@Telstra Thanks for replying. There is no adequate answer until the problem is resolved. Which it will be. My other family member now dealing with this will get it sorted where I & my sister have failed. Of that I have no doubt. Telstra should be sued for ongoing grief, stress & trauma.

So #telstra have effectively got $11.40 out of me for no service or product. Unless I take an hour to go into their store and kick up a ruckus I’ll never see the money again. Even then I probably wouldn’t have a chance of recovering it.

Well damn seemingly nobody but the big providers does support for eSim wearables so… guess that kinda sticks me with Telstra for now.

@Telstra Dan a couple of issues. a) smart troubleshooting option doesn't work when there is no mobile reception in the outage area. b) I don't see an option on the site mentioned to report an issue otherwise?

@expectproblems I used Boost for years before I left Aus and used it again over Christmas last year. Was great, they use Telstra network
