    @Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

    So, not only has @Telstra failed to provide us with NBN, mobile coverage or even a working phone line, the MILITARY GRADE 4G device I have just installed on our roof just to get SOME communication has a 4G outage. I live in SYDNEY, not the Sahara. Fix your network @Telstra!

    @Telstra So why push a motive through your service? I'll never use your service again. Perhaps a telecommunication company shouldn't encourage people to get a drug that is in trials. Perhaps a Peer reviewed Dr should recommend a mobile phone plan... Telstra = Wreckless!!!!

    @TroySchuster @newscomauHQ Calm the **** down champ. Telstra aren't forcing anybody to anything. They are encouraging peeps to get vaccinated during a world wide fecking pandemic. If you see this as some kind of infringement of your rights, then maybe take a minute, think it over, and realise it's not.

    @Telstra Still annoying that it is presented as something which is ‘set in stone’ and not open to negotiation. I will have a look. Extra data may be exciting to some but it is meaningless to me as our service is already strained especially at peak times.

    @Telstra No nothing other than the return code, store was empty we were the only customers with 5 staff all free not one was helpful just excellent at smirking and being unhelpful. They are a disgrace what happed to customer service. She Spent everyday this week on radiation and chemo!
