    @Telstra fail seems to be never ending. The app stopped working, can't login online, call centre doesn't open till 9, recorded msg sends me a text link back to app, 24/7 is selfservice farce. Where's ANY service?

    @Chris_Murray48 @AlboMP I bow to your greater knowledge Chris. So why are some worried about our Govt. debt and how future generations will pay it? Why did we sell Telstra to ensure payment of public service pensions? If we can NEVER run out of money why is debt even a question or concern?

    @Telstra Hi Jay, I wasn’t given a case number and when I asked for a tracking number I was told I couldn’t be given one. I was also told I wouldn’t be charged while my service was out but I’ve just received my latest bill and I have been.

    @juuniperbunny Ah, I was gonna suggest Aussie Broadband, thats who I'm with too. Though depending on the issue, they may not be able to help. Telstra still owns all the infrastructure, so a lot is there fault. But hey, lets hope your issues work out!
