    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @ThatRagnarDude @Telstra I waited 90 minutes and I'm apparently a "Silver Member". And the response was basically, "Yeah, the site is broken, do it this way..." Nobody could explain why my "credit assessment" said I couldn't afford a plan that I already had. It's just a mess.

    @Telstra Because of the stupid iPhone 13 Pro Max preorder issues you had I’ve accidentally placed an order for the Pro and then another order for the Pro Max. 2 hrs with the gold member support chat to cancel my first order and keep the second, so frustrating.

    @Telstra I don't understand why my internet cost is rising $5 per month when the service is not changing and Telstra made a profit of $1.9b. We're all stuck at home in lockdown. You should be giving everyone free internet for 6 months

    @Telstra your reply sounds computer generated. as usual telstra can stuff something up that was working perfectly, blame some one else for stuff up and then not be able to fix problem quickly resulting in plenty of pain and loss of income to the aggrieved party

    @Telstra Hi, yes no problem. I mean I also know people with Telstra who ordered a week after me and got their order in the late August shipment so I don’t have a huge amount of confidence in Telstra’s ability to allocate stock in a logical fashion. ;)

    @Telstra oh and you can’t email him the requirements either, even though it was an email to cancel the order and provide a number to call. You know @Optus does everything over the phone and/or email right? What’s going on? Great way to lose customers.

    @Telstra This should not be an issue, either you have overcommitted in products, both to existing and potential customers and your customer onboarding process is out of date or there’s an error with communication

    @Telstra Benowa 4217 Velocity down over 24 hours, no ETA no communications from Telstra, called 4 times and still no clue why is down. Asked neighbors they experience same thing. Get a grip @Telstra communicate with your customers like @Aussie_BB .
