Paid my @Telstra bill Wednesday. Normally it's supposed to speed up right? Nope not according to Telstra it's going as slow as a tortoise even after I've paid my bill. I bet if I called them they would just tell me to get a new modem. I hate Telstra at times.

@SquigglyRick Have you got the Telstra Smart modem that connects to 4G when NBN is down? I had dial up speeds w Telstra during peak times. Turns out my modem was old. If you don’t have it push for it or leave.

@Telstra There has been no phone service since August 8. No green phone light on the modem. Two technicians out, charged $135 and nothing changed. No resolve via calling Telstra...tried the chat which use to be fantastic but getting nowhere - 15 hours in total in the chat.

@Telstra We've done all that.. the problem is in the in-ground boxes after rain or in the shitty copper connecting our house! Thanks though, for trying to help me on Xmas Day ... we just need a savvy tech out here to fix it for us. Merry Xmas to you :)

@NBN_Australia Yes, it's been resolved. I moved to a different NBN provider who did the work they were supposed to do when they promised they would do it and we've been fine since. #telstra can go **** themselves, I will never use anything they sell again for as long as I live.
