    Set up a new internet service a couple of weeks back. Nothing but problems with my new smart modem. Tried to set up Telstra id to troubleshoot. What a joke. Why do you make it so hard @Telstra

    @Telstra The last contact I had on one was August 2021 where you closed it without it being fixed or notified. October 10, 9 ½ hours of “support” with a “complaint raised” October 11, a further complaint related to October 10, “complaint raised” again

    @Telstra Lol ... though I appreciate the comment. But I had no internet, at home or on my phone for half the day. messaging was also down for much of that time too. Thus the 1999 comment. It was bad timing between maintenance and storm knocking everything out.

    @Telstra NBN was taken out by #melbournestorm, no updates available but called after 12 hours no internet. Telstra tech took some time to ascertain that it was indeed out, gave me 3am today restoration. Mobiles are being overused in the area so extremely slow (1-2 bars available)

    @ToneSaysGoLeft @jamesprutter @pruecar Telstra are so crap they have to be continuously propped up by the government but at least their shareholders are happy- just not the customers with their high prices, poor service and (prev) overseas call takers who read off a script.
