    @Telstra Hence, from 4 and 5, it’s not my phone, it’s the sim. Gone through 3 chat rooms, nine bot interactions and 12 human customer service reps over 5 hours Tweeted extensively with no joy in the vain hope @elonmusk chips in

  • PinkysMusing Pinky (@PinkysMusing) reported

    @Telstra My mobile backup has never worked, even though I am 1km from a tower, 3 diff modems tried. Running tests on it now, thanks.

  • unicorn_pinata narwhals_arent_real (@unicorn_pinata) reported

    @Telstra what’s the point in your app if it can’t locate your account once you have and the messaging system seemingly never works if wifi is down? Long wait times on phone with constant messages telling me to use an app that isn’t working!

    @Telstra Webmail is still ****.

  • fakewaz Warren (@fakewaz) reported

    @Telstra I'm having trouble getting emails from telstra mail. I can log in to webmail, but get the message "This request took longer and timed out." Is there a problem with the server, or is this an inbox full situation?

  • PinkysMusing Pinky (@PinkysMusing) reported

    From @Telstra: "We are giving your more mobile data whilst we repair your NBN!" Reality: "Our cheap modem antenna can barely get signal, you will be lucky to get dial-up speeds" I want a commission into Junk Backup Internet @acccgovau, for rural customers, a rip off and useless

  • Peter_NQ Poppy Pete (@Peter_NQ) reported

    @Telstra This does not address the problem I've highlighted. How is it possible for scammers to use valid Australian mobile numbers they've cloned? @MRowlandMP @abcnews

    @GazmanAus @WendyNorthey @RichardEGrant My brother still lives in Canberra, he told me that it closed last year due to Covid. Apparently Telstra is looking at refurbishing it but there's no firm plans at the moment. I went to the revolving restaurant once but I understand that closed down, I think in 2012 or 2013.

    @Telstra Inc. 21266921 no 4G back up, WIFI not working but Ethernet is. Telstra accept modem faulty. One Ethernet connection is not sufficient for everyone working here from home. Previously collected replacement modem from store. Can’t afford too wait another 4 business days. Thanks

    @YaThinkN Friendly local Telstra tech, remember when they were actually directly employed by Telstra, told me our exchange had two multiplexers. A good one and a bad one. If connection failed or was slow hang up and immediately redial to get the good one. It worked.
