  • expectproblems Elissa (@expectproblems) reported

Well damn seemingly nobody but the big providers does support for eSim wearables so… guess that kinda sticks me with Telstra for now.

@Telstra Thanks for replying. There is no adequate answer until the problem is resolved. Which it will be. My other family member now dealing with this will get it sorted where I & my sister have failed. Of that I have no doubt. Telstra should be sued for ongoing grief, stress & trauma.

@Telstra increasing prices due to “changes in CPI” what a load. In 30 years of paying bills you have NEVER done this. You’re profiteering off the hype of inflation. #garbage

  • brettrann Brett Rann (@brettrann) reported

@Telstra Nothing that I can see. But if there is a problem you should contact me and let me know what the problem is, not getting a robot to ask me to enter private information like that.

  • cherrieflea Cherrie Hughes (@cherrieflea) reported

@Telstra letting us down again - warranty issue with a phone and no-one can even speak to us about it this week unless I want to waste working hours to sit around in a shopping centre. Not to get it fixed. To talk about maybe sending it away to get repaired or replaced.

  • BoomerDea Boomer Dea (@BoomerDea) reported

Looks like @Telstra billing system isn’t able to understand when you use your mobile service on overseas on non-successive days and instead simply charge you for every day between the first and last day you connected. Now I got to waste my time getting them to fix it.🤬

  • camulust Kyamī (@camulust) reported

@expectproblems ALDI Mobile still offers the same plan and conditions though - $15 for 3GB, 30 day month, (Not this 28 day **** others have), and unlimited data rollover, Telstra reseller. If you really use almost no data, 3GB should be sufficient. Otherwise you're probably looking at $25.

  • glenngillen Glenn Gillen.tf (@glenngillen) reported

Telstra person on TV proudly proclaiming how many SMS spam messages they've stopped since turning on detection 3mo ago... what?! They've seriously only begun trying to intervene in April 2022?! Better late than never I guess, but geesh.

  • rohan_p Rohan Pearce (@rohan_p) reported

@expectproblems This can be the issue with most Telstra resellers: "All Telstra Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) run on the Telstra wholesale network with the exception of Boost Mobile. While Telstra’s full network reaches 99.5% of the population the wholesale version covers 98.8%."
