    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @Telstra If you "INTRODUCED" this ridiculous rule you can undo it right now! I have a choice, don't I, surely, about how much "security" aka INCONVENIENCE I need, want and can bear?! As a paying customer, that is my right! I demand my rights as a customer of 6 decades. FIX IT NOW!

    What can be the reason I am forbidden to access personal emails on desktop computer for hours at a time? Telstra introduced obligatory mandatory rule that we must login to our mobile phones in order to login to our Telstra Webmail! It's outrageous! Phone lost/uncharged=no email!

    @Telstra went into a store to get WIFI took my money and now they wifi don’t work staff lie and misleading customer service say one thing then change there mind still not sorted worst service I’ve ever received

    @Telstra I can’t see that you can help me. I want a plan that supports esims I want to post pay my bill not pre pay by direct debit. I’ve been with Telstra around 15years, it’s time now to look at other options. Vodafone have $150 bonus credit Optus I can donate data to Smith Family

    @Telstra Please give your customers the OPTION of different levels of protection for their private email account with Telstra Webmail. I am fine with a simple login with password. The necessity to login to my mobile phone AS WELL is OVERKILL and utterly ridiculous requirement!

    @jamiemgalea @ozisoft No official games for like two weeks after launch, the two games available were from Acclaim and were like $120 each, no memory cards available for ages, and the inbuilt modems were downgraded and locked to Telstra’s $5 an hour service
