    @826Maureen @Telstra I use Kogan mobile for my iPhone,cheap as chips and not had a single problem,same iiNet for home nbn.i will never use Telstra for anything ever again.

    @Telstra I’ve been with Telstra for 20+ years…why is my service so bad yet so expensive and when I do mention it, I’m given excuses instead of solutions…I think it’s time to move on…I’m obviously not that important to Telstra, maybe they don’t need my business? 😕

    @Telstra every night from about 8pm our internet goes from normal to unavailable. With the spiral of death… no programs or streaming works. All bills are paid. We just can’t access what we are paying for. UNACCEPTABLE! Stop taking our money and not providing the service !!!

    @Telstra just watched a advert saying “you don’t think need best network until you do” well I am 10 min from Clare sa and only 3G what am I supposed to do ? New phone in September 5G be waste money upgrade and your service can you come out build a tower so reception better
