Telstra has become an absolute crap provider, once they had a CEO who always worked on the basis the customer was the most important aspect of the business, sadly no longer under the present bloke, he is a money man, that is obvious, crap service now.

@Telstra I have no complaint about Lisa, was grateful for her quick courteous reply, it seems I have marginally gone over my GB limit, so I went to increase it, hopeless bloody site, seriously not worth the effort, I will put up with bugger all service for two weeks, I have had Telstra.

@neilcybart I only have one thing that “needs” a wired connection: my cable TV box (Telstra TV) now refuses to reconnect in the mornings to the wifi access point. Wired no problem. And the access point is supplied by the same provider.

@Telstra This is on your website after you have already authenticated me. There is no need to ask the same set of questions as you would when creating and account and service when you are upgrading a service connected to an existing account. You already have those details.

@Telstra Rang them after the person on chat couldn't find the phone no, then was told it had 33.5 gigs left but has stopped working now as the app says its at 0 gigs left im so damn frustrated from it all, no one has been of any help today
