@Telstra I’ve been talking to him for two hours. He was impossible, ignoring my actual issue and told to wait 24 hours. I HAVE ALREADY WAITED 24 HOURS FFS!!!!!!! He has completely wasted my morning.

Well the Telstra socials folks couldn't fix my issue any more than whoever deals with the support 'contact us' IM team - I guess it's probably the same people? Anyway I now have both an incident ticket as well as a complaint ticket... I guess that's progress! Still no SMS tho :-(

@Telstra Hi, I currently have NBN50 with Telstra and I get a $5 discount due to previous offer. Seeing as the prices are going up soon they haven't told me whether I'll still get the $5 discount. Any help appreciated. Cheers

@pjpw2320 The reception is really bad around here - couldn’t even make phone calls before we got a roof aerial - It’s iphone via telstra and newish phone - pretty sure it’s because I haven’t been able to update the software - will need to go into town to update
