    @CorbinSchuster @Telstra Turn off 4g for calls. Made a huge difference here two years ago. Could actually hold a call after that. God help us when they switch it off

    @telstra i am trying to pay my bill. I need to speak to an actual live person on the phone. I’ve made so many attempts to do this and now my bill is overdue. “Messaging” is not working for me.

    @Telstra I’m a ‘gold member’ and have been on the gold support sms for nearly 24 hours, no resolution, repeated my one issue at least 6 times and have asked for a complaint to be lodged five times - where’s the customer focus or at least listening to what a customer is requesting

    @bigstiffwood Tpg has never steered me wrong the times I’ve been with them. Only ones I’d probs steer clear of is Telstra/Optus.

    @Peter217945 Other providers are worse up there. That is why I stay Telstra. Regional no other option. Good or bad

    @Telstra Hi Tori. I had an iPhone six which I ran over about a month ago which worked fine with 4g switched off for calls. Wouldn’t hold a call with 4g switched on over most of our properties even showing bars of signal. Now have a 12 and can’t change settings to call on 3G only.

    @Telstra if business’ can’t be covid compliant because there’s no service or wifi connection because of you is that a problem? Because that’s what’s happening at my work. I work in a shopping centre for further context.
