@Telstra Can I report a broken phone tower without spending an hour troubleshooting? Westfield Carousel Foodcourt McDonalds. Broken 3 week ago and today on 2 phones. Wifi off. Force 5G On = works. Force 4G = broken. Switch back and forth and keeps working/breaking. 5 bars signal.

My NBN hasn’t been working properly for the past couple of days and Telstra in their infinite power and knowledge have done nothing to help me yet again. Even purchased their “gaming package” which is supposed to help with online gaming but that didn’t do anything either.

@Telstra Again no help! Just proving my point by telling me that as the staff member told me all iPhone 13s are on 12 or 24 months. But that doesn’t help me. I went in with a budget. This is just getting out of hand. I’m going to cancel everything this week and get refunded my two months

@Telstra On yeah and it’s all going to cost me ALOT more money. I’m a carer for my daughter. She has her second brain tumour. So I don’t need this drama. I bought phones that stated they were in stock. It’s been almost 2 months. Not acceptable but too bad hey. I got screwed over big time.

@Telstra @CallieBuddy Oh Yes! Lets let Laura from "support" get in there and fix the problem, like its un-usual or not right....i bet she will run tests and check the "connections" and tell you to try an area of your house with better 'reception' or 'Restart your modem/phone" you know....
