@telstra - NBN drama: I was meant to receive a smart modem via Star Track to install ASAP. I received a package yesterday that only contained a cable to connect the the NBN adaptor box to the smart modem and instructions. Instructions are useless without hardware. Help!

@RonniSalt @Telstra I gave Telstra two chances of resolving my issue with my internet, which I chad to do by messaging in the app and when I couldn’t get a response I lodged a complaint with the ombudsman and my issue was resolved within a couple of days !

Hey @Telstra do you have anything to say about the fact your "customer service" agents are actually just trained to blatantly lie to, stall and gaslight customers so they give up on resolving their problems?
