@NBN_Australia There has been a ticket raised for 7 days and still you are not able to supply an ETR, this is unacceptable and very poor service. Ive been left with no alternative but to raise it with the TIO, sadly that will be Telstra’s issue not yours, but I need a date this will be resolved

@GaryNunn1 Aldi mobile uses the Telstra network without the Telstra price... but not sure if it supports things like multi devices or Apple Watch - I put my husband on $35 Optus plan (plus $15 to link iPad and the watch was free for the first year) with 30gb

@Telstra Hi Cas. I never got one at the time as the rep said he would finish the paperwork later and email it. Luckily he texted yesterday afternoon after I sent the Tweet & confirmed appointment & I got the order number & confirmation email last night. Thanks RG

How frigging stupid is this, I actually work from home full time and now can’t due to the poor service by @NBN_Australia and @Telstra So good lucky anyone thinking of working from home due to the virus and using NBN - 8 days so far and no resolution and no ETA on a fix

The Telstra experience of having your home email stopped and then spending almost a week trying to get it fixed and having them tell you that I was told a 48 hours fix and it’s only been 46 hours so call back really does sum up the customer experience. #telstra #hopeless

You’re hopeless @Telstra and you @NBN_Australia. Had cable, no issues. Got nbn unlimited with a speed boost, costs more, slower speed, drops out regularly and buffers watching Netflix.. customer service non existent!

@bigyahu @Telstra Same problem. I have a $10 credit sitting on a @Telstra account for 2 years. I figure the time it would take to get it just isn’t worth it. And yes I get that my attitude may mean that they win, but i figure I won the fight when I closed the account

@Telstra @andy_penn I currently have internet after the original outage. MANY other houses do not. Many got it back, and it’s gone again. It’s a circus out here. Check the area- you will see probably hundreds of complaints and issues over the last 5 weeks- and still no answers for anyone

0.06 Mbps download 0.29 Mbps upload Server: Sydney Your Internet connection is very slow. Your Internet download speed is very low. Web browsing should work, but videos could load slowly. WHAT IS HAPPENING TELSTRA!? This is happening persistently now, over at least a week!
