  @Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

  @djshaneday @Telstra Ordinarily no but knew wouldn’t be able 2 pay next bill on date, @telstra advise no ‘top-ups’ b4 them issuing bill so DD next option. Dutifully signed up, due date came, no debit at midnight, rang, told their fault, I had paid up, but ‘fined’ $15. Never,ever DD w @telstra peeps!

  @Telstra There is no ‘Accounts & billing’ selection available on the drop-down menu. So not much use. Thanks for trying though.

  Telstra have no issue with puttn in numbers&pressn redeem nos. But microsoft smartassholes make life hell. I've lost another many hrs of being messed around with screens showing rubbish. Its simple=U have an PC+u put in product code&redeem. Robots r a phyco excuse to brain-harass

  @_shanmoho @hasselljpb @Telstra They 'upgraded' to 5G down here last year and killing the 4G network in the process. Hahahaha .Had to switch to a different provider.

  Google + Telstra announced an Australia/ APAC connectivity partnership for Al-era workloads. Google will secure inter-city dark fiber capacity on Telstra's Aura Network, and Telstra will access fiber pairs on Google's Tabua, Proa, and Bulikula subsea cable systems. Telstra says Aura already has 8,000+ km laid. $GOOG

  @Kate3015 It’d really not that hard to spot but to the untrained eye they always look legitimate. My husband a case in point. He doesn’t click on the link but always asks me how to deal with it. Every time I,show- block the email via,the contact card, delete, simple. Government departments never send you anything, just a notification to go to My Gov. Telstra has the email in the App. If it’s not there it’s not real. There are couple I can think of.

  @eevblog i spent 3 months fighting their absurdity over a business account, with them "doing it wrong" and then forgetting about it. the only solution was to raise a complaint and follow that process, which so far has taken a month. telstra is criminally incompetent :(

  @ronInBendigo @RaymondKeown3 The Belong (Telstra) plan is $25 only once you have activated a service with them it will appear when you go to change plans via their app. 10GB data per month with rollover, if you ever exceed it, it doesn't charge extra just slows to 1Mbps.
