Hey @telstra what's going on with internet in Normanhurst??? Your pathetic outage site as usual claims there's no outage, and I'm stuck in the void that is your chat queue, so understaffed they cant even estimate when they'll be able to tell me they don't know when itll be fixed
@Telstra why is my 4G so slow right now? I have two phones both Telstra and both internet speed test is connecting at 0.2mbs. Both have not exceeded their data plan limits. Please help!????
Seriously, every ******* interaction I have ever had with @Telstra has involved waiting for an absurd amount of time on the phone (often more than once) for **** that should just be easy. Stop being incompetent, stop funneling your billions to investors instead of support.
After a decade break, I tried #Telstra again. Already regretting it after 1 day. Poor service, false promises and nothing but disappointment. How do they do it!?
Honestly @Telstra why is every ******* thing such a chore with you!? They make it next to impossible to find the number to call because the call wait times are so long. If you didn't **** up so often perhaps people wouldn't need to call so much!
@Telstra honestly, how did you **** up so bad that when I scheduled to move my internet you tried to disconnect my parents internet when we're on completely separate accounts!?! Then hours after I cancelled that job you called my parents about the move??

Hey @Telstra Is there anyway I can have a team member call me ASAP. I have a ticket in with the ombudsman about you cancelling my order 3 times after it’s processed. Now you’ve ported my number across to Telstra to the wrong plan. I’ve tried online chat but no one can help!
@garydlum No actually great news now! Telstra modem arrived today & works a treat. So now gotta go back to office works and take the other one that's not working back - fingers crossed I'll get a refund. Pity it didn't come earlier so I didn't up my phone plan! Oh well. I need CFS alerts!
@Telstra I still can get nobody to help me endless chats and messages all just say we are busy and will get back to you within 48 hours but never do and now I have overdue accounts that I can’t see nor have the ability to pay.
