Did you know: If you’re with @Telstra and you have multiple mobile phones in your household, with contracts signed on different dates, you get direct debited for each service on different days? It’s confusing, inconvenient and dumb, and Telstra don’t care.

  • doc_eggbert doc eggbert (@doc_eggbert) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra What kind of offers you got for @optus customers who were hacked? #OptusHack Been a loyal customer 12 years (3 x phones). Jumping ship coz it can happen again.

  • vitomattvm vito m (@vitomattvm) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hey @Telstra @Foxtel the communication between the two of you & the ability to resolve an issue is awful. Upgrading a Foxtel box should not be this complicated. Into the 3rd hour now….

  • sueroberts7 Sue Roberts (@sueroberts7) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @mjrowland68 @BreakfastNews Grateful I’m a Telstra customer 🙏

  • ShaneBryan_IT Shane Bryan (@ShaneBryan_IT) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@ScottRhodie @Telstra Even their “Telstra Connect” Enterprise customer portal is sheer trash. Errors, missing services, exports rarely work. So over their ****.

@Optus when can we expect to see Pixel 7 phone preorder information? Current @Telstra customer looking for a better deal. @VodafoneAU currently looking favourite

  • Piiiiickles Pickles (@Piiiiickles) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra I have mobile data… but it’s not enough to do what we can normally do. We rely on consistent service to be able to work at home. We had no warning. We are paying for both mobile and home internet, yet getting less than half the service. Outage map comes up negative for our area.

  • meholt not your real Dad (@meholt) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Brodhe A slightly different issue though. This was names and email of employees from 6 years ago. LinkedIn will tell you more about the people who work for Telstra. our emails aren’t exactly hard to figure out, they’re just our names and the domain.

  • davesayys Dave (@davesayys) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@anderlols Check out Boost Mobile, they run on the full Telstra network

  • mikjcal Mick (@mikjcal) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@3bsBruce @SydGuy78 Process was simple as with @VodafoneAU - on the new iPhone just went to settings > mobile > add eSIM from nearby phone - took a few minutes😳😳 Surprised the others are having such a hard time. You’d think Telstra of all carriers given their size would have their **** together.

  • vitomattvm vito m (@vitomattvm) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Confusion over Telstra/Foxtel responsibility is an issue. When instructed to call Telstra by Foxtel, the T rep put me on hold “to look into it” & suddenly I found myself transferred to a F rep, more confused than I was. Why is this all so unnecessarily complicated?

  • kyleminall Kyle Minall (@kyleminall) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Data was DEFINITELY not working for ~10 mins in Melbourne.

  • Niksterisms Nikki Clare (@Niksterisms) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra can you please advise if there is any ongoing issue with the NBN in Kings Park Vic 3021 area. It’s been over 3 weeks now and it keeps dropping in and out. I’ve replaced a cord and it’s still happening. Thanks

  • rocky1622 Brian Humphries (@rocky1622) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Walk into Telstra shop to renew everything and new phones contracts and only taking appointments only l have loyal customer over 20 years can’t do it on week days so put pre order iPhones first before walk in customers

  • rocky1622 Brian Humphries (@rocky1622) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

There’s customer service at Telstra anymore people should not have book

  • Niksterisms Nikki Clare (@Niksterisms) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@maesy5 @Telstra Yep! 100% I don’t even bother anymore. It’s frustrating and such a waste of time. Apparently it dropping out consistently is no issue. I think we’ve all been taken for a ride on this.

@fchadfallout76 @Telstra It does, I’m so mad and annoyed. I can deal without this stuff it’s no biggie I’m general but at this stage I’ve got **** I need to do for work and YouTube! I’m literally being prevented from doing my work because Telstra are so incompetent. Any Aussies able to help?

@NeoLux13 @Tyr_VY @Telstra Seriously! Never had an issue that they couldn’t fix!

  • ajprotheroe1 ajprotheroe (@ajprotheroe1) reported

@darrengilmore6 Know a bloke who cut fibre optics to a large part of a state a few years ago - Telstra went to tear him a new one until he showed them the pic of the cable only being 40cm down instead of over a metre - not always the contractors fault

  • jherald Justin Herald (@jherald) reported

@Telstra After going in store business customers are not eligible for the $9 per month deal. As I stated..... loyalty is never rewarded or at least acknowledged by your company. Your policies are the best advertisement for your competition.

  • cold_shuga K. L. Hill (@cold_shuga) reported

Yesterday we had no internet at work. So today telstra has decided to annoy me with “planned outage” for repairs but also … the connect check tool has service issues.

@Telstra Order: 1-3153525592928 and compliant: 30573070. Technician booked for Mon 7th March, all that needs doing to resolve this issue is bringing that appointment forward to this week, as I was assured three times, the technician would be at my home yesterday (1st March)!

  • joebamabinladen BigWetBlokes (@joebamabinladen) reported

@Telstra Hi guys, my internet is being incredibly slow today (almost like it’s not actually working) I’m not sure if this is a problem on my end or Telstra’s problem as we’ve just had flooding here that has damaged roads and other things. Cheers
