    @telstrahealth @telstra mum’s ‘emergency’ landline, as she’s on some Special Emergency phone package with you due to her age-isn’t working again. This happened on Christmas Day and another two occasions since. WTF?

    @Telstra I tried online chat but I got told the same thing as my case manager. Wait till we get you a replacement. Then went instore (Thursday) and they said theyd follow it up and email/call me the following day. Still waiting to hear something. Top notch customer support so far.

    Thought Telstra had cut my service for 48 hours but turns out I had my mobile data turned off. Yeh good.

    ... that it's up to the customer to achieve a result from Telstra. (no mean feat). Internet that has been so much more critical in the last 2 years.

    @Telstra We need the internet to work and for our kids. We live in a very regional area and rely on it. I'm extremely disappointed that Telstra would leave customers without internet for 3 weeks with zero explanation as to why or what the issue actually is.

    @BeauGiles We got nest wifi for the In-laws after testing it ourselves. They have problems when their devices switch back to their Telstra router wifi so remember to disable that so they only use the nest wifi. They have no phone signal so they use wifi calling too

    After my recent visit to @Telstra shop Adelaide, I strongly disagree with their ad "locals helping locals"... it was more like "there's no way I'm going help you"

    @Telstra I paid for internet but restricting internet to because of mobile bill obviously your legendary double billing & bad service has served you well until you pissed me off now it's time for @acccgovau to be bought in to deal with you criminal sneak thievery, big mistake!!
