    @christian_tym I hate bad reception. Switched to Telstra due to better reception but would pay $$$ for extra speed, coverage and reliability!

    @Telstra PS: I appreciate the response, and I'm keen to get this sorted. However, having had email to the postmaster address *also* bounced, I don't know what to try next. The solution you quote won't work as long as the postmaster address also bounces my emails.

    @mathSamaths1729 @Telstra Thanks for the response ... My home address is a dynamic IP, but these are emails being sent from my hosted service, which is static. So restarting the router won't have any effect, and I can't route through VPNs, or do other things. It's my hosting IP address that's blocked.

    Gotta say @Telstra, your reception is pretty poor. Just had my first COVID vaccine an hour ago and the 5G chips haven’t picked up any signal at all.

    @propinqua @WgarNews @Telstra When you get past the robot “Cody”, you’re “routed” to Mumbai or Manila & possibly weeks (or months) on end - before you’ll get a resolution, if at all !

    @ColinTheMathmo @Telstra Can't you just email them from a free email account e.g. Gmail, just to tell them about the problem? Problem reporting need not be from your own email server, surely?

    @alanrew @Telstra That is correct. But if they have a system for reporting these issues, and that system doesn't work, is there not value in raising their awareness of that as well as getting the problem fixed?

    @Telstra Technician (Uziar) arrived promptly today. He was very cordial and professional. He seems to have resolved the issue presently, but suggests it may have been caused by a hardware fault with the modem. Will likely need to address it at a later stage. Thank you for your time.

    @Telstra can you explain to me why im getting a 1.5 mbs download on my pc but a 50 on my test. Its taken me 4 days to download a quarter of mw and the download pausing mid way through the night doesn’t cus of disconnect issues doesn’t help it
