    @Telstra no wifi in my house this morning with NBN. Wasted couple of hours with online bot. Phoned 132200 and asked for callback. Automated phone back asked me to press 1 which I did twice to be disconnected. Customer Service? Not!

    7 July - no internet Phoned Telstra. I finally have a Case Manager now I've lodged a complaint. Escalated to complaints but they're not open till 9am. Promised a call back after 6pm as I am out all day accessing the internet at the Library etc! 17 min call.

    @Telstra Months of the only avenue to talk to you is via chat is pretty poor customer service. To me you are only avoiding the payout !

    Damn. Got a couple games that are patching tonight and what happens. My @telstra #nbn internet connection just drops out and just cycles trying to connect. Not happy. Hasn’t dropped out in months before tonight.

    @Telstra your chat customer service inadvertently cancelled my Internet contract while speaking with them and are now claiming they are unable to fix the problem the created unless I take out a NEW and DIFFERENT service to one I had active just over 2hrs ago!!!!! WTF!!! SORT THIS

    .@Telstra I am going to keep adding to this saga, day by day, until you fix this issue. 6 July - response to my Twitter complaint was a request to provide details in DM. Did that. Heard nothing back.

    @Telstra I was, I'm still on the chat since 8.45pm, since I have mentioned AAAC and this Tweet and started typing in block capitals the issue seems to be moving slowly forward, I would like to hope it may yet be resolved sometime today, if not I will be back to you ASAP
