    @tezzyxoxo I used to be with Optus 20 years ago. I swapped to Telstra and never been happier. Make sure it's Telstra themselves and not one of their 3rd party suppliers.

    @telstra I'm trying to update my address in My Telstra and when the app passes to the CRM page, it never completes, so the task can't be done. Happens on both web and mobile.

    Just to clarify this has been an ongoing issue for over 7mths 🙃 the #casemanager assigned by the #ombudsman through @telstra called me "mean" because I told him the issue was continuing after the technician 🙃 even though I'd said it was the modem that STILL hadn't been replaced
