@Telstra Sorry, my phone doesn't have caller id, & I'm not a telstra customer (one reason I always question calls from "telstra" (calls are never from telstra......). I've had these calls many times before (usually middle of the day) - this kind always ask if I'm getting nuisance calls.

@ShirleyYooggest @noplaceforsheep I agree with you; my son talked me into changing over to Telstra; woeful customer service at Noosa Civic (given a number and told to wait for an 90 minutes) not enough staff to service customers seeking help 🥹😢😭

@ItsErikabYo For example, in Canberra and Newcastle, I know houses and shopping areas where the reception is so poor for Optus and Telstra, 4G is completely unusable for WFH and video calls.

FYI guys, if you have @Telstra internet you might be having issues connecting to the new site. Something wrong on the Telstra end….. This updating site stuff just gets more frustrating

@TenXTrader @tonytardio If a company wants to do that, it’s bound to happen whether people WFH or in offices. Telstra recently brought their customer service back onshore though, so they are one large company seeing value to locally based employees.

@Telstra Ah, that’s an issue. If I forward the prepay to a service that does have roaming, will that work? Going overseas in a couple of weeks & the prepay I have may get calls I need to answer.
