    @AdamFowler_IT Similar conversation with cold callers and scammers when I worked for a Telstra dealer. These days it’s from some mob representing the biggest NFP’s in the country. Funny when I now work for such a NFP and have never herd of them

    @Telstra More frequent bushfires and floods mean more power outages, and increasing danger for people in regional, rural and remote areas. Have raised this many times. The government and Telstra are not listening. We need better emergency services, not a reduction in services.

    @tazwake In Australia, at least, SIM swapping seems to be less of an issue, as no one wants to call Telstra to try and make account changes, whether they're a customer or a scammer.

    @Telstra have veena trying to set up direct debit for past 3 months. Worst customer service ever. They just say set it up online, tried it doesn't work. And they send reminders with late fees. Money making ideas

    @Telstra @ShirleyYooggest Whats to investigate? Your call centre service was so traumatic that even now, 4 years later, my wife and I use that experience as a a comparison to hair pulling situations. Overseas call centres with ill trained workers who gave conflicting and wrong information. No thanks!
