    @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

    @Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

    @BernieSpofforth Solution: StarLink and Pi phone. I will receive my internet from the sky. Now Telstra and Optus are no longer relevant.

    After another major fault on our Telstra service & raising absolute merry hell on Saturday, a nice diligent & competent technician came out yesterday morning and fixed a major Telstra line issue down the street & temporarily repaired another one nearby & we’re up & running.🥹🙌🍀

    @mattgillard @developerjack @Telstra The con that Telstra is a premium service provider is how they justify charging premium prices. Scratch the surface of any service to reveal and 2nd rate service with fancy marketing to gaslight customers. Always the most you can pay for comms service, never the best.

    @Telstra Stop giving me template replies and troubleshooting steps!!! I’m aware of how to reboot a modem and look at the lightsand … get in touch with that stupid NBN and get them to fix their f up!!! And yes that’s your responsibility and problem to get in touch with them and not mine!

    @samfloreani The article says Telstra have apologised, but … have they? I certainly haven’t seen any such apology or notification that it occurred. Would like to see legislation also address customer notifications, with deadlines and published standards
