That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

Warwick Rendell (@WarwickRendell) reported@Telstra Except it’s NOT working. It’s redirecting to my voicemail, not the number I gave it. I tried turning it off again, then back on, no change. Still goes to my voicemail instead of the help desk number.
