@Telstra As my previous tweet suggested have already been down that route. In fact an hour indirect messaging to one of your colleagues as they couldn’t connect me to a human being who could diagnose my problem in anything less than five days it wasn’t a solution.

@Telstra after being on the phone for an hour, issue not solved, only to be told I'd be called back in 10mins (that was an 1.5+has ago), I'm not happy. Our business CAN NOT go 2 days without landlines and internet. We need and want answers!

I've had the worst customer experience with @telstra. I've been trying to order a wifi booster since early December. Lots of promises and still no delivery. Such poor service from an Australian company. So #frustrated and #disappointed.

@Telstra @Purpleness1706 This outage is also affecting the ability for PrePaid customers to top up / recharge! as the credits are not loaded onto the customers account. I recharged at 9:42am - I still have no phone or data at 5:35pm!

Telstra never changes does it. Told my deceased friends phone account would be wiped by the Telstra store. And guess what they still sent me the bill. Usual lies and bullshit
