    @Happylittleveg @teeser @WildeGio @GeorgeBludger Foxtel now is there streaming service. I received it free on my telstra contract. Great to watch CNN. Oh and watch the first 7 seasons of Game of thrones free. So yes it is also a streaming service

    @Telstra out at lunch and get iMessages 15 mins after they were sent to me because full signal but no data. This really is pathetic and disabling 4G is hardly a solution

    @Telstra This has been going on for months. Have to toggle airplane mode off and on to get a connection. Their ‘solution’ is to disable 4G and only use 3G 🤔

    @Telstra No, And I have restarted my router and computer multiple times. Friend in nearby suburb also mentioned bad connection at the same time I was having issues. Cbf to deal with tech support for useless solution when its a problem on your end. Had this talk before

    @ACurrentAffair9 Also #telcos telstra charged me for a #service, a land-line service for #twoyears , at a previous address, I notified them it was from 2012-2014 . Every month, but continue to bill me by email, as they did not have my residential address aa I told them

    Searching "telstra outage" or "telstra complaint" on twitter shows you the massive problems @Telstra are having and the number of people impacted. Resolution times are unacceptable and the lack of transparency is very poor. I'm now into week six of an outage in Dee Why. #fail

    @Telstra I continue getting non - update updates. My case manager calls once or twice a week to tell me he has no update. He's doing his best but he doesn't have the necessary info to provide me with a decent update. I'd at least expect a target fix date but he doesn't know.

    @Telstra My case manager calls me weekly but its the fact he cannot provide me a target resolution date that's the biggest problem and that's because there's a lack of updates from the technicians on the ground.

    I thought my stream having tons of lag issues recently was an issue with my net but nah it's just that Telstra downgraded everyone on 100/40 to 100/17 as "part of our continued push to simplify the number of plans we have available" What a joke. Changing to Aussie Broadband asap.

    TENS of thousands of people each day getting scam messages to collect a parcel or log into a voice message. Is our legal system so pathetic we cannot compel Telstra to reveal to police who runs these scams and send them to jail. Seems easy solution to me. #auspol

    @Telstra I Seriously doubt the level of fake commitments and promises. Order# I21021379446331 on 02/09/2021 Shipped on 17/09/2021 but not delivered. Reason - incorrct address from Telstra. Cases 19092897,19102101, Incident INC000097626692 raised to resolve. No result or refund

    @Telstra trying to get an answer for days on an outage in dulwich hill on the 4g network. It says rectified & every ticket I’ve raised has been closed w/out contact. no coverage in my suburb, walk up the street to next suburb & works. Please advise on fix date
