@hirschirsch @Telstra Down the rabbit hole you go👋

  • Northcoteer Darren Lewin-Hill (@Northcoteer) reported

@Telstra It’s a couple of services, totally separate. It was a bit spotty this morning, but got much worse over the last few hours. Getting one bar and ‘SOS only’. Local tower issue? Southern end of Northcote, near intersection of High and Westgarth streets.

  • Northcoteer Darren Lewin-Hill (@Northcoteer) reported

@Telstra Suggestion to move to use another tower, but that’s not practical during #VicLockdown, is it? Staff were friendly and helpful, but not really the time for Telstra to be creating reception difficulties for people who depend on their mobile service for work. Fixed soon, I hope.

  • PaveJusup Pave Jusup (@PaveJusup) reported

@Telstra Problems have returned. Back on a mobile connection and Telstra is asking me to troubleshoot. It's becoming a joke.

  • KristyMayr7 Kristy Mayr (@KristyMayr7) reported

Mind blowing how terrible @Telstra service is for a telco company. Hubby is trying to change our internet plan & HOURS of live chat have proven useless (are they robots?), the website crashes, app won’t allow it, call centre closed & shops (despite web saying open) - yep CLOSED!

  • damana Mana (@damana) reported

Told the @Telstra CS guy that I should cancel my service and go with someone else and he said "That is up to you" in a "Don't let the door hit your arse on the way out" kinda way. Service is so lacking.

  • LanceEerhard Lance Eerhard (@LanceEerhard) reported

I have openly criticised @Optus on their poor customer offering but today I decided that all Telco in Australia is a joke. The consumer is at ransom. My partner wants to txt the @sunriseon7 cash cow competition but @Telstra charge $20 a month for access to send premium SMS.

  • JVanderhamByrne Jake (@JVanderhamByrne) reported

@Telstra Hey Telstra, inlay $90 per month for internet that barely works. Have had no internet for a few days and tried the Gold member chat service. Was asked my account number than ignored for 2 hours. 👎

  • Samillsweneedt1 💧Anti Fa, Pro Ga...ia 🐝🦇🐋🐬🐉 (@Samillsweneedt1) reported

@JHH__ I haven’t had control over this device from a local Telstra franchise since I got it. At first, naively, I sought help. Hah. The runaround.

  • BarryJustice6 Barry Justice (@BarryJustice6) reported

@Melbchief "fleeting transmission" sounds as airy-fairy as "creeping assumption" Telstra Shops & Display Homes are full of "touch points" (demo phones & gadgets, cupboard doors & drawers, etc). Doubt these are wiped down after every visitor Shame on Vic Govt for instilling such fear!
