    I can honestly say @Telstra has THE worst customer support I've ever dealt with. Having my support tickets cancelled 4 times in 3 days for an issue that can only be fixed by a technician physically working on my NBN box/dish because their remote crap says there is no problem.

    (I discovered that a simple non-contact live wire detector can detect the signal the NBN box sends to the DPU, and it's present in the former Telstra box on the side of the house. Therefore the fault shouldn't be in our house.)

    @Telstra worst customer experience ever at Tuggerah Telstra store, staff don't answer phones and when I attended the store I'm greeted by rude staff who told me to go and sign up with Optus. I was considering switching from Optus. Won't be now.

    Seems the only feature of @NBN_Australia we get in my suburb is them breaking the existing service so we have to wait 4 days (at least) for @Telstra to get around to fixing it. Time on outages page seems to just count then reset- doubt it provides any real info.
