    A $10 increase ($68/pm) for 140 GB more data from 40 GB on the second level of the @telstra mobile plan is beyond unbelievable. $58 for 40GB with capped speeds (wtf) is beyond unbelievable, for polar opposite reasons.

    @Telstra @wwwendoss All of 2795 is suffering the outage. If you check the outage page and search Bathurst, it lists an outage, but any other suburb of Bathurst says no outage (which isn't true).

    @Telstra 2. Follow links for mobile support, performed all the troubleshooting steps, no help. PS, factory reset does not fix network problems, just saying (it’s a washing of hands/oh must be on your end type non-solution). Still no link to report, scroll down to ‘Contact Us’

    Wow. Just spent last few hrs online with Testra trying to get business phone fixed. Then a message comes through saying try again 8am-8pm. In the middle of the conversation! Great customer service @Telstra. Thanks for nothing.

    @Telstra update : I ported out. Shame that Telstra lost a customer because their employees don't understand what a customer without service means.

    @Telstra W/o mobile date or internet, that's a bit hard to do. Waiting an average of 10 mins for seconds of mobile service before it drops out again. Friend advised by Telstra of red major incident in Bathurst/Lithgow...just trying to find out more as I have staff to pay- no banking.

    @RubeePlays The whole family is on boost. Apparently it used the full Telstra retail network not it's mvno... Whatever that means. Anyway. The 12 month plans are spot on for value. And no one is family has complained at all
