@Telstra As this is a fault on your end & we confirmed our appointment only to have it cancelled, why are we having to wait for over a week to get our line fixed? The 30gig they added to the smart modem 4g backup doesn't work. Please advise on how we are supposed to use our internet now.

@Telstra I am not sitting on the phone for another 6 hours to Telstra when we already made an appointment and went through all of this, including faults and modem issues. Our businesses cannot wait another week for you to finally rectify the situation.

@Telstra I tried to make contact to fix the problem with my phone. none of the questions or options related to my problem. even one of the numbers 1258880 to ring is no longer connected. 132200 was no help. the store was no help.

@SimonRoyal1 @Telstra I have been dealing with Ticketmaster. Calls go unanswered left messages ignored. They responded promptly to my Tweet tho. Fed up trying to use their system, I told them to cut the crap and email my tix with barcodes. Came thro this a.m. Back to retirement
