    I'm an existing Telstra mobile customer, have been for decades, and I'm on their site and logged in with my Telstra Account. I say, "Keep My Existing Number". They want to verify that I can transfer my number that's already with Telstra to Telstra. 2/7

    Oi @Telstra - hubby’s trying to preorder, gets to login step and it tells him he’s not authorised on his own account…to upgrade his own mobile (both his services are still showing up in his account)

    Not only have I been with @Telstra over a number of years, never had an issue with getting a new phone, and now I’m asked to pay $1000 upfront because I can’t be trusted to pay the exact same amount I’ve been paying to you for the past 2 years???

    I cancelled my Telstra internet service after nearly 20 years earlier this year because of how bad the service was. I never thought I'd have to switch on the mobile side too. I'm literally shocked. But here we are. There's no value to being a long-term Telstra customer. 7/7
