@Telstra Thanks Luci, but a DM, as you know just takes my issue out of the public domain, and then behind the scene nothing gets done. I know that because that is what happened after the first Telstra NBN no show on 1 Dec. You have the numbers.

@Telstra is there an ongoing issue with mobile data? I haven't been able to use internet on my phone without wifi since Midday yesterday. My bill is paid, I can send/receive calls and SMS, I've turned it off and on, but no use. 👎🏼 paying for a high-data plan that I can't use

@Telstra Hi, thanks for reply. I called up when I took a drive to get reception. I would very much like to continue the conversation, though, as this is not a new issue, and a couple of years ago had about a week's outage we were never compensated for. Let me know how to proceed.

@KateEmerson88 If they are working on upkeep then it’s really bad. Telstra have a policy of no upkeep - waiting on new tech to fix these things. I’ve been told this by multiple Telstra techs.

It happens to me I was calling Telstra coz we constantly have no internet connections after waiting and waiting for 3 hours ( while trying to multi task) I was completely disconnected! So my 3 hours of trying to address 1 issue just get wasted. Eventually the matter was resolved
