@scottbrennan13 @MattRob88518961 @Optus Yes, I’ve heard that before from others. I vowed I’d never use Telstra personally again (except for business as often in regional areas for work) for taking customers for granted but I might be adding these jokers to my very long list of businesses to avoid!

Hey @Telstra, Why, when I call your Help line to get some help using the My Telstra app, you try to send me to the My Telstra app that I can’t access, or put me on hold, offer to call me later, then call me back to tell me you can’t help? You do know what help means, right?
