    @peggymel2001 I recall in high school business studies class my teacher's argument was that privatisation would force businesses to run more efficiently. I used to think this was a sensible solution considering the poor service we'd get from Telstra, service is still bad. I know better now

    @Sandra_Sully @Telstra To use your Telstra App you need a user name, password & for security reasons they request a 6 number code by email or text you enter to get in. Telstra service hopeless where I live in Qld and I can't get either in the 5min they give you to enter the code so impossible to get in
