Rang @telstra support agent, says I’ll check your email account, does do, comes back and requests I try the account now. Still the same. Service agent says take ya phone to Telstra store. I explain not phone however computer. Well take it to a store or pay for service by phone

Telstra charge 100$ a month for my NBN home internet. Cancelled and started using a prepaid dongle with another company. 17$ a month, better speeds, more reliable, better customer service. Bye Telstra.

Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT

@Telstra Just opens up My Telstra app on my phone. Tried to login to Telstra plus on the computers - same Gail. Enter user name, hit continue, browser goes off to Lanka land. No error message, no indicator of any activity.

A fun way to blow 20 minutes of ya life you’ll never get back. Ring @Telstra to solve why I cannot log into Telstra account via computer. Cleared browser hist, rebooted, can log into other internet services such as banks, Netflix, Stan however NOT Telstra. 1/2

@Telstra is there an issue with call forwarding on you mobile network? I have a business on-call phone that is forwarded and I can’t clear of change it. It’s still forwarding to the original al number when setting cleared with ##21#.

@QuentinDempster Problem is Quentin many of us Don’t have NBN towers. My choice is a Telstra WIFI - massive delay buffeting in peak times Optus WIFI same problem. After extended time with internet Zi ordered a Starlink last week. Our service is no where near as good as 15 years ago.

@Starlink Starlink helped us out enormously, we had no fast internet, Telstra in Australia wouldn't help, we are in a regional town where residents get the NBN but commercial district don't. We connect over 20 devices and 60 staff, can't do that without Starlink.

BREAKING: Telstra customers have been warned that triple zero calls are currently unavailable in some parts of north east New South Wales. The outage is impacting mobile, NBN, ADSL and landline connections, with Telstra attributing the issue to severe weather across the region. “We’re making good progress restoring services following the severe weather in north east NSW,” said a Telstra spokesperson. “Widespread power outages are affecting parts of our network and our technicians are working closely with authorities to get in and bring services back online when it is safe to do so.”

@troberge_au I think we got ripped off. Now there’s Ticketmaster and ticketek and huge massive cover charges on any shows. All these stupid Telstra pre sales and tickets for foxtel subscribers and hoops that just make no sense at all.
