@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@Telstra trying to communicate w #Telstra re. issue with my business NBN WiFi connection. Apprently we can now only text message our issues. No longer able to speak to someone on the phone! Been texting w someone since YESTERDAY & still waiting for answers! Beyond #ridiculous.

@Telstra I'd love too I've been on web chat as your phone service isn't working...6 hours last night with 4 agents who requested identification and disappeared.I'm currently on 3hours waiting now on web chat I've been told to wait another 1 or 2 hours more

Staff from our marketing office come out to train a couple growers on the new cloud based QA & Traceability program. Good old @Telstra internet and phone service east of Chinchilla has gone down the toilet again.
