@Telstra Please look into the customer practices at Penrith Telstra Shop. My experience so far has been rife with misrepresentation. They tried to take my product for return without refund. They cancelled by $40 prepaid and said it was transferred to another sim. it wasn't.

@Telstra Can't you guys cancel these ppls accts? They are obviously scammers & are just wasting our time. Why can't telecommunications companies do more to stop them?

  • 72Hallam Jenny Hallam (@72Hallam) reported

@Telstra They are now harrassing me.. they have called again. Isnt it illegal to harrass using a carriage service? I told them not to call me... they immediately called back. How is that not harassment?

people complain about the referees being biased against the Warriors every weekend ... Warriors are sponsored by Vodafone. The NRL is sponsored by Telstra. Don't be surprised if the Warriors never, in a million years, get a fair referee in a Telstra NRL game. #NRLKnightsWarriors

@stevebr18345927 Bullshit, it involved digging up every footpath. The CDMA network we built for Telstra cost $1.2 billion, covered 20% of the landmass, and well over 99% of the population. Very easily upgradable to 4G, then 5G. How many tens of billions is NBN up to now, eh? You've got NFI.

@Telstra On January 18, 2023, you charged me THREE times for one $30 mobile phone recharge,, made via debit card. My complaint has not been resolved. You owe me $60 and I want it back ASAP. Do something about it.

Just lost my **** at a Telstra shop. Guy said he’s “too busy to waste a hour on the phone with Telstra”. Bro.

  • mbur82 MB82 (@mbur82) reported

@muchnerve We had the same thing back in Australia. Everyone else was on 2100MHz for 3G and Telstra goes and deploys an 850MHz network to basically cover a million square miles and simultaneously blowing every other carrier in the country out of the water on coverage.
