  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@zanerednwhite Yeah $15 you could use Chromecast screen resolution might be poor mine 780p. I got a Telstra TV gen 3 off Facebook marketplace there were plenty of Gen 2 for $35. Resolution seemed better. $15 month to month seems ok to me

  • liliabernede Lilia (@liliabernede) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra we have been chatting with several of your support team officers since yesterday afternoon because of issues we are having our wifi at home and it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get a straight answer about what’s going on.

  • scully65 michael scully (@scully65) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra: you need to address the level of stupid in your corporate structure. Alas, I’m contacting you again to repair the same silly problem. Why is this taking 6 months?

  • jaseclamp Jase Clamp (@jaseclamp) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@telstra review my chat support transcript and tell me why its not appalling, infuriating & utterly negligent. Phone line down 4 months. Kids can't dial 000. Your chat support ppl detect the fault and do absolutely nothing to resolve.

  • Reggi05 Laundry Worship (@Reggi05) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Someone remind me again please, but if I'm a Telstra customer, how do I watch @NRL @AFL streaming on phone? Is it still free or gotta go via Kayo? Did Telstra do anything for existing customers? Cheers

  • Dudebank 🚁BrendanDwyer #Veteran (@Dudebank) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@simonahac @Telstra Australia is a backwater nation re internet. That is just ridiculous. I'm on my around Oz road trip and Vodaphone have been woeful the whole way. Their claim "we have works in that area" is just BS and getting old. I contacted the Ombudsman on it. Many more telco problems here.

  • wildnez Rahul (@wildnez) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra @TelstraBcast why am I receiving bills from you? I am not even a customer, I do not use your services except for a pre-paid sim. See below: ACCOUNT NUMBER 2000 70685 8774 BILL NUMBER 163 0778 161

@erstkate You can also get on to Telstra sales and tell them youre moving to Optus. Dealing with Sales can be better than Customer (cough) Service

  • SEdwards0108 Scott (Where's Your Mask?) Edwards (@SEdwards0108) reported

@MelanieTait Boost- $30/month plan. Bring your own phone on the Telstra network. Unlimited calls and text in Aus and a large number of internationals. Rollover data monthly. Been on it for a couple of years now. Very happy.

  • TSM072011 Tom McGrath (@TSM072011) reported

@Telstra I still have many pending issues and no resolution. It is appalling that you would treat a long-term customer with such disdain. 0/10 effort.

  • twensor twensor (@twensor) reported

@trufflehuffer @barefootthink @MelanieTait Look at Boost - uses exactly the same Telstra network but shitloads cheaper, seriously.

  • nabana_bets nabana (@nabana_bets) reported

@Telstra @AulichTerry If someone has already signed up to the $15 offer, can they cancel and use the $5 offer?

  • Realllygood Melb (@Realllygood) reported

  • twensor twensor (@twensor) reported

@maureenchuck1 @MelanieTait Cripes. For that money ou could get 50/20 home broadband and 2 X 30gb/mo sims with data banking (woolworths $30 telstra network). But maybe you're buying the phones?? Imho best to go sim only.

  • ArunaSen Aruna Seneviratne (@ArunaSen) reported

@GlenneDrover @MelanieTait My bill is $25/month (Aldi 20 GB/month, using the Telstra network). I bought the phone outright and keep phones for 5 years on average.

  • Stoxxie David Lee (@Stoxxie) reported

@MelanieTait I am with Amaysim $30 and that comes with 55GB of data. It's on the optus network. Belong is on the Telstra network and pretty competitive I think Aldi is also on the Telstra network as well

  • D_Melissa2 🔥💧🐨🌱💓🌍 MelissaD (@D_Melissa2) reported

    3) If you’re like us and entry level Foxtel was previously added to your package as a free component check - you’re paying $25 a month now. We never watch it. It was tricky to solve because they logged us out of our Telstra/Foxtel ID and we couldn’t reset, all whilst being billed
