@Telstra Doesn't help me much when the app wont even let me log faults in regards to the terrible service in my home town. 3 years ago full service. Now lucky to have 1 bar when I am home. Obviously not the phone like you told me last time cause it gets full service in other places

My father is an accident waiting to happen (and yes we are working on moving him) BUT without a working landline he CANNOT get HELP! NOT GOOD ENOUGH @telstra !!

Telstra, you have surpassed all previous terrible service efforts. My bigpond email account has been cancelled. It happened three days ago. Telstra “Platinum” service has no idea why. Eventually told I was they were “working on it”. No idea when it will be fixed. Hopeless.

@Telstra Nah not doing private msgs again. Last time telstra told me there was nothing wrong with the tower and it was my phone. Yet I already had a screen shot from telstra app msgs saying there is a problem with the tower. Since then I cant log fault reports anymore.

@Telstra @KazzaKaye Please be honest and stop downplaying the issue as intermittent. It's been a permanent issue for nearly a week. I know my email app works but there is still a problem for users when an email is mistakingly sent straight to junk so your email app never gets it.
