@Telstra I can also give them the TIO complaint # when they contact me. The team lead I was dealing with insisted on sending more boilerplate about me emailing my DOB and refusing to acknowledge I’d authenticated over the phone. I don’t care who sorts it out. Email me a concrete offer.

Telstra fuckups are like bad luck, they always come in 3s. I'm being billed for O365 with no warning previous free offer had expired. 10 digit account numbers allow access to different products compared to a 13 digit one. Getting an Apple Watch on a business plan is a major PITA.

JFC! I order new phones from @Telstra. I get 8 missed calls & a voicemail from Telstra Business Centres. I waited 12mins to find out Kelly wanted to tell me about their exciting products but she was busy with someone else. @andy_penn I feel like a commission cheque not a customer

@Telstra I have suggested times she could call. She always calls at other times. She never calls back within the windows advised by colleagues. Email is the most efficient way for us to move forward at this point.

@Telstra I wasn’t getting anywhere with the complaints team lead. I lodged a complaint with the TIO. They told me to work with Telstra to resolve the issue. The team lead is insisting I deal with the TIO. That contradicts what the TIO says you should be doing.

@Telstra Fix your damn problems. All of our devices across the entire household are being blocked by 'restricted mode' on Youtube that was set by the network administrator. Every device, apps or not, is forced into restricted mode.

@izzie_kathryn @CotySJ1 @No7Sammy Oh hey, must be where they got the idea to burn down my telecommunications system here in Australia (privatised Telstra then because the now-private Telstra kicked up a stink during the NBN upgrade had to nerf the upgrade and rent the lines to companies instead of to the user)

@Telstra @ThatCostumedGuy search "youtube restricted" on twitter and there's multiple people with this issue. all of them including me are south east queensland based telstra customers. it's 100% on your end.

Is anyone else having trouble getting on to the @tabcomau app ? On wifi ( home) won’t load … thoughts. I have deleted and reloaded app with no success. Works on phone ( not using home wifi - Telstra ??) Suggestions welcome

@UndaSthnXiStand I never return call any number that hasn't left a legit message. Before blocking I google the number & often they're already talked about online as scam numbers. But spoofing is the worst trick now. I know Telstra are splitting their sides to fix the issue.

@Telstra Home internet. Logging into the router and going into the Advanced Settings, then diagnostics and selection Connection I can see all green ticks except for the next hop ping test. Also from the router unable to ping 8.8.8.8 Outage starts around 1PM and then by 5PM it is all ok

Evie. this is my entire problem with Telstra. I used the App on My Telstra and spent almost 3 damned hours only to be told that they couldn't help. So rang 132200 and waited over an hour with no-one answering the phone. now you tell me to use the app again. Madness. BS service
