    I signed up to @Telstra ADSL. A month later—no modem had arrived. I hassled them again, got someone who got the thing done. Got my modem 29 March. 31 March I got a bill for $80. Not bad, 2 days service, $80!

    Today @Telstra cut my service. So I had the service 29/3–24/4—three weeks for which @Telstra billed me $145 (a $15 discount appeared ???) I would have paid the $80 in 2 days time, and each month after that. @Telstra you ****** up and overbilled me!

    @GeoffHutchison @Telstra @abcperth There is a reason Telstra shares were 8$ 25 years ago and they are now 4$ . Terrible business with horrible customer service . No excuse to be rude though
