    @Telstra still no internet connection. Steeling myself for yet another 1 1/2 hrs on hold ‘troubleshooting’ to a script of unplugging and replugging. Don’t know how you are still in business.Appalling service.

    @NBN_Australia It's obvious that customers can waste 30-60mins calling an ISP...However; 1. Your website shows an Unplanned Outage with no resolution time. 2. Telstra still knows nothing about an outage, hours later. 3. Your system(s) obviously don't notify ISPs of any change regarding outages.
