    Oh the @Telstra saga continues. So, Telstra won’t issue me a refund themselves. Oh no. I have to go through BPAY and my bank to request the refund. You guys are a piece of work. You have my money but someone else has to refund me. Absolute joke.

    @Telstra still the same hold music.. but service is way worse. Apparently the call centre via the telstra app can only raise an issue relating to them and have directed me into store to raise an issue about something that happened at Telstra store George st Sydney 1/3

    @Telstra @ben_pettifor If the outage was 20 hours ago why is there no notification that there are internet issues in my area. Not good enough. I think it’s about time I took my business elsewhere. Telstra doesn’t give a **** !!!!

    3/3… every time I have an interaction with Telstra it ends up a disappointment. After all these years… it still seems it’s hard to give the right information and get it right for the customer. Can’t even get your core business right. Why am I a customer?

    Hi @Telstra I have been an internet customer of yours for many years. The other night I upgraded my internet speed. And this afternoon my internet went down. When I log into my account my NBN service is GONE! Have you completely removed my account?

    TMW your @Telstra complaint officer says mobile outage started 22.6 (147 days ago) when a “site failure” was found. Reason I can only get 3G which is to be shut in 2024! Well well.

    @CTRL_ALT_DEL @Telstra This is even more stupid that they’d just lose your account when I’ve tried for hours over the past few years to have an account registered with my deadname removed and they won’t budge.
