    @MichaelPirone I’ve been with Telstra cable in new home for last 8 years with no issues, ever. Fast internet speed. Then they bust my chops the past year as cable is disconnecting in my area. Hopefully I have no issues!

    @Telstra No, not at all. Interestingly comments on the web suggest Telstra got rid of remote access when NBN came in, but the company hasn’t bothered to tell anyone. Is that correct? All I get with 125102 or 1800135102 is “the number you have called is not available from this service”

    @Telstra And we’ve established that there are no outages/ issues in my area related to internet services. So what you’ve said in these two tweets don’t help me in troubleshooting my issue.
