  @TheDSingularity Telstra's shocking customer service is renowned. For info only: my voice calls to Optus get answered immediately by friendly competent staff, and my Optus wireless broadband internet service provides unlimited data at speeds ~100Mbps or faster (and is way cheaper than the NBN).

  @backlon As an aside - I only buy unlocked Google Pixel phones, direct from Google. On putting a @telstra SIM into the phone, it automatically downloads and installs the Telstra app. (As it is, it's not that bad, but even so...)

  Hey @Telstra Wondering if you can help? My parents have lost internet connection. I'm trying to see if it's an "old people" issue or Telstra is down. Do you have any issues with Fassifern, NSW, 2283 at the moment?
