@Telstra That's a pathetic response. There is no reason why you couldn't give people the option to pay how they like. I will never give Telstra my banking details, & force them to send invoices. And if that ever becomes a problem, you can bet that I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

@theramalmedia Good thing I did the upgrade and swap at Telstra yesterday. The online support person said they had 1900 of them and I shouldn't worry about not getting one.

@Telstra but why can’t I just pay it out now? My issue is I was advised I could message and pay it out instantly. And then have been lead on and then not responded too. So that’s why I’m frustrated.

@9NewsMelb @DougalBeatty Unfortunately, that hasn't improved customer service even a bit. For resolving simple technical issues, the interaction with Telstra customer support still gets horrendous. They are just lazy so ward off customer requests at any costs
