@Telstra Outage page says problem in area to be fixed now within 11 hours . That will make it 2 days without a connection . Having to use 4g to keep my family connected will prove costly ! Perhaps you could help in the next bill seeing I’m paying for something I’m not getting !

  • mibennn Ben Matthews (@mibennn) reported

@Telstra @Telstra24x7 We’re experiencing continued NBN outages. Website says there’s no issue now, but was reflecting one yesterday. Impacting my work now.

  • chunkychoon Andreas (@chunkychoon) reported

@TelcoOmbudsman @Telstra when are you contacting me to fix the NBN being setup for u61 not 81. 2 nights u have left an elderly man without a active ph who has hi medical needs

  • perrja1 Jason Perry (@perrja1) reported

@Telstra I have been told after each call I will receive a call back link and only relieved one from my first call on the 5/10. Told again last night I will receive one and tech support repeated the correct number back to me.

  • MikeyRatcliffe1 Michael Ratcliffe (@MikeyRatcliffe1) reported

@Telstra I don't need to retrieve my login info, I can login to the telstra 24/7 via the app as well as log in via website/laptop. It just throws an error whenever I try add the $5 addon for one number

  • AshGhebranious Ashraffy (@AshGhebranious) reported

@Telstra There is a crime here though and that is the limiting of the NBN to let telcos catch up. Their real issue is the NBN means the telco/ISP is irrelevant as ALL ISPs have access to the same speeds. Which means the difference would become customer service.

  • deebann_dee DeDe Bannister (@deebann_dee) reported

@Tegan_Writes Exactly! Telstra is a Joke! Im in North Qld Right near Towers! Constantly receive No Service! Yet these CEO'S can receive Huge Payouts, Sack Workers & Privide No Service. IM GOING WITH OPTUS!

  • HbAlpaca Spitty the Alpaca (@HbAlpaca) reported

@Cameron_2022 Yes. While Telstra was flogging the introduction of its Uber expensive 3G network Japan was rolling out 4G. Telstra have never been about the technology only how to maximize each cent it squeezed out of consumers. Expensive plans with tiny data inclusions.

  • bentleya1 💦 Andrew Bentley (@bentleya1) reported

@JoeMonday42 @Loud_Lass @AustralianLabor When the Howard govt sold Telstra as a whole they created a private monopoly and not competition. Hence the rate at which services were being rolled out was far too slow. That was why the NBN was needed because private enterprise was not going to roll out fibre to regional aus.

  • SMHFConvoy Nathan Illustrator Cartoonist (@SMHFConvoy) reported

@EvilHayama "Telstra chairman John Mullen has claimed all Australians would have access to high-speed internet at a "fraction of the cost" if the government had not proceeded with the $50 billion National Broadband Network project."
