@Telstra more than 3hrs ago I was told it would be fixed within 2hrs. Only now after I followed up with a status update am I being asked for technical info which I have no idea about. I would have thought Telstra, who charges a premium for their service, would have the answers!

@Telstra Is there an outage with 3G around 4172? Haven't been able to call for over a day now. 4G still working but my phone doesn't have VoLTE. My work phone does and is working fine but if I drop it to 3G it stops working too. (Have restarted etc, SMS/data is fine, just calls)
