    @Singtel Why is Optus only providing 3G in Northern NSW Suffolk Park? I have complained to Optus today with little in the way of resolution. Telstra is fine. Get your act into gear Optus.

    @kbrspace Why am I only able to get 3G in Suffolk Park NSW? Optus is a health liability as it makes COVID signing in difficult and at time impossible. Telstra is ok. What is the problem? Support was absolutely no help whatsoever.

    @Rdonair The entire Telstra network here has got a lot worse since they did all that “upgrade” work a few months ago. I only get 2 bars of 4g at home now, and it’s pretty much the same everywhere.

    Mobile comms back on from local tower more than 24hrs after blackout Someone at @telstra must’ve taken either 1. Fuel out to the generator and pulled the start cord 2. A spare battery out to plug in to the tower
