@Telstra You just put my nbn bill up. I can’t cancel within contract without a penalty but you can put prices up. When the contract expires you will lose a 20 year customer. Mobile and internet. So long. Never to return

It was doggies essendon game. another doggies fan was like, "the essendon kid next to me is crying, I asked him how many premierships he'd seen." For those of us a bit older, it seemed like a lifetime

@Telstra disappointed that no one from your customer service, knows a Telstra tough 5 phone and how it’s settings work. My 79 year old Dad has been changed over his plan for the past two months and we’d just like this explained to us. He’s a 20+ Telstra customer, just poor form

Once I waited on the phone close to two hours to speak to Telstra, right now it's been 38 minutes with Service NSW. It's not that I'm patient, it's that I've invested so much time I just can't give up.

@jono_hayward Literally 6 MONTHS of the worst customer support in my life. Even now I've just been told that this router can't activate because their system is trying to sign me up for Fetch for a THIRD TIME. I'm losing my mind. Would not recommend Optus to anyone. Wait for Telstra.

There is definitely something wrong with @NBN_Australia right now. I can get 264Mbps download, but only 0.03Mbps upload (tested on multiple machines, using HFC). I'm a @Telstra broadband customer, but am very confident this is an NBN issue.

I have Belong and never have any trouble...I have FTTP tho...it's always a bit faster than the plan...they are a subsidiary of Telstra so they're using all the Telstra infra...which is the best down here by far..why they are so much cheaper than Telstra I'll never know!

@LennaLeprena I’m having another barney with Telstra at the moment as they decided to have an outage here for 11 days which involved people barely being able to use their mobiles during the day for 7 days. No duty of care, and the idiot who rang me was condescending, rude.
