@braskic @Telstra Agree - online chat support is a binfire that needs a frying pan to the side of the head. The non-upfront plans can still be purchased, just not online, lord knows why. MPP - Referring to handset repayment plans? They now offer 36mths.

@twcau @Telstra Some of my issues in no particular order: upfront replacing postpaid (even though it’s prepaid?), 24 month as a maximum MPP, online chat isn’t an actual tool rather general information only.

Crap @Telstra app AGAIN! Can’t download a PDF bill before paying. They always sent me a bill. Not now - “something went wrong” I’ll say it did! Let’s see if @Telstra gets off their derrières.

@smilingCatassin @newscomauHQ Didn't say Govt were smart & it's not my flaw...but considering the Govt, Telstra & other businesses are already touting Digital ID & Biometric Data centrally located in a Govt database as the solution...

@neilw101 @redruby17 @Optus Just stay away from Telstra. I thought Optus were bad until I changed a couple of months ago. Was forced to make my first complaint to an Ombudsman about Telstra.
