@Telstra I just attempted to register for the firefighter assistance package you have announced. On phone for 20 mins, spoke to someone I could barely understand, put on hold, disconnected. So much for the “help”.Thanks Telstra 😡 #ffs #nohelpforme #TelstraOnHold #hangup

They are expensive, but they don't seem to have VoLTE support on Telstra, so might not be able to do voice calls after mid-2024. Apparently they do work on other networks.

Well I’ve got to the bottom of the problem with my computer - the wi-fi stopped working so a bloke is coming to fix it on Monday … in the meantime Telstra has booted the router or something so l can sort of work on some stuff at some point, which would be nice :)

@Firebirdseven @dodona777 Long ago I sunbaked behind my high backfence. Telstra then began to build right beside it, the whistles never stopped. Then the fruit n sandwiches started hurtling thru the yard. I told the head honcho that was assault,they could whistle til the cows came home. No more of either!

@Telstra New phone. 1 person trying to serve a random queue in random order, and at least 2 others standing around chatting and occasionally coming up asking what you want, before saying they can’t help so wait in the queue
