    Love it when @Telstra waste my time I had this problem with them a few years ago and here I am, once again, going to contact the Telecommunications Ombudsman for the same issues

    @Telstra I enter my current login details and then just get a blank screen. I’ve been asking for help for over a year now. I just keep getting fobbed off. Now I can’t even use the web version of my account to change my email address.

    Think very carefully before you sign up with @Telstra If you have a simple problem, almost impossible to get help. No-one you can phone.

    @Telstra I asked about an appointment. There's at least a 4 week wait at Southland store. If that doesn't signal a problem... I give up!!

    @KayeBernard @Telstra I was also hacked, support services couldn’t do anything, send a DM to meektoolss on Instagram they’ll help you regain access to your account

    As soon as I can I'm going to Telstra because @Optus customer service is the worst. Even got told I'm a liar by their consultant Steven. I am beyond frustrated.

    @Telstra aged kids, no access to NBN, terrible download speeds, even with $1200 of external antenna i had to pay for.  Why don't you have an exemption for people like us?
