@Telstra If you can get a manager to actually call us back and rectify the issue rather than sending bills for a service we are not receiving then great. But I doubt you can. We always get told 2-5 business days and then no one calls. It's truly abysmal customer service.

@Telstra Yes the hold music over and over, and the Telstra message "experiencing higher than usual volume of calls" in between. I'm not overly surprised tbh - we have been battling with Telstra customer service for weeks now.

@sunriseon7 @Westpac It shouldn’t just be Westpac, ALL Aussie businesses need to bring their call centres back from overseas. Unfortunately, customer service has declined below the gutter since OS call centres started. Telstra is the effing worst.
