    You would think Telstra would want to get paid for their bills on time. For 3 days now you cannot pay your bill through their My Telstra Account Page (404 error). Gives me the shits you can't contact them by phone or any other method to get a response, **** service still

    @NBN_Australia I've been trying to get meaningful action from Telstra for over 5 years. I've rarely achieved the speeds I was led to expect by Telstras sales team. I've almost given up on getting the service I paid for or some part of the $3500+ I've outlayed refunded.

    @erstkate You can also get on to Telstra sales and tell them youre moving to Optus. Dealing with Sales can be better than Customer (cough) Service

    @JennyEjlak @MelanieTait Yes us too. Aldi $35pm no lock in contact with good data allowance which rolls unused data over. We made the switch last year from Optus which was always $90-$100pm. Telstra network a bonus.
