@Telstra My 92 yr Dad had a dead landline yesterday. Telstra made an appt 1000hrs-1400 hrs today to fix it. Said there was no outage. He sat there for all that time but no-one came because app at 11am it was an outage .NO-ONE WENT TO TELL HIM ..HE STILL DIDN'T KNOW AT 5PM !!!1/2

@Telstra How are they supposed to contact him when he doesn't have a freaking phone. Last ctc I had was the tech would def be there to see him. I live 2 hours away and no-one let me know it was now an outage anyway. Only found out when I still couldn't call him. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

@Telstra But after 3 months of trying to get a resolution, no one calling me back, emails proving our discussions you’ve still cut us off at a massive daily cost and that’s ok! Please can I have the number of someone I can talk to in senior management who is empowered to make a decision

@Telstra Our estate has had no internet for 50 plus days out of the last 150, minimal 4G coverage and yet 7km either side they have full NBN, Great 4G coverage. Telstra's answer "service will be back on 7pm this Friday". This outage - day 22 no internet, no updates!

@Telstra Buddy the signal here is one bar outside on 4G and sometimes slips to 3G. Locals are mostly older and rely on their mobile as they carry it with them inside. They rely on wifi calling to use the mobile and without reliable internet this is not possible.

@RoadknightThe I feel your pain. Can I ask who you spoke to? I’m in a circle of hell with Telstra’s online ‘help’ desk. Every time I try to find out info on our constant dropouts and lack of 4G service (over years now) I get a new person who says ‘can you try turning off your modem’.

@PaulSargeant15 The board has been stacked under LNP. Ita obviously but the last 4 ex Foxtel, ex Telstra, ex 7 network and Qantas. All pro LNP orgs. Plus the tactic of adding extra board members dilutes the previous balanced/centre appointees. SBS same - with an all white anglo board
