@thespecialbka I block any ad with moving or flashing images. The rest I just scroll on by. I’ve abused Telstra through one of their ads and got service as a result that I’d been trying to get by phone for hours!

@GaryHay20023561 @MinhKular Old dinosaur.The new Generation of ppl wouldn’t know who this bloke was .Sent our ADF to Iraq on a lie . Then refused to help out wounded soldiers who came back . Under Howard interest rates were 17percent . Sold Telstra to get a surplus and wasted it on everything .

@Telstra Hi Dan, it has come back to say outages in QLD and NSW due to the flooding but the internet worked all during the floods here so I’m not sure why it’s suddenly not working now.

@Telstra Mate this is ancient history. The pit which had asbestos issues was replaced to allow the nbn to be finally connected but not before they tried to charge for a new pit. Using old ex Telstra infrastructure as part of nbn is causing ongoing headaches. Cheaper faster nbn my arse

Finale; eventually get through to spend the first 2/3rds of my 15 minute conversation with the Telstra representative declining their attempts to upsell the service I was trying to cancel and the services I currently have.
