  • Natski82 ✨ Miss Natski ✨ (@Natski82) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Jane_L_Kennedy @Telstra I should also point out that the @CommBank weren't much help either, as they never called him to say some random person was trying to take $19,000 out of his account and never bothered to refund the money for their negligence

  • melsybegg Melissa Begg (@melsybegg) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@ShudderANZ are there any plans for your service to be available on Telstra TV? I'm subscribed already but that would have me watching Shudder so much more often!

  • taniadalts Tania (@taniadalts) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra how does a pensioner go about applying for a concession on their plan? Can’t believe that my Dad has been a customer with you for years and didn’t know he was eligible for a concession. Shame on you

  • GlennHampson Glenn Hampson (@GlennHampson) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

  • ClareAliceMurph Clare Murphy (@ClareAliceMurph) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@erinwatsonlynn @MrTimCallanan @Telstra Right?! Funnily enough, that info didn’t help explain why they disconnected the service or couldn’t reconnect it.

  • Natski82 ✨ Miss Natski ✨ (@Natski82) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Jane_L_Kennedy @Telstra And of course he believed it, afterall, the people at telstra told him the NBN called. 6 hours they kept him on the phone and ended up costing my dad $19,000. Absolutely ridiculous and when he called telstra, they didn't give a ****. Switched to optus. Safer /3

  • dgmonty16 Dale Monteith (@dgmonty16) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Thanks Reggie it happened late October and I spent quite a while trying to seek assistance by messaging system. I kept getting referred to someone else and the new messaging would start by asking what the problem was after speaking to someone r previously. I ended up resolving.

  • Stanleysmum1 Stanleysmum (Sharon) (@Stanleysmum1) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@DianeJamesAM @Telstra I hear you Diane, I’m now with other providers after a lifetime of loyalty (both as an employee & customer) due to the appalling service which has resulted in no less that 3 escalations to the office of the CEO @andy_penn

  • dgmonty16 Dale Monteith (@dgmonty16) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Thanks Reggie its been a couple of times and it’s difficult to convey gravity of problem by messaging. More recently it related to a scam and I had to ask that I not be handed to someone else as it was in their area…meant having to retype the message. Speaking to someone better

  • ppossej Michael Jessopp (@ppossej) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Huh. 13 years on Twitter. I only joined up to test a Telstra Mobile service that joined your social networks together ... and you could tweet by sending SMS to a Telstra Mobile short code. Crazy days.

  • dgmonty16 Dale Monteith (@dgmonty16) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@debbie_prest Try talking to any one in person at Telstra. All by messaging system and go round and round where you are referred to someone else and you have to repeat why you need help. Talk about backward step and shocking customer service

@glenpen60 The Indian scammers take a few seconds to pick up, and there's a short beep just before they do. If they say "hi, this is Robert/Mary etc from Telstra/NBN. I just say 'tell me your real name and I'll talk to you'. They insist that their anglo name is their real name. I hang up.

  • DuragVAL Durag (@DuragVAL) reported

@Telstra ur internet is trash like why doesn't my NBN fttp work the ethernet literally won't connect such horrible providers you pay for something to be installed and it doesn't even work...

  • norrgard Vern Norrgard (@norrgard) reported

@_damien_white_ @Super2Series You need a separate entity running the site to remove red tape approvals to achieve agility like the other outlets. We had that with Telstra owning it. Supercars hated it and I was forever in arguments over the “conflicting content” that made the sport look bad.
