@bushplato Look at getting your Telstra service account through JB HiFi or ALDI. The snagged-toothed basement dwellers at Telstra shops always arrogant, useless, and a disappointment to their teachers and parents (exception: Cairns). Doubtful the Army could use them folding blankets.

@Telstra Let’s be real. Cell coverage is excellent, NBN is fast and stable. Messaging support staff are driving me up the wall. I get in app notifications saying my nbn service has a problem. There is no problem. Repeat NO PROBLEM. Had a few power outages though so alerting?

@Telstra I am trying but connection keeps dropping. I am finally chatting to someone in the app now. We have bad mobile coverage too so can't communicate when nbn goes.

@bushplato Never had a problem with vodafail and I used to ring Saudi Arabia & not get ripped off. I complained to the Telecommunication Ombudsman about Telstra and had a $2500 bill wiped as I asked if they covered Saudi & their rep said yes because they thought Saudi & Dubai were the same!
