@Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

@sadiesjogren @SuperNetball I think (not a Telstra customer so happy to be corrected) that the free Live Passes are only for Telstra Customers, so have always been limited to Australia. Might have been able to be used with roaming? Not sure, I’ve always paid for my subscription to the app.

I’m so angry that Telstra a telephone company hangs up@on you every time you call them. I’m also angry that your representatives don’t care or follow up on issues. You are absolutely the most awful company in Australia in so many ways.

@wyndhamvic @LesStonehouse I had unlimited cable at the time. Was great. Then Telstra limited downloads to 3GB per month (at the same price). I think we went from cable to adsl which was not only slow but unreliable as well (we're about 3.5kms from the exchange). Good times...😡

@Telstra I tried to do that using my Telstra app and it just dumps me. iPhone 8. It’s a terrible system that no matter how many times you report something the next rep has to have it repeated to them. Telstra don’t return calls. Hang up on you constantly. I’m gonna use telecom ombudsman

@Telstra No! No one is answering the phone. Why don’t you have local customer service where we can talk to actual people?

@Telstra Service has now been restored and a new modem delivered, thankfully. Now the process of re-registering all my devices begins and I can get back to work and study. For what Telstra charge, very ordinary service. 30Mbs download is hardly market leading. Not happy!!

@Telstra any chance someone can respond to the two requests I’ve made in the last 24 hours for assistance disconnecting my mother’s service. She passed away on Monday.
