    And while I am in my cranky admin mood @Telstra if you charge extra data on my kids accounts without any notice and my direct debit doesn’t cover it send me another invoice not a stupid email telling me to sign in to your dumb app that I can never get into

    @Telstra The service and coverage along with the mobile data speeds in my entire area is has been average at best and is only getting worse. Your app is useless for reporting issues. Where can I actually report this.

    @Telstra It's everywhere from Nedlands to Cannington. No reported outages in any of the locations. Last time it happened I was on the phone to a bloke who was clearly working from home in India - poor guy tried everything.

    @davemacka @Optus The problem is Telstra etc aren’t any better and I don’t have 4G let alone 5G with a iPhone 12 in Potts Point. Go figure.
