    @Telstra, I'm a velocity customer who came home to no internet yesterday. However, apparently the velocity support team are only available 8-5 mon-fri. What kind of nonsense is that? Also, please don't blame it on covid, you're a Telco. You really should be able to sort out WFH

    @Chirp19OCE @Telstra Change over to aussie broad band, i had constant drop outs that telstra said they couldn't detect any issues. Switch over and aussie said there was an issue with the switch and sent a guy out the next day.

    @JoanBloggs @Scamwatch_gov I was informed in Feb 2019 that NBN was coming to our area. Now 17 months later it still isn't on. We have had those scam NBN calls for all that time! Telstra told me THEY will contact me when connection is imminent & to hang up on those scam calls.

    @BlotReport Never use Telstra's speed test. Google Measurement Labs. It's an industry tool and more honest than anything from Telstra. My NBN was so slow gifs buffered. Telstra stalled for 8 months even with the TIO pushing them. Multiple cancelled visits from the NBN.
