    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @Telstra Yes. Twice. Once in January, and again last week. I got billed in error on both ocassions (once for a tech visit, the other for a Smart Modem I never asked for). Alas, the problem remains.

    @Telstra Called cancellations and they panicked and connected me to a real person who after 2 months of trying has resolved the issue. The bil error was because some Numpty had tried to charge me another month in advance on an account I have held for over 12 months.

    Anyone else having big issues with their Woolworths/Aldi/Telstra mobile network lately? I've not had reliable internet for over a week now. Works in the evenings sometimes but never during the day. Not happy.

    @Telstra I’ve been waiting SIX months for my NBN to be connected.....still no solution despite close to 50 calls and FOUR appointments where your engineers failed to show... what do I have to do as an existing customer? Mind you... I am getting billed!

    @HibiscusHoney17 i sent a message to telstra through the app to cancel my internet but being so late i can't ring to confirm all this yet...
