    @Telstra I went into the store 2 weeks ago with the devices, the team there said they couldn’t help and put in a complaint for me and said someone would call me back. No call since then. I finally called a few days ago and was told a Telstra Plus representative would contact me.

    @NBN_Australia Amy, thank you. But the problem is, it's Friday Peak, & @telstra can only provide a service from your NBN infrastructure. Yes all Telcos in Australia are terrible because what you have given them is terrible. This is the NBNs fault. Antiquated infrastructure from you.

    IPrimus dodo Telstra and Optus worked together to fake a fault on my phone so a technician was called to fix it. Then they got Dun and Bradstreet to hassle me to collect a payment

    For years being a @telstra customer I've been able to watch footy AFL free on my mobile (small screen is **** but still ok) Now you want me to pay $5/mth with kayo. Bloody pissed orf! I can watch the womens footy for free on my phone.
