Could @Telstra be any more useless.... Our NBN has had issues for over a week, spent a day at home for a technician that never showed up. Had multiple calls dropout/hung up on. So over it. Time to find another provider. Recommendations? #NBN #Internet

@Telstra we have been trying all day to talk to someone about connecting the nbn cable that is taped to the power pole at the front of house 🏡 to our actual house? I would suggest you overseas call centre needs training we have 4 hang ups and 3 x call the number we can’t help??

I'm going to look into switching to @Telstra 's 5G next week Been using @Optus for a few months now and it never gets 5G (despite me being close to a tower) and the 4G completely turns off 2-4 times a day every day requiring constant modem reboots Support never gets back to me

@Telstra I wake up this morning with no NBN and 4G struggling. ETR Tuesday! Was working ok last night. So my smart modem is useless due to the 4G issue..can't even hotspot.

@Telstra Wow well done. Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Good work #timetoleavetelstra

@Telstra We already had it connected but the cable came down off the house 🏡 and needs to be re attached it’s been down for about 4 weeks all your connections are for new connections etc .. we have everything modem etc just need the cable connected we also need the Foxtel satellite 📡

Hi @Telstra, I'm still having issues with Apple Music streaming being counted towards my mobile data quota. I spent an hour chatting to a representative in the My Telstra app who insisted it was an @Apple problem and that I should contact them.

Even though Byron Bay is having great weather, it has been impacted by the floods & their Telstra tower in Ballina has gone down so no wifi… which means, most places only taking cash. As I only use payWave, I have no cash & no bank card. Should make for an interesting few days!
