    @Telstra A response whilst I was still at work would have been preferred no known outages according to your website but that’s never accurate.

    @Telstra No couldnt get through, there message service is unexceptable. Ive been transferred 4 times, and still no avail! Im a tech by trade ive done my troubleshooting I care for a 84 yrl old mother and really dont have the time nor reception to get this fixed. Ive asked for a tech 5 x

    @maudenificent @Frank61pc ALDImobile have a good deal with a prepaid service that you can put as little as $15 on & it doesn't expire for a year - they use the telstra network - BUT... i have never had any issues, so have no idea what their customer service is like

    @Telstra Your customer service is rubbish. My bill hasn’t been updated since January as promised. I waited 7 months for internet I have been ignored by your team whilst asking basic questions. You confirmed that you’ve turned my services off without warning or justification.

    @Kells8681 @Telstra I use Optus, I have never had any problems with the NBN. Not sure about rural areas.

    @Frank61pc oh, total of 12 hours on hold/ going in circles with optus after moving house some years ago - a nightmare, but without the abuse telstra people sometimes dish out (a very small plus) so hopefully, an “intermediary” re-packaging one of the big 2 and offering real service

    @Telstra24x7 HELP! Trying to pay a bill that's due today, however the Telstra 24x7 app is stuck on a loading screen after I hit the 'Pay Now' button. Has been doing this for the last hour.
