@benjaminwthomas @woolworths Not sure if u have the same problem but I haven’t had service/function on my mobile for the last 32 hours. Spoke to person @woolworths and they indicated Telstra’s resolution time is 7 days. No choice but to switch provider even though I have been very happy with woolies

  • Br1anCraddock Brian Craddock (@Br1anCraddock) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra have actually suspended my account because my credit card details aren't current (due to a hack last month), even though I'm in credit (I make weekly payments ahead of billing). Couldn't update the new CC because their app has been down. This is how business is done now.

  • KoruCottage koru-cottage.com (@KoruCottage) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Just to be clear @Telstra I can delete and block unsolicited Spam from Scammers, but I can't delete and block unsolicited crap from Craig Kelly or QLD Labour?

  • MireMadra Mire Madra (@MireMadra) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Rang @telstra support agent, says I’ll check your email account, does do, comes back and requests I try the account now. Still the same. Service agent says take ya phone to Telstra store. I explain not phone however computer. Well take it to a store or pay for service by phone

  • TUPPERWAVEMUSIC Tupperwave (@TUPPERWAVEMUSIC) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Perhaps instead of sending me through a never ending report loop you could make it more difficult for users to obtain the numbers in the first place. Do you have any automated flagging systems for numbers that are sending large volumes of calls?

  • PagewoodCoach Rubens Camejo (@PagewoodCoach) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@MelbInvest @nyunggai @HelloMakkaPakka Yes & no. If you work for Optus but doing the praises of Telstra you're going to get sacked. In effect Kitching was sacked To fix it? Requires a referendum. Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT

  • mikegoldmanlive Mike Goldman (@mikegoldmanlive) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Telstra charge 100$ a month for my NBN home internet. Cancelled and started using a prepaid dongle with another company. 17$ a month, better speeds, more reliable, better customer service. Bye Telstra.

  • TheVinsomniac Stuart Robinson (@TheVinsomniac) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Caller: "Hello, this is the customer department of Telstra" Me: "you know I'm not a a Telstra customer right?" Caller hangs up. . What sort of customer service is that?

  • ghowells67 Gareth Howells (@ghowells67) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Hey @Telstra are you trying to keep your complaints stats down by having it throw a server error when the submit button is clicked or am I just unlucky?

  • Chad50726588 TheBLACK🌚TRACKER (@Chad50726588) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@IanSamuels3 Good morning Ian, see telstra is pissing you off, I’m an ex telstra exchange tech, we didn’t care about customers, use Belong, little sister company to Telstra . $45 100GB, rolls over and then get on a $15 , 5 GB per month plan, same company **** loads cheaper.

Telstra Issues Reports

  • JaimeQuinones14 Jaime Quinones (@JaimeQuinones14) reported

@Telstra Hey I can't buy and USB with internet bc I can't verify my id. I just have an international passport and credit cards I don't hold a Medicare or Aussie passport. Is there any way to do it ? I'm in Kununurra and there is not shops near by. Please help me

  • Torin Torin (@Torin) reported

@YaThinkN @BLT_86 I was always suspicious that they never wanted SSN to thrive on television and in the media, which is why it wasn’t covered well on Nine and hidden on Telstra TV. Bringing it to Fox has already made NA far more accountable and open to scrutiny. And they don’t like it.

  • Coffeedaveoz David Stewart in the Cheap Seats and Freeborn© (@Coffeedaveoz) reported

@dodona777 Sorta smacks suspicious that they want to "save" us money, I think NOT. Remember all those Telstra calls in the 90's .. we want to "save you money", like crap they did. Your plan has great merit, besides, nearly paid for my house and sure don't want it taxed further.

  • Anne_Athema Anne Athema (@Anne_Athema) reported

@Telstra @acccgovau I’ll DM you the case number. I’ve wasted enough time speaking to frontline staff who can’t fix it. I still intend to involve the ACCC though. Your statement is false and Telstra should be pursued for it regardless of what you do for me.

  • wheels002 Kerrie B (@wheels002) reported

@Telstra Problem not resolved. Completely atrocious service given I’m receiving late night calls for your Indian call centre on a weekly basis now. Surely there’s rules about repeated A/H phone calls from one of your overseas call centres?

  • Maz__AU Maz (@Maz__AU) reported

@Telstra Nope, lets air it publicly so everyone can see how it transpires. It's outrageous how in the effort i've made to get this problem resolved, telstra has done nothing to fix it Thanks.

  • jcjobau James O'Brien 🏳️‍🌈 (@jcjobau) reported

Big thumbs up to Quinn from @Telstra who got to the bottom and solved a problem that's been going on for almost a week. Great service, determined to solve the problem being faced by some older family members - aged 74 and 82 - after surviving the Lismore floods.

  • BetterStuffToDo 💉💉💉#ottoAbNormalVerbraucher (@BetterStuffToDo) reported

@charleyb2355 @Monocotyledon With Telstra currently being the most expensive provider for any service, there is no evidence for your claim.

  • Bushpatriot Kenneth Briggs (@Bushpatriot) reported

Watching the Seven News report and story about Indian scammers,it’s amazing how one bloke can jam and pin point hackers, yet Telstra, Optus with all their technology and resources can’t look after their customers, maybe a law suit might help stir some action!

  • GardinerRob Rob Gardiner💉💉 (@GardinerRob) reported

@Telstra why is there no mobile network in Mornington Mt Martha at the minute.
