  @Telstra Unfortunately Disney doesn’t have the QR code. I tried changing my email address on my account but I need email verification to do that too. Any news on how much longer Telstra Web Mail will be down?. I’ve been having issues for weeks

  You guys disconnected my service AGAIN? When I only have $138 owing out of $1700?I swear to god, all these dogs ever do is use me and take advantage of every cent they can get out of me. Since you stopped my service, you dogs aren’t getting another fking cent out of me @Telstra

  @GruenHQ Please focus on the 'back to the 50s' ads we're seeing these days. Simpering women getting calls from 'Mr Telstra' to fix things for them (Telstra never calls - even if you want them to!), and women always in the passenger seat in car ads. The patriarchy is doing my head in.

  @Telstra So, I get an email saying someone has been trying to ring, me (no messagebank messages, odd). I ring the supplied number yesterday-got endless music. Replied to email, no response. I ring today-got silence. Sent another email. Any chance problem can be sorted by 2022?
