    @Telstra I think the reception issue has cleared itself up :) but traded it for a physical phone problem (volume for speaker in calls isn't loud at all). I'm on a plan with a @googledownunder Google Pixel XL

    @DropTableFoxes @xssfox Yeah the biggest hurdle here in aus is the $$ of data. I keep a 5gb 12 month Telstra prepaid in my little android phone I use for radio stuff. But they are just too damn $$ for the extra. The haps are hard to get now - good for Aredn too

    after countless hrs on ph and chat rooms to seek help with shocking internet finally came up to Nowra to see a real person. At 3pm shop doors are closed to block customers, next appointments are wed. Seriously @Telstra Never fail to lower the bar in customer service at every turn

    @Telstra when are your call centres open? I’ve tried calling at 12pm & 4pm to be told “only open 8am-8pm” before being hung up on, & it takes 24hrs to get a response from messages, resulting it taking 3 days to resolve a basic issue

Literally zero support, very unprofessional & will just attempt to swindle you for months suggesting baseline troubleshooting and then claiming "everything is fine on our end". Go research ISPs in your area and customer reviews. I suggest @Aussie_BB

    @Telstra Hi Ash, thanks for the quick reply. They said yesterday that it would be fixed by 6pm and would call back if not, but sadly neither of those things happened. No outages listed online either. I'm on hold to Tech Support now, but have been waiting 37 minutes. Hopefully soon! :-)

    Telstra service in Greenwood WA very poor. They gave me discounts but haven't fixed the problem. Online testing shows nothing and the chat facilty doesn't work. Went to Telstra shop but they are only a reseller. No help there. Used to be Fine. Anyone else having issues? #telstra
