@Telstra This is a new one this afternoon. Internet itself is working fine so far today. Could be a problem at Apple or the recent Telstra disruptions are due to implementation of a replacement for Telstra Broadband Protect and this replacement may block Apple’s Private Relay feature.

  • ThatCostumedGuy Matthew R (@ThatCostumedGuy) reported

@telstra - when I try and connect to Google and YouTube, suddenly all my devices are on Restricted Mode and I am unable to turn off. As soon as I connect through 4g everything is fine. Please correct the settings of your network.

  • DonnaMarie0103 Donna-Marie (@DonnaMarie0103) reported

.@Telstra @Optus @amaysimAU are you still working to reduce spam calls because I'm getting more than ever both on my personal and work phones, (one phone with each carrier) and it's getting ridiculous how much crap is coming through 🤯

  • Tandylon119 Tony Long (@Tandylon119) reported

@prue_addlem @Apple @Telstra I was hacked a while back and got recommended to #spooky_crak on Instagram and I will also recommend you to contactv him if you have any tech related issues

  • dragon_slayr Dragon (@dragon_slayr) reported

@Telstra Don't you know utterly hopeless your 'No help' chat line is? Yes, I got a case number but after a short while it is converted to asterisks that I can no longer read. The entire company is a frustrating blob of uselessness

  • TopazOtter Pup Topaz (Emily) (@TopazOtter) reported

@Telstra Fix your damn problems. All of our devices across the entire household are being blocked by 'restricted mode' on Youtube that was set by the network administrator. Every device, apps or not, is forced into restricted mode.

  • TheAbeKane Abe Kane (@TheAbeKane) reported

@TopazOtter @Telstra Damn. Seems like it's a varied problem. Maybe a hack and we are all losing our data again hahaha. Can't be worth too much by now since everyone has a copy

  • CX316 James Austin (@CX316) reported

@izzie_kathryn @CotySJ1 @No7Sammy Oh hey, must be where they got the idea to burn down my telecommunications system here in Australia (privatised Telstra then because the now-private Telstra kicked up a stink during the NBN upgrade had to nerf the upgrade and rent the lines to companies instead of to the user)

  • TheAbeKane Abe Kane (@TheAbeKane) reported

@TopazOtter @Telstra If you have anything like Ublock, turn it off and youtube will work. But you will still get "restricted by network administrator" I heard

  • prue_addlem Prue Milgate (@prue_addlem) reported

@Apple @telstra at least when I begged you to just shut it down so they couldn’t keep our only photo memories you could have helped. I don’t care about you claiming to have privacy guards. They have failed me. Protect my kids at least.
