    @Telstra Unfortunately Disney doesn’t have the QR code. I tried changing my email address on my account but I need email verification to do that too. Any news on how much longer Telstra Web Mail will be down?. I’ve been having issues for weeks

    @Telstra I'm done discussing it. I have spent SIX HOURS on the phone on TEN separate phone calls and as you can see, i literally just had to start the whole process again. What's to discuss? You are well aware of the issues, the notes would be EXTENSIVE.

    @RyanWil62993886 You are an idiot. Seriously stupid. He’s a long time friend to John Howard. More recently, there was a huge outcry over the Federal Government's insistence that Cousins - a long-time adviser and friend of Prime Minister John Howard - join the Telstra board last October

    Went to play Cycle > TAFE calls me Went to play Tarkov > Telstra calls me I've been on the ******* phone to telstra alone for 1hr 30 mins. I don't even like want to play THAT bad but I'm sick of everytime I WANT to stream and play some ***** got something for me to do!

    @GladysB That is a terrible press release. It sounds like Optus is just whinging about Telstra getting an advantage in the market. If Optus really cared about regional Australia, you "throw money" at it, Gladys!

    @Telstra I'm hoping I can finally access 5G using my Pixel 6 pro tomorrow night at Marvel Stadium as not once has it come up on my phone in the 6 games I've been to. Works in my area but I've been unable to use it at Marvel Stadium & the MCG. Is it the network or @madebygoogle?

    Hey @Telstra we’ve just spent over 2 hours on both web & phone trying to take up a new plan. Finally told to go to a store. Store tells us that no matter if we sign up for plan today, price will change in August but they won’t help us today. Over 3 hours total with no result.

    @vEternity_ @Telstra I recently swapped back to Telstra from another ISP who I was having issues with. I pay for 1000/50, steam maxes out at like 20Mb/s when i should be getting 100+, Getting packet loss etc. So frustrating

    @Jickle The mesh ones are properly impressive, especially if you have internal brick walls. But yes, in our two bedroom house we get by just using the one that Telstra never wanted back.

    i hate telstra with my life I just spent 45 minutes on the phone to find out they can’t help me bc i’m calling from a phone number that isn’t connected to the acc but i gave all the info i just want my stupid wifi to work
