Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • NrlBig Peanut of Prominence (@NrlBig) reported

@pythagoNRL @mitchd_90 It took Optus a decade to iron it out the scaling/quality issues. Telstra about the same. But what ******** would they know. And this technical limitation doesn't even touch on the seemingly relevant lack of experience in negotiating international sports broadcast rights.

  • BazzaRyder Bazza (@BazzaRyder) reported

@Telstra what's the deal with raising the price of NBN plans by $5 this month? You're already the most expensive option. It's not like you've added anything to the service recently.

  • dklaic Damir Klaic (@dklaic) reported

@Telstra Just adding from my dm’s Sean, I am way too familiar with the support process. This is a problem comprised of several incidents that keeps recurring since changes were made in my area in early August.

  • dklaic Damir Klaic (@dklaic) reported

@Telstra Until then I had virtually no interruptions to the service. What it also reveals is that the 4g back up does not work either.

40 minutes of trying to purchase a new service from @Telstra and I am finally speaking on the phone to someone who is making it an ever more difficult experience to sign up. Why won't you take my money?!

  • telesynth_hot Labor Corruption Commission (@telesynth_hot) reported

@Telstra There's no changes to the service. "Due to the increasing cost of providing internet services in Australia, we've had to update some of our prices." I just think the title should be more like "We had to make changes, please review your Internet plan"

So working out how I could be suffering from mobile MitM problems seems at least one of my devices may be out of frequency - changes in the area may have pushed it back to 3G. So it & maybe even my modem might connect to (illegal) mobile extenders. Telstra said none in area but,?

@MagdaSzubanski I don’t want to jinx it but I haven’t received one. Partner lots. He gets spam of all kinds, me none. I have an iPhone and with Telstra. He has Samsung Android and with Optus. Operating system and network dependent?
