    Hi @NBN_Australia I'm told by Telstra that my order was cancelled for our move on 1 September because I didn't want to pay for new hardware at the site where there are already NBN services. I'm checking if that's the process as I need Internet daily and the delay is bad for us.

    @jriewolod @Telstra Hope yr aged care provider offers single room with modern facilities, fully staffed, caring, honest and skilled people, good food and perhaps real personalised care. Alas me thinks age care providers and telstra have too much in common namely the financial rip off for “service”.

  • DanSims Dan Sims (@DanSims) reported

    Serious question. These Craig Kelly ‘authorized’ spam SMSs … How does one report them and who too? No opt out plus HOW ******** does that piece of **** have my number? Is it @telstra?

  • DavidJM55 DaveMan (@DavidJM55) reported

    @jriewolod @Telstra This is the same Telstra that kept charging us for the ADSL2 service that didn’t exist after NBN was connected. When we told them, they shut down our business account, instead of the residential one.

  • Aussie_BB Aussie Broadband (@Aussie_BB) reported

    @ashavedwookiee Sorry to hear you lost an aspect of the service you relied on, unfortunately cannot keep offering the same as our agreement with Telstra has ended, but the plans flagged IDD have $50 included international credit. Please call us with other concerns about the switch -Meg

    @jriewolod @Telstra Awful, robbery

  • AidenHowlett Aiden Howlett (@AidenHowlett) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @lisa_curz3 @jriewolod @Telstra Worst case scenario if no one picks up the phone and cancels your service then I'd view that as an unauthorised charge and you could dispute it with your bank.

  • accordingto_em Emma Mulquiney (@accordingto_em) reported

    @jriewolod @Telstra Every time I see things like this it reinforces my decision to ditch @Telstra. I genuinely don’t understand how their horrific customer service and careless attitude is just…tolerated.

    @BettyBo24994936 @jriewolod @Telstra my mum hid her failing managing . She was being hit on by 47 different charities, some big names too. It took me three days of phone calls to get it all shut down and her off the swap lists the data minefrs used and she had NEVER been online or email all by phone & CC. #scam

    I can't even stream #YouTube at 240p. #telstra pick up your game. We are paying $200 per month for this service.
