@Telstra your messaging service doesn’t work; I was in hold and the call was disconnected at your end; I have been into the Telstra shop; and am on chat for over an hour with 3 different agents. Still no help and no internet. We need it for our work!!!!

@Telstra @Telstra guess what? A Telstra worker disconnected our service, even after explicitly going through what we needed. Several times. It ended up taking nearly 2 hours to undo the disconnect notice. AND still no internet as at this post.

@Telstra your customer service team is highly incapable, get rid of them. My new NBN order has been revised 4 times already without my input. And now the technician’s visit date has been changed without any notice. Are you guys interested in signing up new customers at all?

@Telstra No reply Telstra..about as bad as the online chat help...reply back to them and they take 10 mins to get back to you.Not happy! Obviously they are dealing with various customers at once..not good customer experience..no care factor!

@Lee09737503 @Telstra Not sure how the technician not showing up for appointments is related to customer svc being overseas. And Telstra is not the only company with call centre overseas, TPG and some others are overseas too but they are not sloppy. Cheers.

2 and a half hours messaging @Telstra to try and sort out a business internet connectivity issue (because it is impossible to get someone on the phone). Appreciate these are difficult times but I asked a yes / no question all that time ago and still haven’t got an answer. Joke!

@Telstra Everyone out there.. dont waste your time on Telstra. Their customer svc is not in Aus and it only exists on msgs, no live human to speak to. They make promises and then conveniently forget about it. They sign contract and never fulfil it.

@Telstra recently visual voicemail on my iPhone has stopped working, I haven’t changed anything and Apple can only put it down to a carrier fault. Your service agent tells me I need to pay $5 a month to get it back??

@Telstra Like your team has done with my new NBN order which never arrived along with your technician after 3 appointments.. and your pathetically incapable non-existential customer svc.. only implies that Telstra has lost interest in selling new business.

. @Telstra really has the worst customer service of any business I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Nearly 4 hours trying to get a status on my account on their “online” chat. Been asked the same ID info multiple times. Shocking.

@optus HUGE MASSIVE THANK YOU for being the provider that got our NBN installed in less than 2 weeks. No text messages back and forth for 6 weeks just amazing service! @Telstra you need to take a leaf out of their book 6 weeks of bullshit vs 2 weeks and NBN installed #yesoptus

@Telstra Right now, the new timeslot for your technician’s visit is October 15, between 10am and 2pm. However, I just missed a call from your customer service about the appointment. I tried calling back on the number I and with the options I was asked to choose but redirected to txt msgs.

20 days waiting for @telstra to provision my phone. Can’t do COVID checking. Can’t get bank confirmation SMSs. Can’t call anyone. Can’t leave the house in case @telstra case manager calls (which has never happened). @telstra you are making my life unsafe and ****. #auspol

@Telstra Having just spent four days going back and forth to cancel a no longer needed plan, the idea fills me with horror. But what really gets me is that you're still offering an equivalent plan to what I had but you're moving me to a more expensive option without discussion

@tanya_plibersek @craigreucassel I live in Glebe, and recently I was forced to switch over to the NBN. Telstra cut off my usual service, and it took OVER A MONTH for them to connect me to the NBN. That was over a month without internet, and I live near the CBD of Sydney. Absolutely unacceptable.

@RutegerJones @smperris I wish Telstra did family plans. But I live in a regional town and T remains the one very reliable service around our house. Optus is improving though so probably due for a big retest to see how it is.

Trying to actually purchase or use a @Telstra service is the worst. Went to a Telstra store, they sent me to coles. Wouldn't even talk to me. Activation is a joke, 24x7 chat sits there as "Agent Typing" for hours and wouldn't let me do anything for business use. The worst.

@vegancheesy Telstra are cheap, if they gave everyone good or even decent routers with their service they would have to up their prices significantly to cover the costs. As for the routers themselves, they're just really old technology and aren't able to match or get close to the speed limit
