@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@Telstra Any update on this? Telstra store techs also said a number of customers had reported the same.Come on guys, really does it take this long to resolve when all the other providers are able to support series 6 and a multitude of Apple phones without issues?

@Gazza42195 Been out since around 8am. Telstra went about half hour after the power went off. The Telstra problem seems to be the tower we have. Not sure what the power problem is. Was surprised the landlines went down too.

@Telstra Crazy idea... Can somebody at Telstra IT not simply log in as me and try to visit the reward store to replicate the problem... rather than a regular customer try to explain a complex technical issue?

Good to see @telstra running a nice little scam. You can get $50 a month for 12 months off their XL data bundle but due to a “technical” issue you may be charged full price for the first two months. If it happens in month 3, they’ll look into it. You won’t be credited for first 2
