    @Telstra It’s not about wait times, it’s the whole experience. You have to constantly sit on the message app, otherwise the issue is passed on to another support person. Then they do not read the conversation and you have to repeat everything. It can take a whole day to resolve something!

    @DarkViperAU @Telstra What they mean is that you didn't bought it from them. Classic bullshit method, it's not our problem but yours. A friend of mine had an issue with wi-fi calling, they blamed the phone after many tries they realized that it just needed to be turned on by them
