    @VortexM_ What’s the point you can get 250 down 30 up with Telstra for like $100 a month

  • j2simpso James Simpson 4x💉 (@j2simpso) reported

    @mcquillanator Currently in Chatham-Kent and my domestic carrier (Rogers) is still out of service. Fortunately my overseas phone (Telstra) can connect to the Bell network and I can make some calls.

  • mizminh mizminh (@mizminh) reported

    Trying trying @Telstra - we have a fault. Phoning doesn't work. Online is just a series of challenges designed for failure to access

    @Telstra Thanks for replying. There is no adequate answer until the problem is resolved. Which it will be. My other family member now dealing with this will get it sorted where I & my sister have failed. Of that I have no doubt. Telstra should be sued for ongoing grief, stress & trauma.

  • henk_spierings Hmmm. (@henk_spierings) reported

    So #telstra have effectively got $11.40 out of me for no service or product. Unless I take an hour to go into their store and kick up a ruckus I’ll never see the money again. Even then I probably wouldn’t have a chance of recovering it.

  • mcquillanator Laura McQuillan (@mcquillanator) reported

    @j2simpso Telstra! We're basically cousins. Hope your service is back soon!

  • expectproblems Elissa (@expectproblems) reported

    Well damn seemingly nobody but the big providers does support for eSim wearables so… guess that kinda sticks me with Telstra for now.

  • Jamie_Rojas Jamie Rojas (@Jamie_Rojas) reported

    @Telstra Dan a couple of issues. a) smart troubleshooting option doesn't work when there is no mobile reception in the outage area. b) I don't see an option on the site mentioned to report an issue otherwise?

  • TheScottyJayMan ScottyJay (@TheScottyJayMan) reported

    @Telstra When is the 3G network being shut off?

  • Aussie_Kozzy James Kozanecki || Aussie_kozzy (@Aussie_Kozzy) reported

    @expectproblems I used Boost for years before I left Aus and used it again over Christmas last year. Was great, they use Telstra network
