@Telstra 2-3 months ago. Issue not resolved (hotspot device for remote area + expensive plan). What irks is when your Telstra Shops steadfastly assure “no worries”, but the reality differs. As Tory mentioned, you can’t talk to anyone (in English). Bring your call centres home!

Spoke to two different @Telstra employees this arvo. Both young men, in two different States. All I wanted to do was upgrade my mobile handset. One was rude, insulting, offensive, entitled and hung up on me. The other was an absolute delight. Polite, knowledgeable & helpful.

@Telstra the worst bit is they've scammed the workers working on the phone, who are using the stolen database information. I just hope people are not vulnerable enough to fall for this
