    @AmyCreighton123 Telstra is absolutely ******* horrible with customer service, they screwed me around for almost a year with my broken hotspot and gave me the tiniest refund

    @Telstra Thanks Shaz, unfortunately it’s been like this in this pocket of Rye for many years, so the troubleshooter won’t help I’m afraid. I have only recently returned to Telstra after a few years with another carrier and have just realised it’s still bad here, which is disappointing.

    @discoball2000 I’m with Woolworths (they use Telstra). Works fine and I get 10% off a shop each month, so costs me nothing. Coverage is an issue being in Tassie and family in rural eastern seaboard, and it’s performed as well/badly as any

    @Telstra Yesterday there was an issue with the network in the area, has that issue been resolved? I've not been through that till, but have done everything within my power to address the issue.
