@Iaminfbgaoltoo @Telstra Thats the problem isn't it? Moving around doesn't solve it...you check out the reviews of other providers and they're all the same...you're regional WA? I'm in Perth metro and the performance is no better...

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported

@Telstra How about you (the company, not the person behind the social media account) just put the work in to ensure your network isn't used to scam your customers, and stop putting the onus on your customers?

  • bradT52711844 bradT (@bradT52711844) reported

So on the back of the inconsistent/unreliable home internet service I get from @Telstra I find out today the $$ I pay ea month was just a 'promotion'...now have to pay more...problem is all the providers are crap, handcuffed to a completely **** NBN...

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported

@Telstra Oh, and the fact that a single source is sending a metric ****-tonne of SMS messages with mismatched fake source data...

  • AidenHowlett Aiden Howlett (@AidenHowlett) reported

@Telstra Boost, so Telstra Retail network.

  • Iaminfbgaoltoo 🌼🌼Julieanne🌼🌼 (@Iaminfbgaoltoo) reported

@bradT52711844 @Telstra Yep it sucks. We recently moved to Telstra after 14 years with westnet, thinking the infrastructure would give us a more stable faster speed. Very inconsistent. What's worse is our 4g is hit and miss and generally outdoor reception only.

  • Atua_ Atua (@Atua_) reported

Any plans on fixing the LTE connection issue in NZ? We're roaming from Telstra AU and it takes ages to load maps and Spotify. Not so premium after all! How difficult is it to have a NZ Sim carrier instead of AU? @elonmusk

  • Iaminfbgaoltoo 🌼🌼Julieanne🌼🌼 (@Iaminfbgaoltoo) reported

@bradT52711844 @Telstra We had family in Elenbrook and it was worse than here. In saying thst, we do get good runs. But peak times are bad. I also had a friend living in a newer part of Baldivis and they weren't ready to be rolled out until this year. It's crazy.

@MissOliviaPe Yes was having many issues with them so changed a couple months ago to Telstra.

  • ARTCvan ARTCvan (@ARTCvan) reported

of their other competitors. @amaysimAU, @Telstra, @VodafoneAU even, can port over numbers quickly (even on weekends!) so there is no reason why Optus can’t do it as well. i’ve been waiting about an hour on support (as of tweeting) and no resolution. will be updating this thread.
