Brad Hooper (@bradhooperarch) reported from Woodend, Victoria@Telstra There is no ‘Accounts & billing’ selection available on the drop-down menu. So not much use. Thanks for trying though.

Brad Hooper (@bradhooperarch) reported from Woodend, Victoria@djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never, ever DD w @telstra peeps!

TheAbsentMindedVoter 🐨 🍺 🤬 (@Phil_HX4) reported from Riddell, Victoria@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia How many connections will be completed at no extra cost due to the degrading copper network? You know us customers now stuck on default #4G data because for some ‘unknown’ reason we’ve lost fixed line connectivity! @Telstra #LNP were warned, to little too late! #Auspol

Brad Hooper (@bradhooperarch) reported from Woodend, Victoria@Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

💦💧Mickledrippin’ (@GrelisMichael) reported from Romsey, Victoria@MargMcCrohon @jmil400 @gdgoz Remember how American Toe Cutter stopped by St Andrews and was nonplussed to hear prayers being offered to ask the Gov for help during Financial Crisis- returned to USA with Sol Whatsit (Telstra) with $$$ millions golden handshake, and received Wall St bank payout.

Trevor Hockins (@TrevorHockins) reportedLegalities aside, look at what Senator Henderson did: 1/ Telstra says there's a Triple-Zero system outage 2/ Saying she's concerned at the well-being of Australians, she calls Triple-Zero -- twice 3/ Why? She doesn't trust "this govt" or the telco. At best, it's dangerously dumb
-
WebbedRanger (@WebbedRanger) reported@_benny4 To be fair Telstra is the only “reliable” service in the bush. But yes, now at least they should explore Starlink
-
Kmac (@check307) reportedVicky Brady Telstra CEO gives FA care about customers. Just keeps increasing the costs of communication to customers with FA service except to take her $2 mill annual salary .These over paid assoles is what is wrong with Australia .They are about money and wrecking the economy
-
Southside (@hapast8) reported@Batman2242 You a Telstra customer? Lol

The Petition of Right, 1628. (@TafPomScotiPole) reported@NoticerNews Why are Australians not employed at Telstra’s call centres? We should have a say in that. Especially since more Indians have migrated to Australia in the last 5 years, than all Greeks & Italians over the past 100 years. And Labor is planning to bring in hordes more Indians. India uses nuclear power at their call centres, made from Australian uranium. Why not use our uranium here? Labor is full of idiot traitors! I’m sick of calling Telstra, waiting for ages while being bombarded with ads, then finding that I can’t understand the person at the ‘call centre’. What a stupid shambles.

David Marler (@Qldaah) reportedI worked in IT & communications for about 15yrs. Blame on individuals or departments solves nothing. The issues will still be there. Look at this Telstra outage, talk to technicians, gather the information & use that knowledge to build a better system. #auspol

Angry Aunty 🇦🇺 (@auntyneville665) reported@VoteLewko That’s a very good point. The Telstra outage is not without precedent and the rail network contingency plan should have accounted for this likely eventuality. But they clearly didn’t. So the Government blames Telstra because that’s easier.
-
STOhappy (@OhappySt) reportedIt's believed a lady in South Australia died as a consequence of not being able to get help on 000. An investigation is underway. The CEO of Telstra is supposedly returning to Australia from an overseas holiday early tomorrow morning.🙄
-
BLUE (@BLUE04699289) reported@KymRob25112 People should not be focused on Henderson's call. It made no difference. There was no option of connecting. Telstra's network did not switch to other carriers. Forced switch was not available as this requires a network connection. Telstra & the gov are responsible.

KJauger (@JaugerK) reported@DavidDim_ocracy Especially when our national telco Telstra went down because those offshored jobs couldnt do their job properly in India...
