    @Telstra Initially it was apparently an authentication problem within your network, but now I'm told our account is "pending" and there's a "transition required".

    @burlycustomer @kizza575 @Telstra Burly do you have the telstra app so u will find it if they have already lodged a complaint there should be a case number in the telstra app and click get help it will show up if they have already done that

    can get somebody else like a neighbour to go to her house and ring Telstra with her. I’ve always kept Mum with @telstra because that’s who she’s used to but as soon as possible we’re changing, always the worst customer experience, completely shameful.

    @Telstra Now my mobile data is back online & it’s my only internet I’m just asking if you can check the network in Vic.. I had no access b4 for 12 min & was no reception showing & unable to connect to server. B4 that it has been excellent.
