    @Lac_Of_Adhesion seriously, every time TPG buy an ISP, the first thing to go is customer service. aussie bb customer service is why anytime you see someone ***** about telstra or tpg you'll see replies recommending them.

    @ChilchikMusic @Telstra Hey Sophie from @telstra if you just did a search here on Twitter for "Telstra esim" you will see that the issue is more widespread than "some requests" and oh yes no luck for me too yet this morning so no there was no resolution "around 7pm last night" as you claim

    @elronxenu @Lac_Of_Adhesion transferring the iinet adsl connection when we moved some 8 or so years ago (pre-merger) was painful but typical telstra fuckery. and then post merger, any fault (the copper round here is awful) was an exercise in extreme aggravation.
