    @Telstra another day goes by and still not resolved......June 26 and no NBN. Entirely Telstra problem when by mistake they put “restrictions “ on the account but it takes forever to lift them. BTW was in credit when restrictions where wrongly imposed

    @Telstra on going saga since May 9. @Telstra said to lodge complaint. Done. Good news @Telstra will be back in touch in 5 days time WTF!! I have made 18 calls, on 5 occasions had confirmation you guys stuffed my account but you had “fixed it” and still since May 9 not fixed

    Gets better 19 calls later an hour after being promised for the 4th time to fix disconnected. No return call. Activated email return call an hour ago no return call. Should have a unit of MBA on @telstra called “how to lose customers “

    @telstra credit management is a misnomer- deserve no credit and certainly can’t manage Invent debt when in credit- restrict services 27 June but still can’t lift the restrictions even though they acknowledge they made a mistake and should never had restrictions and was in credit

    @Telstra are just plain hopeless. Have been trying since May to fix a Telstra “error”....up to call 46 and each time assured it is fixed. Even have emails saying fixed but still NBN speed 0.002!!! World class!!

    @albericie @Telstra24x7 They are both pretty bad. Optus are however more responsive when you complain. Telstra have an escalation system which looks good but I found it mostly window dressing. Sadly, we have a 3rd world system.

    @Telstra Yes because every time it rains water gets in the node and we lose service .. @Telstra know about it and so does @NBN_Australia and no one fixes it .. no wonder you both have so many complaints

    So @Telstra is it common practice to not listen to your customers, I’m trying to find ways of reducing my bill and customer service just kept pushing to sell to me a mobile plan. #notimpressed

    @Telstra Ethan, I didn’t get into contact with your nbn team. But I’ve done a complete reset and working fine. I used to have no issues with my Telstra nbn/phone line modem in bridge mode and wifi off as use my netgear nighthawk. Looks like using Telstra modem in bridge causing issues.

    Fix your service @Telstra so quick to charge your customers $15 late fees but can’t even supply a solid nbn and telephone service. Still no internet or phone after 4 days of on and off service. Will I get my $15 late fee back....doubt it!

    @Telstra Have been through the usual processes; multiple resets. Signal drop outs are the issue, not the hardware. The modem can’t hold a continuous NBN signal.

    @Telstra Outage page says problem in area to be fixed now within 11 hours . That will make it 2 days without a connection . Having to use 4g to keep my family connected will prove costly ! Perhaps you could help in the next bill seeing I’m paying for something I’m not getting !

    @Telstra I have been told after each call I will receive a call back link and only relieved one from my first call on the 5/10. Told again last night I will receive one and tech support repeated the correct number back to me.

    @Telstra I don't need to retrieve my login info, I can login to the telstra 24/7 via the app as well as log in via website/laptop. It just throws an error whenever I try add the $5 addon for one number
