    @Telstra Hi Jo I got tired of trying to resolve matters and gave up. 24 hours later it was all working fine and is till working fine. My intuition was the problem was elsewhere in the Telstra network - which is something you guys should have visibility on? If not its needed! Save time

    The @Telstra debacle continues. 7 weeks of a failed service, caused by Telstra and 20 days since a call from Jean my complaints manager.

    @Telstra Thanks Febey. I (and my family and neighbours) have zero bars that say otherwise. I have called Telstra and they confirm the tower is down but can't say when it will be back. What else can you offer? I can barely work, kids can't study etc.

    To @Telstra,scam call issues went up after salesforce. I have exploited two loop holes in salesforce. This can prevent more than 50% scam calls. You just have to add few buttons on salesforce.

    @JillJackz I did shop around and could not find any supplier not charging the same amount as Telstra is going to, for an equivalent service.
