@Telstra OK Shannon. Numerous phone calls and multiple incident reports. Nothing done. Two separate attempts to transition to NBN, neither of which gone anywhere. I have been told to contact Sales for a THIRD time to start a THIRD attempt to transition. So what help?

Stop trying to make excuses for your system Telstra! It demands that I go and find my phone, locate a code to login on my desktop to access my emails via webmail, and now has locked me out of my emails entirely because it says I have logged in too many times to my webmail! FIXIT!

NEED IT HELP. Have telstra smart modem, want to run it on bridge mode to keep VoIP but run a TP-Link Router off the smart modem. cannot figure out what ips need to be set to what, best ive done is had them connected and made my pc a static ip and it then worked. but wifi didnt.
