@BelongAU you’re aware of an issue currently happening on voice calls & data on your mobile service yes? You’ve switched on Telstra Wifi Calling but lost cellular signal when away from Wifi. Haven’t heard a peep from you on the issue, apparently been known since this morning 😡

@pennyjw @Telstra It's ridiculous. They said they were going to start charging us $2.50 for posting paper bills. I repeatedly changed my account to paperless. They still sent paper bills. That's when 1 staff finally said I had to change my account type to do it. WTF‽ Do the staff even get training?

@smh @bencubby So Telstra, the company which boasted about its "superior data security" after the Optus breach, managed to lose our customer data, WITHOUT any hacker involvement...?! Incompetent idiots. #auspol #telstra

@Telstra @RedFiddler That sounds so nice & reasonable & practical when you KNOW you are pushing your staff to push customers onto more expensive plans & then have fundamentally ZERO access to customer support to fix it! It's immoral & takes advantage of people's ignorance of consumer law. Shameful.🤬
