Realistically, Trembath should finish 3rd in the Telstra Rising Star after Jagga and Dean, even just for consistency's sake. Wilma Durrsma's last 6 weeks has been utter garbage #AFLNorthCats

@Telstra I have requested cancellation of a service on four separate occasions, yet continue to be charged multiple times. This morning your chat team again asked whether I wish to cancel it. Please confirm the cancellation under reference 130242508 and address my complaint 136862308 at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

@MsMountebank Time to decimate overly generous executive pay. Again with #Origin, #Telstra, a known 'cheap' fix, with the impacts borne by customers. If they can't do their jobs don't pay them. Prices for both sectors ratcheted up regularly, even now during a cost of living crisis #auspol

@JakeBeer11 @ClareONeilMP Not only building industry. Indians bought all big pharmacy from Chinese. Telstra franchises and so on. Whenever you go there are Indians. Some of them very rude.

@ABloke23180 Lol ... i vaguely remember that too, a reform of all reforms to shift to a consumption based system of taxation. wasn't the sale of CBA, QAN, Medibank, Telstra supposed to pay down our national debt?

@DHughesy You clearly don’t realize the Future Fund was: 1) primarily seeded by the sale of Telstra 2) Set up to fund existing government liabilities I’ll dumb it down for you. The Howard government sold our assets to fund existing liabilities. Embarrassed for you (again)

@ImJulianAssange This is interesting. He's going toe to toe with Telstra in Australia over regional dead zones , for mobile phone subscribers. They have had a monopoly way too long on infrastructure leasing. That has largely been payed for with taxpayer subsidies and credit guarantees. Canada would be similar. They said they support "deregulation" right ? is that only for the international "bond, banking, equities" currency skimming goons and their European aristocracy "stakeholders'? " LOL cause I know Trev and Deb in Penrith won't see a cent in benefit. Maybe cheaper street fentanyl...for the "Asian importers"

@7NewsSydney Great now she'll offshore even more Telstra workers under the guise of AI adoption so she can recoup some money for herself. Worst Telstra CEO ever..

@optus_help They have my number and details but the connectivity issues are ongoing and horrendous right now. Connected for short periods and not atleast 20 drop outs today alone. It's annoying. I dont want compensation AGAIN i just want the service I'm paying for. I think that's fair. It’s annoying we were without service for 7 days of total blackout to upgrade the tower and a month or so later massive issues. It's not good enough. Having said that annoyed as i am i will still remain a loyal customer because overall i have found you are by far better than Telstra!

"Asia Pacific went from world first to regional wave in 18 months" In December 2024, One NZ’s Satellite TXT debuted as the region’s first Starlink D2D service, available at no cost to eligible customers. It spans approximately 40% of New Zealand’s total landmass, where terrestrial coverage is unavailable, as well as roughly 20 km offshore. KDDI followed in April 2025 with au Starlink Direct, Japan’s first D2D service, then added app data in August 2025, support for a limited set of bandwidth-light apps beyond texting, and the first D2D data service anywhere. Telstra launched Australia’s first satellite texting product in early June 2025. One NZ added app data, including WhatsApp voice calls, in February 2026. SoftBank and docomo launched in April 2026, making Japan the only market where three operators run live Starlink services. Globe became the latest in the sequence in June 2026 with the Philippines’ first commercial satellite-to-mobile permit from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).
