@Telstra So technician has told me I need another technician to come to my house on Monday. So no TV for me all weekend (hotspotting all my data), another 1/2 day I have to take off work. My boss won’t be happy & that will Day 8 of this problem.

@DaleCrisp @Telstra Interestingly I have. Quite a lot, I’m sad to say. Centrelink is definitely up there with the customer service basket cases but I still think Telstra is worse.

@tappo66 @Telstra If you haven’t already, make a complaint to telecommunications ombudsman, though suspect they’ve lost their teeth. They charged me $2000 to connect landline so I could get broadband, refused bc BBN was coming ( 6/12 later). I will never ever use Telstra again,loyal for years be4

@Telstra have actually suspended my account because my credit card details aren't current (due to a hack last month), even though I'm in credit (I make weekly payments ahead of billing). Couldn't update the new CC because their app has been down. This is how business is done now.
