    @telstra troubleshooting on the app states it will take 3-5 minutes but then logs you out after 20 minutes. Anyone get annoyed by the service provided by @Telstra

    Anyone got any suggestions to help me get someone at @Telstra to actually talk to me and solve an account name issue? They have plenty of bots but nobody who can comprehend. For a communication company they don’t communicate well.

    @TPG_Telecom Porting from Telstra. Put in new sim. try to log in to TPG acct. Was sent a code to login. How will I receive a code on a mobile that is ported out already. Holy cow. What a dumb system.

    @Robs_au @kellulz @Telstra Yeah but that’s all through them and that stupid app that I can’t log in to. Every time we think we have a solution… bugger all actually happens. Ombudsman time me thinks. Well it will be if nothing happens today. Currently on hold…Again. Any wonder #robodebt was catastrophic

    @Telstra But it’s getting me nowhere Tori. Just the same ridiculous merry go round. A telecommunications company should be able to ring someone on request. God help@people who don’t know how to use technology
