The least fun I had was being verbally abused by Telstra executives. The 2000’s and early to mid 2010’s was a toxic abusive culture in Telstra. They truly behaved like spoiled children. I learnt so much about having to deal with truly terrible people

@Telstra Hi Kunal, I understand expiry dates. However, this is the first time I’ve been migrated to a worse plan. Appreciate your offer to help. Please DM me and we can set up a dialogue (or let me know how to get in touch with you). Cheers.

@NBN_Australia I'm getting no where with @Telstra helping to resolve - my service is constantly dropping connection (up to 10 times a day) and only been since upgrades done in our area. They've told me it's a known issue to you - how do I go about getting some more information?

  • midii Ken Moore (@midii) reported

@Telstra I know what an esim is. What I want to know is why do Telstra create a new service “Upfront” and have no support for existing infrastructure. Sounds like a bit pathetic attempt to rush something.

@MaryaEJones @katea76 Anytime friend, we should thank telstra for all their work in making the network free for Aussie numbers

@Telstra Hi Ash, yes I definitely need assistance from someone at telstra to fix this internet problem. As I said before, this is an ongoing problem experienced by the town.

  • burowpaul paul burow (@burowpaul) reported

@Telstra Ok thank you Angie. I called telstra technical faults a few days ago...I know he tried to help and full marks for customer service, but nothing really changed. But the whole has had bad internet service for years..

@Telstra Hi Tom, I mean the NBN one, and I am actually asking the policy that after 21 days what Telstra may help me to improve? Will this service affected by current lockdown situation?

  • developerjack vaxx4vaxx - go get jabbed! (@developerjack) reported

@tchaypo @Telstra Oh clearly. Like its an intentionally customer hostile pattern designed to increase barrier to unsubscribe.

  • Firedingo Firedingo (@Firedingo) reported

And Customers could subscribe to this list. Then you could stop such messages reaching your customers and I'm pretty sure more than a few Australians would happily pay you for such a service. What about you @Telstra & @VodafoneAU? Reckon you guys could all do something here 2/2
