Fun to see that @TPG_Telecom has an even worse password reset system than @Telstra. Didn't think that was possible, but well done being even less customer friendly!

  • BJssoR Ben Ross (@BJssoR) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Customer feedback led Telstra to bring their call centres home , in another five years they may realise their services are severely overpriced..

@9NewsMelb @DougalBeatty Good advertisement; how much did Telstra pay 9Fax to treat this like a news story?

  • Mansell05 Paul Mansell (@Mansell05) reported

Absolutley love it when @Telstra cannot deliver a reliable connection to a residential home in Melbourne and then advise us to BUY a $1000.00 booster to fix the issue. The same issue I don't have with another mobile with @VodafoneAU. Now, where is that number to the TIO?

  • midii Ken Moore (@midii) reported

@Telstra Shows direct debit paid in full on 1 July. Don’t think it was a scam call, sounded very much like the automated debt collection calls I’ve had before and had the correct amount that was paid 2 weeks ago. Poke someone in accounting and tell them their stick is broken.

  • aussiebhaiya T The Amin (@aussiebhaiya) reported

The Arrogance of @telstra remains astounding. Large parts of SW Qld had no phone coverage for 4 days recently# #telstra so far have offered no apology no explanation and still have not fixed the problem. Telstra is a company in disarray no longer capable of serving its customers

  • peterwallhead Peter Wallhead (@peterwallhead) reported

@Telstra It happens about once a week. I've tried standing on different legs with one eye closed in case I'm "holding it wrong" but even that didn't help ;) I haven't reached out to your mobile faults team yet, what's the best way of doing this please? Thank you.
