@Telstra calls from Telstra are extremely frustrating at the best of times. Just got a call via NZ! A person with strong Indian accent wanted to fix my internet speed by getting me to download Anydesk app, so they could access my device remotely. WTF! As if! Never gonna happen

@s_doanx Depends on service provider. You should be able to get 50/20 on FTTN. Ask around with Optus, Telstra, Mate or even Aussie broadband. They all use different methods of connections to your place.

@theTiser someone should be following Telstra up. This has left everyone in town stressed. Telstra denies there is a problem. Supposedly doing online learning next week for school is going to be tough......

@LucyPriceAus @Telstra I had my business through them, then they scammed me. So I shut down everything from Telstra and moved to Optus and Internode. Much better and cheaper.

@gomichild Same! Had great internet until we got NBN. Paying a fortune for Telstra premium as anything less was not working at all. Speed is now so inconsistent- might be super fast then 3mbps - drop outs, need to reboot box often, lots of calls to fix & never lasts. Thanks LNP for crap NBN
