  • MegOnWheels Megan Woods 🇦🇺 (@MegOnWheels) reported

@Telstra why in 2022 do I have to ring someone up to cancel services I no longer need? That don't have any contracts associated with them?

  • dobes Chris Dobespierre (@dobes) reported

@iiTalW @stilgherrian rate, review, and pay for this, the telstra sucks podcast. hhmmm, might be something there

  • gav_mck Gavin McKenzie (@gav_mck) reported

@Telstra Yes, fully eligible, enough points etc etc, just the website has crashed, it literally said try again later, so again, bad customer experience, my points earned, rewards should be easy

  • GregChinery Ol’ Chinsy 🇺🇦💉💉🐀🔥💧🍷 🏃‍♂️ (@GregChinery) reported

@PhilipJohnBrow2 @davidserrasan Hi @gorgeousdunny1 maybe you’ve got the same problem we had? The lines had somehow been crossed out in the street. So even though Telstra thought they could see that we were connected, they were looking at the connection of the ppl whose line we were crossed with. 2/

  • RoadknightThe TheRoadknight (@RoadknightThe) reported

@Telstra No. I am going to go one of your shopfronts to complain, since I can't stand the phone process. I have mobility problems, so I have to wait until I feel able enough to go, which could be days or a week or more.

  • JamesP389 James P (@JamesP389) reported

@Telstra @andy_penn We have tried to send an email to Mr. Andy but not successful. We are so helpless on this issue.

  • ianpicone Ian Picone (@ianpicone) reported

@Telstra Thanks Tanasha. A service tech is coming from Bendigo tomorrow so I think it’s under control. The online chat service is seriously broken however & I would recommend @telstra customers avoid it like, well, the Plague. I’m settled down now & don’t wish to raise BP by sharing.

  • gav_mck Gavin McKenzie (@gav_mck) reported

Typical of @Telstra they send you a Telstra Plus Rewards Store Hot Offers, then make it awfully difficult to register, sign in, then you select the product, go thru transactions, lo and behold, website crashes at the last page, trying to claim the reward #custexpfail

  • Australianspin Seb Pearce (@Australianspin) reported

@amethyst_JOJO @Telstra That’s because Telstra owns all of the infrastructure. When there is an issue they only fix the Telstra stuff quickly in order to help destroy the other companies image. These other companies pay Telstra for the infrastructure but are getting screwed by them.
