Meanwhile I got coworkers bragging on how rude they were to Telstra and I’m like… you ain’t **** at ******** all. You don’t like those 3 months of hell but we are paid damn well for it and you dunking on someone who makes half your wages to be a ****?

  • ArbitraryLens JASHIKO (@ArbitraryLens) reported

@Telstra Yep and 6 months pretty much now, the issue is there's no communication. I get a ton of other info about roaming changes but that's it. I went to recharge and saw it's disconnected. Support said I need a new sim. But that's impossible being abroad.

  • wendyduck68 Wendy Duckworth (@wendyduck68) reported

@Telstra Thanks Tori. I would prefer if you could give me a direct number to call so I can speak to somebody at a level who can actually help. I cannot go on hold again only to be told to lodge an incident report.

  • SammyCampbell0 Samantha Campbell (@SammyCampbell0) reported

@Telstra I have contacted you 5 times now and no one is fixing our issue! Send one of your techs to the Mary Kathleen Telstra tower called 4825004 near #MountIsa and fix it! We cannot send an email let alone run our business. Coordinates are (-20.77349, 140.02841) @MountIsaNews

  • trentgaybody John Walsh (@trentgaybody) reported

@Telstra Only by SMS. I was told I’d be contacted by your tech team yet all have bad are suggestions via text. Some automated at that. The wifi works but varies in strength to the point of dropping out constantly

  • AdamDrinan Adam Drinan (@AdamDrinan) reported

@Telstra the Telstra store at Nepean village penrith is a living, breathing advertisement for Optus. The experience as a business customer with 8-9 devices was appalling. I walked out completely dissatisfied, they knew that and it was ok.

  • mikeredes The Masked OWL (@mikeredes) reported

@Telstra I will but i am a Telstra customer so maybe telstra coughs also do something to protect there customers.
