@Telstra Tried that. Also reset network settings after speaking with tech support. There is clearly an issue somewhere. The drop outs are constant and making business suffer.

@Telstra I can’t see the hotmail on Telstra 24. Try to connect watch will this acc accepts password and states acc not linked. Have done this with 3 or more Telstra team with the same results. No one has an answer just the same solution that’s doesn’t work.

Hahahaha imagine getting half internet speed during a lockdown because either telstra is hot garbage or your ISP fiddles too much. I really regret telling my housemate to go with @MyRepublicAU

@Telstra I have been through this both in store and on the phone and been told there is a problem with your account. No one seam to read the notes about this and keeps suggesting the same solutions that don’t work. I have been stuck in this rabbit hole for 6 months

@Telstra I have 3 mobile phones and a broadband all attached to 1 account 2001018865. I am sure there are pages of note documenting how they ant fix what is such a simple request, reconnect my Apple Watch to my account

@Telstra my issue has still not been dealt with. Via the text I only receiving a few where I have to explain the issue over and over again without resolution. Very unhappy.
