This is my life.... Call tesltra after 45 mins get timed out, call telstra after 37 mins call gets cut off mid conversation, call Telstra straight back...."Sorry we're having technical difficulties" WTF 2020!! My Internet is never getting fixed 😭😭😭😭

@Telstra I recall reading somewhere that the reason for the **** positioning is due to the location of existing conduits - the new pits are bigger than the old design, so when installed centrally on the conduit they impinge on the footpath. But surely there is a better solution?

@Telstra @schlip I presume Telstra just sends MS whatever email address you signed up with to link to Xbox, sonic those emails don't match that could be an issue

@Telstra Even thw hold music is rubbish, cracking and faint. Half the time I dont even knowing call still going. I challenge @andy_penn to try to get assistance to see how bad the company he leads actualy is for customers
