@Telstra No! It will never be normal! I refuse to put up with this any longer. You are forcing me to change to gmail, I will have no choice if you do not listen now! How will it ever be easy for me to have to wait to charge my mobile phone to check my emails? I'M PAYING YOU FOR WEBMAIL!

@Telstra @ScottRhodie Ugh, this gives me PTSD. This is where I ditched Telstra too. I was trying to resolve an issue, going in circles on live chat - opened up another tab, got onto live chat with a competitor & had a new service set up while Telstra were still speaking in riddles like this.

@Telstra For the hundredth thousandth time, please REMOVE requirement to login to mobile phone every time we want to access our emails on BigPond webmail. Right now, I have to wait an hour for my phone to charge before I can check emails which are important! VERY Angry!!

Really worried about @Telstra #3G network shut down. I have a 5G phone but it spends more time on 3G than any other and I’m concerned I won’t get any service at all.

@Telstra Please give your customers the OPTION of different levels of protection for their private email account with Telstra Webmail. I am fine with a simple login with password. The necessity to login to my mobile phone AS WELL is OVERKILL and utterly ridiculous requirement!
