    @Telstra Nope, no need. My incoming telco got involved and got a solution happening. Number porting underway. I got NBN installed in my office yesterday - after @Telstra said it wasn’t possible - new telco, no worries. Goodbye Telstra 👋🏽 Goodbye.

    @BroHilderchump @Telstra Well I'm sure in fairness, the person trying to help you is on the other side of the world in a cubicle and juggling 10 customers at the same time at their workstation and being timed to make sure their not bludging... Because that's efficiency and world class customer service

    @Telstra Thanks for this. Also blocked scam calls by unplugging the landline :/ But scam emails getting through are rising. Really obvious “this person knows a secret to getting rich, do this before the banks crack down”.

    I have been on @Telstra Chat since 7:58am. In 50 minutes these are the things the Telstra Rep has said... 8:02am "I will resolve the issue asap" 8:13am "I will resolve the issue asap" 8:34am "I will resolve issues asap" Things he has NOT done in that time Resolved the issue
