@BeachGirlJan Go to Telstra shop and buy a mobile broadband device. Get 5G 400G monthly plan $75 plus device cost. No more problems.

@MarcTennant We live 20km from Federal Parliament cannot get NBN, get only 1-2 bars of Telstra and no other mobile service. A well know Telstra black spot, tower promises each election since 2016. We have ADSL2 on 60 year old copper. Starlink looks promising.

@Telstra Thanks Jay but this is not the issue. All I need is my mobile data reinstated as per my plan which Telstra took upon themselves to change with no advice. I was promised on Thursday this would be rectified in 48 hours. Did not happen and live chat was absolutely futile. Given up!
