@Telstra No. I’ve had issues with connection since relocating in December. Apparently have an nbn technician coming tomorrow but that doesn’t mean it will be resolved. I need some sort of internet meantime that works. I’ve contact Telstra multiple times just to get to this point.

@Optus so sign a 36month contract for optus. Now start charging extra $ as they believe they are giving you a better service now for something that was already in your price. Online chat Resa cuts you off now Andre won't respond. @Telstra you any contracts for mobiles ?

Few years ago there was a really sophisticated Telstra #scam. They call you and say there is something wrong with your broadband but IT support is here to help you! They even pretend to work like a support person and have “working hours”! They will call you back repeatedly…🤯

@AGLEnergy nbn outage again in Sunbury VIC. I've had several since joining you, none with Telstra in the 3years before that. If you're going to sell the product- get it right. 30min on hold to tech support, got hung up on. Still not working!!!!
