Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

K•A•N•E (@kanethesaint) reported@ronInBendigo @RaymondKeown3 The Belong (Telstra) plan is $25 only once you have activated a service with them it will appear when you go to change plans via their app. 10GB data per month with rollover, if you ever exceed it, it doesn't charge extra just slows to 1Mbps.

My modem is in back up mode and wont load MyTelstra, so I try hotspotting off my Telstra phone. But your coverage is so sporadic that it won't even count as "connected."

Never had this problem till now. Do someone need to out and look at the connection or do need to another modem for the rest of the house.

Mr Max (@MrMax_2000) reported@VoteLewko @Starlink Telstra promises speeds of 500Mbps and delivers 50. Average time wasted in customer care calls is around 30 min. The speed a never consistent. But price hikes every year. They were offering measly 50 Mbps but just to thwart starlink they offered higher speeds on paper.
