    @826Maureen @Telstra I use Kogan mobile for my iPhone,cheap as chips and not had a single problem,same iiNet for home nbn.i will never use Telstra for anything ever again.

    @Telstra business landline dead (probably water in pits as we had 100 ml at the end of last week). Can't find number for Business Faults but Faults say a week (at least) for a technician & no reference number for calls. Need quick fix & call forwarding (although mobile shocking)

    @karmabusdriver @peterMVFC @Telstra We've been waiting for 6 months and still have not heard back from them! Honestly, terrible service. Reached a boiling point this week as we've called 3 times (over an hour everytime) and every day it's the same story. Good luck!

    @Telstra your customer service is appalling. I have been unable to make or receive calls for 3 days. This is not only distressing but a violation of simple customer rights.

    Based on what I've seen, it looks like the main process is: Buy or migrate a block of numbers to Microsoft/Telstra Calling; See the numbers in Teams Admin Center and assign them to users; Then apply Calling and Emergency policies, etc. Does that sound right? That easy? Then what?

    @PetraAu @iiNet iiNet went to **** when they were bought out by TPG (everyone with a brain knew it would happen). I'd been with them since Mick Malone started it in the family garage. Had family & friends work for them. Finally gave them away & went to Telstra about 18 months ago.

    @wadekelly Having done a bit of driving/staying in regional areas over the last week, I can support that the Telstra coverage has been excellent compared to Mr R's provider. I can't imagine paying even more though 😱 @catmiddleton

    Hey @PolyCompany, have you got any information about migrating VVX handsets that are currently configured as Telstra TIPT to 3PIP Microsoft Teams phones? Either that, or is there a VVX trade-in program to help us move to CCX handsets instead? We'd like to move to Telstra Calling.

    @telstra How bad is your customer service when I request a disconnect for an international move on 26/3, they disconnect it immediately, and it can't be reconnected?! Atrocious.
