    @Telstra My NBN service is disconnected without any port out or disconnect request from me. After getting through three levels of support for last 3 hours I have been told I need to get new NBN connection which will take 10 business days to install? This is so disappointing.

    Right another rant here I swear this will be the last one well I hope but for some reason @Telstra and the nbn service has just stopped and I’ve come to a conclusion that the Telstra pit out the front is to blame as it’s broken and had not been fixed so water is getting into it.

    @kncdaniels @Telstra Been bouncing between 5G & H+ since yesterday for me & others & it's not me it's the network. Nothing reported well its hard to use online tools with H+ speeds. Time outs are attrocius.

    Feeling bad for my partner this morning! Work was hell for him again coz of all the issues with telstra in Aussi. His job is already hard, I certainly couldn’t do it! Tell me again how he has to work harder & smarter to deserve to earn more money?! #EssentialWorker

    @Telstra my contract is paid off on thursday and i want to get a new phone and contract sorted online. i can get the phone and everything to checkout, but to change plan i have to go into my service details to do that

    @Telstra yes I have. An outage is not showing but a friend has advised me that Telstra has said the service is impacted by an outage that won't be restored for 2 days
