My dads home phone number was hacked by scammers! He has received 100s of calls from people, many abusive! They have requested to change the number but @Telstra still haven’t changed it & the calls are still coming every minute!! It’s a horrible experience & no one seems to care

Update, Telstra still cannot advise when my service will be moved. I will be cancelling my service and using another provider. Telstra’s service and communication is without a doubt the worst I have ever seen.

For balance, I also think @Telstra provides terrible service. ADSL (not just mine) was out for 25 days straight in January. Hours wasted: getting confirmation of outage, promise of notice when fixed (didn't happen), promise of automatic credit (didn't happen), etc.

@Optus .. no signal to call out .. AGAIN ..have never had good reception since switching from @Telstra (after a 40+ year history).... Medical issues atm need 24 hr access to emergency (and other services)... No time to push options 1 thru to 9 n transferred to someone else
