    @826Maureen @Telstra I use Kogan mobile for my iPhone,cheap as chips and not had a single problem,same iiNet for home nbn.i will never use Telstra for anything ever again.

    @NBN_Australia I’ve tried contacting them (impossible!), Telstra and Optus are apparently saying there’s no issue, but Aussie Broadband are telling their customers there is an issue at the Lilydale exchange. A bit of transparency would be good!

    **** @Telstra and their pathetic online customer service. I was online for 2 hours passed between 3 agents made a payment to unlock a phone and now no one is responding to me and the phone is still locked!!!

    @circleslifeAU Being only 20k’s from the CBD we get poor reception and calls drop out. When we can,call quality is patchy and can barely hear the other person. Moved to circles life 2 months ago so before we go back to Telstra is there anything you suggest to improve our service?

    @Telstra New internet service via Velocity (existing modem on site) to new residential premises. NBN not available at those premises.

    You have 3 set top boxes in the house. Are a customer of @Foxtel for over 20 years you upgrade from iQ2 to iQ4 because you have to. Yet the technician does not install the free to air HD channels. Couldn't give a rats that we get it through @telstra . Refuse to send a tech back.

    .@Telstra my NBN’s out again (6 times in two weeks). Seems to happen every time it rains. Not what I expect from a modern network.

    @Telstra how Fast does it take for the 5G network to be installed ?. im surprised there aint 5G in Yarrawonga or Mulwala yet but there is in Corowa which isnt much further on
