    @Telstra No not reached data limit. Those speeds were from 1st day. Impacted my work, @D0CT0R_Dave’s work, children’s school & no one could fix it or say why it was occurring. They would close the complaint & then I would reopen it & every time someone was surprised it had been closed.

    @Telstra No. Took the NightHawk device to the store, not faulty. Spent literally hours on the phone and on the app with tech support. The mobile tower is 500m from the house so distance is not the problem.

    @Telstra Hi Reggie, does @Telstra provide in-home support for older customers to install and set up their modem? My mum’s modem finally arrived yesterday after 2 wks but she is unable to set it up by herself (as I’m sure many ppl struggle to do) and so remains without her landline & wifi
