra @blakeway_luke Not sure about Luke, but I have had a real hard time for last four days. There are some clear errors on the portal and I have sent the screenshots to one of your reps, no progress yet, even after several escalations according to them. @Telstra

@damienmiller @DaveMilbo @TheJunglist True. Though the point here is that the LNP made a decision to prop up Foxtel and Telstra at the expense of Aussie citizens, and media was complicit in selling that bad policy.
