  @Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

  @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

  @Telstra Why is my internet still down? The repair was due at 1pm Friday, then extended to 1pm Sunday, now it says 4pm Monday? I've had to pay $60 more for mobile internet. How will I be compensated?

  @Telstra I wake up this morning with no NBN and 4G struggling. ETR Tuesday! Was working ok last night. So my smart modem is useless due to the 4G issue..can't even hotspot.

  Hi @Telstra @Optus when are you going to provide Mt Hutton with the phone service you charge for but NEITHER of you deliver? 😡 BOTH argue the tax payer should pay for YOUR tower. One of you could take the entire suburb? BTW... its 2015. Love to know what year you get this.

  @SITC_CEO_Shanna We are 25ks from Melbourne and have the worst internet performance ever this past week. Previously we have had rubbish performance and Telstra have been out a few times to work in our pit. Whenever it rains we have BIG issues let alone the covid demand. So city no better sadly
