@Telstra you have the worst in-store service and your online chat agents must be from mars because they are just pathetic in customer service - BUT a your real onshore Australian agents in the call centre like Aaron and Prachi deserve a raise.

  • amie17 amie17 (@amie17) reported

@Telstra thanks for being absolutely hopeless. Stuck overseas, roaming not working and the only solution your giving me is to make a call. How stupid are you!?!?!? #shitcustomerservice

For six months now I’ve been trying to have @telstra deal with appalling 5G mobile phone speeds. Had a friend do a speed test standing right beside me today - 140Mbps. Did my own test - 1.67Mbps. I’ve taken the phone to an Apple Store and they confirmed it’s a Telstra issue. 1/2

  • Michael76368285 Michael (@Michael76368285) reported

I bought a new sim card plan and it uses the telstra network, for some reason I feel white now

  • LJPatton Laurie Patton is The Lucky General (@LJPatton) reported

2/2 Numerous chats with @Telstra operatives. Finally Level 2 technical experts confirmed it’s a “backend” issue that needs fixing. Multiple emails to the CEO and Chief Customer Advocate have been ignored. Bring back @davidthodey or @andy_penn. They cared about customers.

And now they are telling me the promotion I was offered, and signed up for, is not valid and wont honour it. @Telstra you are not off to a good start. How the hell do you expect every new customer to deal with this?

  • brunogragnani Bruno Gragnani (@brunogragnani) reported

@Telstra has one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced.

Optus has the fastest 5G speeds in Australia, but that doens't mean its the best overall. In April 22 Optus has average 5G speeds of 268Mbps, but its total network average sits at 90Mbps. Telstra wins out overall with 96Mbps median downloads across its mobile network
