Robspierre (@RobspierreOz) reportedHey there @Telstra your interface is crap. I have been trying to contact you for 2 days. Am currently on hold. I suspect that I will be served better by another service. I pay $200/month. Not for much longer.

Allan (@AG82339555) reported@nicksplitter I dont have your answer but my pc man knew what it was straight away. It is a Telstra modem issue. He put one "thingy" in a power point beside the PC another in a power point near the modem. Works brilliantly and has done now for 2 years after 3 years of issues.

Charles Baker (@Charlesab40) reported@Telstra we've just bought a house that has a current Telstra service, and we're having problems signing up because of the existing service at our new address. Is it possible to set an account up ahead of time, or do we have to wait on the ex-owners disconnecting?
-
David Walker (@walkerwashere) reported@Telstra Hey Telstra I still haven't got my email about my Kayo subscription. Can you help?
-
Doc (@DoccyDarko) reported@Telstra Thanks, I honestly appreciate that you have that service, I'm more concerned about getting ahead of it so customers don't get the calls in the first place.
-
Eleanor AbernathyⓋ (@Bron1954) reportedAnother scam going around. Somebody calls claiming to be from Telstra to alert you that your IP address has been changed from private to public. They try to get you to download an app to 'fix' it. Don't fall for it, any doubts call your ISP.
-
Barbara Cassidy (@barbpar) reported@Westpac No. I spoke to a member of your fraud team today. That is your take on the issue. If Telstra submits an authorisation for a 3rd party, you just accept it because it's Telstra.
-
mongo (@mongombo) reported@Telstra Did the restart, and it improved speed, but that's more of a coincidence, and it will go up and down. I really think I live in a blind spot to the tower which is less than 2 km away.

PolAg 🇳🇱 (GO/FY) 👨🍳 (@PolAg19746971) reported@elon dude, why is Twitter so slow over Starlink in Australia? You literally own both. If I switch to Telstra 4/5G it works fine…
-
Philf (@PhilfyBondi) reported@HaiYena @Telstra Like their NBN service, like their phone service like their overall lack of any service whatsoever. It seems many others are waking up to this bowlarks
