    @Telstra @fictillius Would think the international airport would be a hotspot for good coverage. Would hardly want people buying a Telstra sim and realising 5 minutes later the service is crap. Doesn’t seem good for business.

    @Telstra It’s slow. Always has been. Only improved temporarily when nobody was visiting. Just two bars of 4G. It’s the main street of one of the busiest towns on the NSW South Coast.

    @Telstra I repeat, the signal was too congested to be able to even download the link. You don’t need more information, you need more capacity in one of the highest traffic areas on the NSW South Coast. I pointed this out a year ago.

    @Telstra LIke the other big boys your suport model is one where the customer cannot possibly speak to anyone except an undertrained or underequipped front line person who will pass you to the wrong dept or cut you off so you have to go over the whole thing again.
