    @Telstra That’s a shame as my complaint is as much about how they’ve mis-managed and exasperated my problems as the unstable internet connection and 3 months without a land line.

    @telstra, wow do you get a complaint escalated out of the overseas call center to an on shore one. 3 months worth of unstable internet and countless phone calls to your call center is taking its toll.

    @Telstra You neglected to include that one of my case managers offered to reimburse me for the time I was required to wait for a technician to attend my house (2 days) when the Telstra systems broke down and eventually sent the technician on the 3rd day.2/4

    @Telstra Sure, but in the meantime, it needs to be made safe. At the moment, the cover could fail totally at any time and cause an accident and injury.

    @georgie874 I just went to a yearly plan with boost. Paying 110 a month for two Telstra plans was ridiculous. Less data so gotta manage that but now paying $300 for the year and I still get 5G on Telstra network lol

    Day 5 of an expected 12 day @Telstra internet outage in Seisia in remote Cape York - an area with limited cell coverage. Remote Indigenous communities and businesses constantly coming up against challenges simply because of poor investment in enabling infrastructure.

    @Telstra A big **** u Telstra every 5 seconds I can’t here ppl and other problems on my phone I pay for a plan and it plays up

    @Telstra After 2 hours online with you guys I have been told that my modem is faulty and it needs replacing. This is exactly the same issue I had around a year ago. However last year, I was able to go to my local Telstra store and pick up a replacement modem with no issue at all.
