    @Telstra Hi Luke As I said previously, I'm not willing to share my personal details. I'm following the process I was told to follow by my case manager. Your call centre is telling people it's closed. I'm not sure why there isn't an easy fix to this? Is your call centre taking calls?

    @BroHilderchump @Foxtel I spend quite a considerable amount per month on 4 Telstra services only because its hard enough to get Telstra to fix issues with their equipment let alone another communications company with no regional tech teams. Yes i have jumped through their hoops many a time too.

    @BroHilderchump I had a problem with Telstra the other day and pressed the numbers to get through to the right section and was told that it was closed and to call back "during business hours". It was 12:30 pm on Monday. Tried twice. Same result.

    @Telstra Thanks Tom, I need to talk to someone about my bill. I'm being charged for devices I don't have. I call Telstra but get referred to your messaging service. I've been trying for months with them and don't get anywhere. I really need to talk to someone please. Thanks
