  @Lisa9Sophia We are technological sitting ducks in Australia, just waiting for China to deliver the big one, one day. When they feel like it. Telstra say no malicious activity? How would you know? Maybe they don't even know. With this incompetant Government involved, how could you believe a word they're saying? They're such liars. The whole thing stinks to high heaven, and really is quite unsettling. If people think that China couldn't shut us down in a heartbeat, they're wrong. Imagine when AI really takes hold, we'll be at greater risk with these sorts of outrages/attacks. You just feel that we're in the hands of complete imbeciles in this country and vulnerable to anything anyone throws at us..

  @Urban_Immerser @MelbOnTransit I believe this must be related to the GSM-R comms. I didn't realise that Telstra ran the network behind the scenes and while it probably is not directly on the Telstra Network the Core must be common. Core is Very Expensive.

  @KymRob25112 Saw WA reported it. Nsw Ambulance is aware. All the emergency services would have known within a few minutes. No calls = outage Waiting on Telstra to own up. This will be bad.
