    @franksting @nytimes Telstra make it only possible for some things via there Ap which never works. Cancelling Adobe and Microsoft is really hard

    @Telstra is there an issue with call forwarding on you mobile network? I have a business on-call phone that is forwarded and I can’t clear of change it. It’s still forwarding to the original al number when setting cleared with ##21#.

    @Telstra Thanks Already use outlook Use webmail to block out SPAM mails before they get to my systems. This is going to be bloody painful drafting out the rubbish. Thanks for attempting to help.

    Rang @telstra support agent, says I’ll check your email account, does do, comes back and requests I try the account now. Still the same. Service agent says take ya phone to Telstra store. I explain not phone however computer. Well take it to a store or pay for service by phone

    A fun way to blow 20 minutes of ya life you’ll never get back. Ring @Telstra to solve why I cannot log into Telstra account via computer. Cleared browser hist, rebooted, can log into other internet services such as banks, Netflix, Stan however NOT Telstra. 1/2

    Telstra charge 100$ a month for my NBN home internet. Cancelled and started using a prepaid dongle with another company. 17$ a month, better speeds, more reliable, better customer service. Bye Telstra.

    @Telstra Just opens up My Telstra app on my phone. Tried to login to Telstra plus on the computers - same Gail. Enter user name, hit continue, browser goes off to Lanka land. No error message, no indicator of any activity.

    @MelbInvest @nyunggai @HelloMakkaPakka Yes & no. If you work for Optus but doing the praises of Telstra you're going to get sacked. In effect Kitching was sacked To fix it? Requires a referendum. Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT

    @Telstra Why has my signal disappeared from inside my house in the past week. This has been happening everyday for the past week I lose it at 5:30 and can't get it inside the house. I am currently 500 m away, in a paddock in the ******* cold, and I finally get a signal. Fix it

    @Telstra Our NBN is via mobile tower. Please note it has been slow and unreliable for 5 years and I have complained regularly as my time and patience has allowed. The only thing Telstra has done in that time is send me a new modem which didn't work at all/caused me to have no internet.

    Hey @Telstra, phone messaging systems directing customers to your online services and promoting them as "us making it easier for you", then hanging up on us, is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. You clearly read the wrong manual!

    @Neilhoh @Telstra Ha. Their social media team is very good. They don't always have the power to fix, but can't fault the responsiveness, to be fair. They're always helpful. I'm not sure if the Smart modem is a dig at me, Telstra or the modem though :)

    @Asher_Wolf Eeeeek. It is upsetting. Once met a brilliant fellow at JB who completely overhauled an elder’s poor wifi setup for nothing, after the sales folk at Telstra had sold him a useless dongle. Only a happy ending if you get the right help.

One time a Telstra rep disconnected my business from ADSL by accident and we had to wait a month to reconnect. Didn't matter who I spoke to, no one was interested. 🖕🏻Telstra. Aussie Broadband ✅
