Once I waited on the phone close to two hours to speak to Telstra, right now it's been 38 minutes with Service NSW. It's not that I'm patient, it's that I've invested so much time I just can't give up.

@telstra **** service, **** customer service. They deducted money from account for data pack up and still internet working for last 24 hours. I contact customer service and 24/7 messing service. Issue still not resolve.

Wife on chat with @Telstra to buy a new iPhone for three hours. Person at other end set up a 24 month plan instead of 12. Cancelled but $90 refund not back for a few working days. Said he’d be back in 10mins to sort things out, waiting another 30mins. Appalling customer service

@GlennHampson @EmergencyBK @Telstra Get a telstra call guardian home phone. If screens calls. Call centres don't proceed when asked for their name. So you'll never get the call coming through 👍

All Telstra frontline staff have been courteous & tried hard to help, yet the problems I’ve recently encountered are outside their skillset. It is *so hard to be courteous &remember they’re human when you’ve been digested &spat out by the abysmal automated process.@andy_penn

@Telstra Tried to activate online, paid $50 as an initial recharge. Called because 20hrs later it didn’t go through. Agent was able to activate it, but cannot see my $50. Then offered no resolution and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked for a manager. Can someone help?

@Telstra Hi Jessica, there were and that's why i didnt try to resolve the issue while at home over the weekend. Others in my house with Telstra were not having problems. I went to work in Parkville on Monday where there are no listed outages and I'm having the same issue in that location.
