    @Telstra Never using Telstra again. Pass that on to your superiors. This ordeal has been the most aggravating annoying thing I've experienced as a supposed "service". Good riddance

    In summary, options from @telstra are: 1) pay more 2) unnecessary credit check to pay less 3) escalate as a complaint because apparently no manager is present in the call centre on a Saturday to deal with questions that the script can’t answer

    So anyone got tips on how to resolve an intermittent issue receiving SMS on my @Telstra service? For two weeks now any text sent either never arrives, or is held up for many hours. If I reset my phone network settings it seems to work for a little bit afterwards then reverts.
