@rmcq @Telstra My mobile plan is only 20GB/mth but I (almost) never use it and the plan I'm on rolls it over indefinitely. Which is why I said 'effectively' unlimited. There's now almost no chance I'll run out of data on mobile.

I never realised how seriously @Telstra worked to lose customers. 1 Order new phone 2 Telstra ship new phone 3 Receive message saying parcel has been delivered. (It has not) 4 Contact Telstra and told I should call @startrack 5 Spend 15 minutes on the phone to find... 1/3

@elisdee_one @Telstra I've had both Google Nest (since day one) and Amazon's Show but Alexa is just stupid compared to the much more natural sounding Google Assistant.

@nyunggai I’m hearing you mate my partner have been paying a Telstra bill for years never missed a payment had to get a new service on and they wanted a credit check and what you did for a living and how much you got paid we told them to get stuffed and went somewhere else

@Telstra Yes by saying you wont deal with me unless i type it out or use the app ? when i have a broken hand.. so it just more victimisation. your company has a duties of care to all its customers and just because i dont use apps. I dont get help ??? Are you kidding me
