    @Telstra No NBN! I have been advised on several occasions by technicians that the problem is the signal from outside to the house is non existent!! This has been going on from the end of January still absolutely nothing done it appalling treatment of their customers

    Turns out it's not just our area getting stinking service from @Telstra since January with large swathes of NSW now without internet/phone services-Uralla, Armidale, Broken Hill affected & no plan to fix soon. @SffRoy on it but can anyone tell me what's going on with #Telstra?

    @Juanita_Phillip we use Telstra - $90/month land line and unlimited nbn. Very few if any issues (we keep land Lind for emergencies) know what we’re paying each month - all easily tracked through app

    @Telstra Hopeless. I want assistance with my landline - it's still out. There is no mobile service here and the disaster relief application only applies to mobiles. We rely on landlines because the wifi calling is impossible to use. I pay my mobile bill because it's available 1/2

    @ShortyWest2 @Optus Optus are tighter than a fish's butt hole~ they promised me heaps of credits they owe me for in the 22 years I was with them,,never saw a cant,,glad I changed to Telstra!

    @Telstra Credits on home + mobile phones - home now been out for three weeks; Stranded for two weeks so no access to mobile (can't get out). Again Telstra's service is impenetrable; it seems you social media people are more proactive than any amount of web presence.
