    Everything in my world seems to be taking longer. My computer has slowed down. I no longer have email.(Optus has no online techicnical team). It took me an hour and a half to get through to Telstra. My washing machine is broken. My TV doesn't work. All I have is Twitter. TGFT.

    @Telstra have been trying to speak to a human for over a month to get NBN installed and wow 1000 messages “like texting a friend” what a joke! 1 month of circles! This is the worst customer service experience EVER!! #whereismynbn

    @ellispeta @Telstra I tried to get dongles all day. No luck. So got a pretty paid sim to put in a super old iPhone to hotspot but @Telstra activation has been down. Phone numbers said do online, online not working. No call centres. #TelstraFail

    @DavoMcDavo @BelongAU @Grid_Series Got a text message y'day that if I didn't pay for another month my Internet was going to be cut off but Id only had it on for 9 DAYS! She claimed I had the internet since June yet I was covered by Telstra in June & July. Had to back-pay fearing disconnection! It's been horrible

    So @Telstra support centre won’t answer my calls. They direct me to the app. The person on the app literally says “I’m not sure what’s going on” and says I need to call the support centre. I don’t usually complain but this is the worst service I have ever received. #telstra

    Protip; if you're switching away from Telstra and you have the smart modem, check the reviews of the modem you're getting from your new provider. I was given a NetComm NL1901ACV. Weak WiFi signal & constant dropouts. Telstra smart modem reinstalled and haven't had issues since.

    @jdaalder I’ve been seeing this weirdness too. Slow or no loading on wifi - so Telstra over NBN HFC. Turn off wifi - kick to Telstra 4G, all good…

    @telstra why is there no way of logging a fault for broadband online. Not great for modern Telco. I just called and wasted two hours on hold then you cut me off to say you can’t help at this time. Tried your 24/7 app can’t find where either. #UnhappyCustomer

    @Telstra I think it will be sorted on 10 July. Five week delay from order to installation of internet in Brisbane. I think my order got lost. And lots if phone time to find out just what was going on. Not without its problems for me. Fingers crossed for 10 July 2020. Paul

    @MColvinMcKenzie @ray_peck @Telstra @WilloughbyCity Having worked as a A. grade Ganger' for BCC, that's a toe tripper, I daresay there will be incident reports made about it previously,looking at the mould on the concrete, (never been inspected), that's just my opinion tho'

    @Telstra I am told that the outage should be fixed by 3.30pm but that was after 45 mins of no investigation. Why does no outage show publicly for North Wahroonga 2076?

    @Telstra Hi Kunal, Not personally no, I know my end date now. However I do think there is a wider issue in the App / Web. But having spent two years trying to get my local tower fixed (eventually they listened and I was right) I’m not willing to invest hours to get this fixed.

    Hey @Telstra The purgatory I tweeted about earlier this week continues. After multiple phone calls and hours spent and doing everything Telstra has required of us in addressing our ADSL issues, we have made no progress.

    @AntKaplan Telstra's coverage in my area is beyond terrible. I'm not risking Voda either. Previously had Optus which worked. I don't care about package deals as I'm in too deep with the current ISP (hosting etc) Just mobile coverage that makes and takes calls with ~10GB data. On Optus.
