    @HullKiwi Yahoo 7 said Optus hoping 9 don't pick up streaming rights so can bid. It's never been part of Telstra deal with NRL. This is all about blaming someone else because stakeholders realise fox have up revenue for deal and 9 got bigger discount and could get more than they did

    @Telstra .. but it’s not a normal billing issue so it needs a phonecall but the call I received was rude and hung up without helping me cos the internet service WHICH YOU PROVIDE could not open the page fast enough! Makes me really angry and sad that a brand I support doesnt care

    I hate to use twitter to call out brands for poor customer service! But I have absolutely no other way of contacting @Telstra and when I am treated so poorly by a ‘customer service’ agent it leaves a poor taste in my mouth! I have a billing issue which I am trying to resolve ....

    Now @Telstra apparently have the required info.....didn’t believe me the first 12 time’s I said it mind you......but still my order from 7 May has not arrived. Cool service 🙄🙄🙄

    ... only one bar of 3G service, let alone having that same company pull necessary services from you that connect us with the rest of the world. We’ve so far driven into town (1 hour away) twice, and spent over three hours on the phone (just for this second time)... 2/3 @Telstra

    So we use the @Telstra and @NBN_Australia emergency line and they say 'sorry, we are not taking calls' and hang up - #servicefail #FAIL
