@moylecroft @NewtonMark @Telstra I need to follow up on a older friend. Went to T store to find out why she had a high data bill. The “answer” was a higher plan, not work out the cause. I’m unclear if it was an appropriate outcome. Customers need non sales incentivised support.

After years of businesses getting less and less support for mobiles directly from @Telstra now they’re introducing a $3 monthly (optional) “adaptive mobility” fee to get support that should be included, and free 🙄

@Telstra The light on the front is always blue. Plugged or unplugged. But when I have the Wifi on my device, no pages are opening. I spoke with my building manager. Not his first complaint. The infrastructure is rubbish.
