Dear @Telstra - trying to cancel a legacy ($10 a month) account, and can't get through to anyone via msgr, phone, and the promised amazing app gives me no option to simply cancel a service - any ideas?

"You have phone service in your area". I don't. "You do though". I get, it you're not going to do anything about this. Thanks, Telstra.

@Telstra wondering if any employees at Telstra has gone through the most inefficient chat process to solve a query for a customer. I am told you dont have the facility to talk. A phone company that is unable to talk to its customers is astonishing & ridiculous

Gee me @Telstra internet at the new place spends more time dropped out than actually working. So much so I’ve got a text from them pretty much each day I’ve had it hooked up saying there’s an issue. Kinda thankful I don’t get one every time it’s out or I’d get 100 a day easy.

Public service announcement for anyone in Australia: avoid @Telstra unless you have no other option. Far. Out. A week of just absolute time consuming chaos. Online orders went wonky somehow, took a week* to port my # onto their system, and it is impossible to track an order /1

@HalcyonDivide Fellow Aussie here! I tried Xcloud on my friend's phone with a Switch Pro Controller! Connection: 5GHZ NBN Telstra Speeds: 42 down 16-18 up Generally latency was pretty good, just expect slightly less than a traditional console. First person shooters are aren't recommended
