@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@Telstra being serious here. #Westfields Miranda has always had a great or non existent #Telstra signal. Cell coverage is spotty to say the least. Did no one think to work with the centre to fix this over lockdown. #servicensw check in is a massive problem for some parts. Fix it!

they had me connected and ready to go in a few hrs. i didnt spend a min on the ph to do it. their tech ppl actually help you with tech issues unlike @Telstra who tell u to call a local tech. to be free of the living hell that is telstra is life changing!

I waited all morning for the Telstra technician who never showed up. No call, no nothing and when calling @Telstra to check the guy in India just hung up

@Telstra No Ryan , the guy I spoke to at your call centre was vague about the problem. Just said it was noted as an outage at around 2pm Friday and I have no ideas how he determined a date of Oct 26th . Quite disturbing . Is it because we have Telstra Velocity, is that an issue ?
