    @3bsBruce @SydGuy78 Process was simple as with @VodafoneAU - on the new iPhone just went to settings > mobile > add eSIM from nearby phone - took a few minutes😳😳 Surprised the others are having such a hard time. You’d think Telstra of all carriers given their size would have their **** together.

    @Telstra Telstra has confirmed via phone that closest tower is offline. We have no internet in any form at all. Would like to know when it will be reinstated. Your website is not showing the outage.

    @Telstra Thanks, but if the Samsung store is unable to resolve this issue in their store I don't think Telstra can. I will continue my discussions with Samsung and hopefully get a refund on this S22 and go back to an iPhone.

    @TMFScottP @Telstra @NBN_Australia Agreed. My provider offered broadband back as of all the problems in the area. I'm sure others had the same offer. I'm also sure it will improve one day. However school work needs to be done.

    @maesy5 @Telstra Yep! 100% I don’t even bother anymore. It’s frustrating and such a waste of time. Apparently it dropping out consistently is no issue. I think we’ve all been taken for a ride on this.

    @Telstra @Optus @amaysimAU Yeah seems like your whole network is down across Melbourne at least just went to the shops they couldn’t use 5G 4G anything but Nbn seems okay sort of I mean for Nbn in the city yeah it’s out of the usual expected level of a yes. My mum always said.

    @Telstra I sent a request via the app but nothing so I took it straight to Samsung and it seems the video and multiple forum post is not enough for them to admit their s22 range has this issue. They want it sent for analysis and repair before considering a refund.

    @Telstra can you please advise if there is any ongoing issue with the NBN in Kings Park Vic 3021 area. It’s been over 3 weeks now and it keeps dropping in and out. I’ve replaced a cord and it’s still happening. Thanks

    Walk into Telstra shop to renew everything and new phones contracts and only taking appointments only l have loyal customer over 20 years can’t do it on week days so put pre order iPhones first before walk in customers

    @Telstra Telstra is crap. I’m in their George Street flagship store waiting an hour (since 9am) to get service. The store is massive and yet they seem to have only one customer service rep working. I guess it’s a deliberate strategy to detract people from coming in store. Disgusted.

    @RonniSalt @Telstra For about 10 tears I’ve had consistent good customer service from iiNet, even after they were taken over by TPG. If they are busy they call me back instead of leaving me on hold. I just wish they hadn’t moved their mobile service from Optus to vodaphone’s pissweak coverage.

    @Telstra Thank you for the reply Jess, but I've repeated my problem to 8+ diff people, I finally got a case manager trying to help me. Really doesn't help when you get hung up on from your system to send me a txt that doesn't help, then to sit on your chat service for 4+hrs for a reply..

    @Telstra TIO was quite surprised they haven’t called too. The complaint number is 2020/12/10944. They issued a refund but never called and so the issues were never dealt with at all. Kind of a mistake when the resolutions are so simple.

    @alfombro @Telstra I don't want 40 sports that is why I us @telstra afl live app. Offer 1/5 of normal price for 1/50 of content of interest - you can keep Kaye (foxtel). I'll only watch free to air matches this season them. Wtf

    @Telstra Issue still not fixed. No one can tell me what the situation is other than both Telstra and NBN handballing the problem back to each other. It's now 14 days since my initial report re: damaged overhead lines. This is completely unacceptable.

    @Telstra Only to get sent to a chat person who has no empathy for the crap I've been put through. To make matters worse they don't even listen to a word I'm saying. To be fear the fault doesn't just fall on Telstra, the amount of idiotic NBN technicians I've been sent baffles me.
