    @Telstra It's still just as slow. It has been going on for years. We have tried satellite and that was worst. Tried 4G and that's not better where we live. We need a permanent solution.

    @Telstra You're not going to improve it. I've been through all this many times. I'm not here for that. Your NBN is terrible. Your ADSL is terrible. Australian speeds are bad. Everyone knows.

    @JohnLeo61557182 @LesStonehouse Agree 100%. Wouldn't have squandered the $340bn mining windfall. Would have had the FTTP Telstra begged the Rodent to install. No franking credits rort, no Tampa crap, no Rodent, no privatisation, no AWB etc etc

    @PalNavtej @andy_penn @trevorlong I am worried as a shareholder of telstra. I had similar issues. Telstra CEO was unable to resolve his customer service yet. Very sad.
