@Telstra The above is with 5G network

  • grumpymole grumpymole (@grumpymole) reported

@neilcybart I only have one thing that “needs” a wired connection: my cable TV box (Telstra TV) now refuses to reconnect in the mornings to the wifi access point. Wired no problem. And the access point is supplied by the same provider.

  • thallam08 Tom Hallam (@thallam08) reported

@Telstra This is on your website after you have already authenticated me. There is no need to ask the same set of questions as you would when creating and account and service when you are upgrading a service connected to an existing account. You already have those details.

  • Steverty Steve Doherty (@Steverty) reported

@Telstra I need to buy a data pack for my post paid mobile service. Can you please send me a link to facilitate this? It's not obvious on your website or app.

  • clearymartina5 Martina Cleary (@clearymartina5) reported

New house, new job, homeschooling, birthday. In 5 days we still have no internet. No one is responding @Telstra please help. #Disappointing

  • __tim_c tim (@__tim_c) reported

@Optus All done.... still poor quality network. Wife on telstra.... same phone... has great cover and speed. Troubleshooting once complete gives indication your network won't improve and any inconvenience in cover will be just that.

  • ausuanmi Uanmi (@ausuanmi) reported

@Telstra As I mentioned, many people complaining. I can connect. Speed is very very slow. Olympics unwatchable here @telstra. Any more excuses?

  • Woollyamorous Diana Rankine (@Woollyamorous) reported

@AirbnbHelp when you make telstra and Centrelink seem like they’re good at customer service and satisfaction, something is very very wrong

  • DavidJRichardss David Richards (@DavidJRichardss) reported

@7olympics @Telstra WTF is this coming up as a “promoted” ad/item on my feed 6 days after the event?

  • thallam08 Tom Hallam (@thallam08) reported

@Telstra Well your form asks for it. That is why I’m saying it is illogical / broken. I’m glad you agree. Please get it fixed.
