    @Telstra Not all things on wifi, are technically on at that time they are just able to access if they were turned on, but power for a lot of items is turned off so they aren't getting a signal to them.

    Seriously - if you are even thinking of moving your Telstra 4G mobile to 5G - don't. Telstra website and fulfilment is bizarre and completely non-functional. Wish I could cancel now. Telstra will never change. Terrible user experience.

    Moved my mobile to @Telstra . I have issues with my telstra id, telstra shop can't help, phone support pushes me to live chat which isn't working. What a disgraceful attempt at service.

    Absolutely pissed off that you cannot speak to a person at Telstra! Been trying to fix their mistake for the last 6 weeks and still no resolution. Wasted way too many hours on this bullshit. Worst customer service ever experienced. Telstra don't give a **** about their customers
