Telstra Issues Reports Near Hampstead, State of Queensland

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Hampstead and nearby locations:

  • wildnez Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra your customer service team is highly incapable, get rid of them. My new NBN order has been revised 4 times already without my input. And now the technician’s visit date has been changed without any notice. Are you guys interested in signing up new customers at all?

  • wildnez Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Yes you have let me down

  • Salvete02Mac Michael Mac (@Salvete02Mac) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@VaniaL1970 @StevenJMiles @Telstra Irrelevant to the issue ..... think not be prejudiced.

  • wildnez Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Right now, the new timeslot for your technician’s visit is October 15, between 10am and 2pm. However, I just missed a call from your customer service about the appointment. I tried calling back on the number I and with the options I was asked to choose but redirected to txt msgs.

  • wildnez Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Like your team has done with my new NBN order which never arrived along with your technician after 3 appointments.. and your pathetically incapable non-existential customer svc.. only implies that Telstra has lost interest in selling new business.

  • jordanmillar Jordan Millar (@jordanmillar) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

. @Telstra really has the worst customer service of any business I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Nearly 4 hours trying to get a status on my account on their “online” chat. Been asked the same ID info multiple times. Shocking.

  • etredoo D (@etredoo) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra have been trying to speak to a human for over a month to get NBN installed and wow 1000 messages “like texting a friend” what a joke! 1 month of circles! This is the worst customer service experience EVER!! #whereismynbn

  • iambenslater iambenslater (@iambenslater) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@AKtech2021 @Telstra Can’t :-( Only have the Telstra Cable NBN Service in our area :-( sucks.

  • jerrybr15619298 Craig Acret (@jerrybr15619298) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@NBN_Australia Think it’s more a Telstra issue as it’s been 15 days with the nbn devices on hold in their warehouse. Thanks for your reply though.

  • AmandaGHoffmann Amanda Hoffmann (@AmandaGHoffmann) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

TELSTRA | Why do your complaints office call at school drop off and pickup times. Then fail to allow the phone to ring long enough for the customer to answer the phone? #fail @Telstra

  • paultravers007 Paul Travers (@paultravers007) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra I think it will be sorted on 10 July. Five week delay from order to installation of internet in Brisbane. I think my order got lost. And lots if phone time to find out just what was going on. Not without its problems for me. Fingers crossed for 10 July 2020. Paul

  • MonBLeaves Monica Bradley (@MonBLeaves) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@MingYLong @Telstra @NBN_Australia I agree the service levels are so appalling for everyone

  • zerohash Justin King (@zerohash) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Note: can’t work from home when internet is down @Telstra

  • JustMeAndMilo MissSassyPants🙉🙈🙊😂 (@JustMeAndMilo) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@DavoMcDavo @BelongAU @Grid_Series Got a text message y'day that if I didn't pay for another month my Internet was going to be cut off but Id only had it on for 9 DAYS! She claimed I had the internet since June yet I was covered by Telstra in June & July. Had to back-pay fearing disconnection! It's been horrible

  • Brentus88 Brent 🤜🏻🤛🏾 Davidson (@Brentus88) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Aaaand the cycle starts again. @telstra visited, confirmed it was an @NBN_Australia issue & took detailed notes & photos of speed tests which rule out modem issue. Said I’d need an NBN tech visit. So instead today, naturally, I get a text from Telstra saying all is fixed.

  • skwirezee Lisa (@skwirezee) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra your messaging service doesn’t work; I was in hold and the call was disconnected at your end; I have been into the Telstra shop; and am on chat for over an hour with 3 different agents. Still no help and no internet. We need it for our work!!!!

  • wayne_offer Wayne Offer 38410902 (@wayne_offer) reported from Cabanda, State of Queensland

@Telstra is there a outage at Thagoona 4306?? Nbn.

  • Mellyjh Melanie Hawkins-King (@Mellyjh) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

So annoying that I can’t watch the #hamilfilm on my @Telstra tv Roku system because it doesn’t support the @disneyplus app in Australia! Customers have been asking for months and still no satisfaction. 🤬

  • littleredwrites Melanie (@littleredwrites) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia outage in 4304 QLD.

  • Reggi05 Matt Time (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@egadheg Not sure the Australian taxpayer has much to thank him for, Australia was an early adopter but the Telstra mobile network would have been upgraded for HSDPA anyway. Telstra had already tried 2100 3G with Orange

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • WonderDalek Kye Rosendale (@WonderDalek) reported

@alicexmaiaMFC your upload speed issues as I cant recall if you mentioned download as well on HFC are a common issue with HFC because NBN is still sharing the space with Foxtel/Telstra. Have you tried factory resetting the NBN NTD? Pin in the reset hole for no more than 10 seconds and let it

  • colliric Richard Collins (@colliric) reported

@pwafork .... Problem is that Car companies have simply not followed through quick enough with Electric Cars. When they do you won't be able to get Petrol cars anymore. Just as you currently find it hard to locate a Telstra Payphone, can't get a new typewriter or CRT.

  • sawyer_pm (ツ) (@sawyer_pm) reported

@ALBACapMgmt I was going to say if its Telstra its probably their DNS servers coz they SUCK ! change your PC DNS to point to google or something. Can link you how to do it if need. I had the same issue and it fixed it and also way faster.

  • martydaus Marty D 💉💉 (@martydaus) reported

@SharazDavid They never have the funds, but can come up with $1.9 Billion to give to Telstra to buy a PNG telco, that Telstra will have 100% ownership of.

  • No2Dogma John the Humanist🌐💉💉😷 (@No2Dogma) reported

@Telstra And if it doesn't then your network has a problem?😑

  • keegannye Keegan Nye (@keegannye) reported

@Telstra HI Guys, so its still not working, can you escalate this to an IT team.. I am trying to redeem my points for recharge as its 50% off atm and ends November which is not helpful. I have tried clearing, reinstalling, different phones, ipads, desktops. Its not me its you guys!

  • wheelyweb 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 💪🏼💉💉 Joe Ortenzi (@wheelyweb) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Yeah. I know. Because I keep turning it off. Why can’t you respect that and at least just ask instead of doing it automatically? My point is i am in australia. Not travelling. So your “automatic, to help” argument is a fail

  • andylamrock Lamdog 🙏 🙂 🚀 (@andylamrock) reported

@Telstra Thx Greg. I have a case open and it’s been 5 business days. Just hoping someone knows what they are doing. FYI. Im a loyal customer but feeling a little let down atm

  • LapTop006 Julien Goodwin (@LapTop006) reported

@glendturner Last time I had one of those was a Telstra rack in our building. Got a *VERY* quick response after I pointed out that an acid leak may count as a safety issue once it left their rack. Had a tech on site *within an hour*.

  • rpgcyco Brad Gordon (@rpgcyco) reported

@Telstra Nah, apart from trying to get it changed over the phone once. I never worried about it because communication is mostly via email. Now I'm looking to order a new phone, but don't want to risk delivery to the wrong address. :)
