@Telstra What do you recommend for my internet that's not working? I'm in 2259 (Tuggerah) and connects but nothing is loading? I've restarted the modem a few times and no luck. Using up the data on my phone very quick.

@Telstra another day goes by and still not resolved......June 26 and no NBN. Entirely Telstra problem when by mistake they put “restrictions “ on the account but it takes forever to lift them. BTW was in credit when restrictions where wrongly imposed

@Telstra Leeming, 6149. I haven't been getting SMS from some numbers since Sunday (but have got ones from others). Messages are being sent OK, but aren't being received by me. Signal is OK & no change in handset or network provider. Messages aren't delayed. They're never received.

At this point I don't even care to get the data back or discount or anything, I just want this person to acknowledge he's wrong and to make sure this data issue is fixed.

@Telstra My ticket is actually INC17030250 but I was told it is the same as a larger issue with the other ticket ref. I find it odd that it is so large but yet not shown as an outage on your website or even searchable via my suburb. Hence my comment that i get different stories each time!

@Telstra do you block (destination) port 465 for your customers? Why oh why? It's smtp over TLS/SSL or smtps. I have had so many people working for me with different ISPs, you are the ONLY one thinking port 465 is a bad idea! #computers #security

@Telstra Person has Laptop, can connect to port 465 on OUR mail server via SMTPS (sending) when NOT at home (any WIFI) At home connected to Telstra WIFI connection to our mail server fails (can't send) Using tcpdump packets never arrive MEANING they are killed traversing telstra network!
