    @Telstra Unfortunately Disney doesn’t have the QR code. I tried changing my email address on my account but I need email verification to do that too. Any news on how much longer Telstra Web Mail will be down?. I’ve been having issues for weeks

    @geoffrey_payne @CarlosSWeiner14 Those naked plans were only slightly cheaper than plans with phone bundle, but trade off was it was slower for Telstra to repair any problems with the line as it was no longer had a phone service and no mandated repair times.

    @Telstra Yes. But what product does Telstra order from nbn when a customer orders the Premium Internet Plan? Is it the nbn 100/40 product? I understand there's a disclaimer about achieving up to 17 Mbps. Are you ordering slower 100/20 products from nbn and still calling it Premium?

    Never in the field of human endeavour has anything been more pointlessly difficult than trying to contact @telstra - by phone, website or by app - to upgrade a mobile plan. Tried each, repeatedly. Too busy to answer. AI too stupid, humans too busy to help. App won't respond.

    @Telstra high" levels of traffic. I repeatedly attempt to use the website. Not only does it keep logging me out every time I open a new page, the AI won't direct me to an option where I can upgrade my plan. Service drops when told to wait for a human contact.

    Hey @andy_penn I’ve been a loyal @Telstra user for years and am about to pull the plug on all services: mobile, internet etc. Struggling to believe just how poor “Gold Member” support is.

    @Telstra hey Telstra, why is the internet being extra lousy these few weeks? In the midst of LOCKDOWN?! Speed is not even up to average standards, let alone for the premium charges that I pay for month to month. Do explain or fix it.
