    @Scamwatch_gov @Telstra Why am I getting so many scam style calls in Sydney to my mobile❓Just today I’ve had 4 fake Amazon calls, one fake Telstra ‘internet problem’ call, 3 from other fake sources. Incredible this can’t be stopped in this day and age.

    So @Telstra, you took $340 of my wife’s money, but cut off her phone claiming she does not have an account for the new phone you sent her. You disconnected her while our daughter has Covid & we are in lockdown. Now she’s stuck in an infinite loop of complaint handling. Hopeless!

    @Telstra hey Telstra Jo the customer service person from Telstra fobs me off every week and cannot explain why you can’t fix the issue & won’t get it fixed. This week told it was “stuck” and could t tell me what stuck means

    @Telstra Your agent was good, however despite remotely testing/rebooting, could not improve conditions, current speeds 2.64/1.09 He has escalated it with incident number: INC17477932 I would like this resolved asap. Thanks.

    @Telstra hey Telstra Jo getting back to me on Monday but may not as I said **** and wanted to speak to someone who could explain the technical issue of stuck. But on Monday still won’t have date when NBN going to be reconnected

    @Telstra @telstra has the record the longest and terrible customers services support. My call started at 910am and finished after 4 pm 4 questions, 3 staff members, 7 hours and after a mistake of one of them, I had to go to a #telstra store. #customerservices
