@Telstra I haven't been able to recieve texts apart from telstra from the past week. Can't login to things that use 2FA through SMS. Whats happening?

  • the_other_Chris Chris Mitchell (@the_other_Chris) reported

@Telstra If you could deliver the Velocity service in my new home I'd be able to use internet full stop. I guess that's too hard though right?

  • HoyleFarming Scott (@HoyleFarming) reported

@mittyhayes @Telstra Same in large areas of the YP. Telstra & Optus signal strength declined even disappeared in some areas within sight of towers. Not good enough by todays standards.

  • futhark16 David McCurry (@futhark16) reported

@Telstra Yes, since our suburb was added last year. Site also says that we need to contact our service provider (Telstra) to arrange the upgrade, which we have also done multiple times, but no one knows anything about it on your side.

@evie_blanche @Telstra Yeah we’re having major upload issues and we’re getting told it’s our problem, but we’re doing everything we can and following what they’re telling us to do and it’s still not working.

  • TalentsourcerAU Martin Freeman (@TalentsourcerAU) reported

@Telstra The question I should ask next then…if I’m paying a premium amount to get 5G access & speeds but not currently receiving them shouldn’t I be compensated for the loss of service? Getting around 20% of the download speed but paying 100% of the price. How does that work?

  • LetSleepingDogz Mac on tap 💉💉💉🌎 🇺🇦 (@LetSleepingDogz) reported

@Telstra It’s all fine now. The service had resolved the issue when I came back after a couple of hours.

  • gregglesspiked Greg Willmott (@gregglesspiked) reported

@Telstra what the actual F$&! I’m a business customer transferring services from Optus. It’s been two days and nothing. Every time I call I get what sounds like someone on their mobile phone, which after about 30 seconds of dead air finally answers. This is the service to expect?

  • RacheInMelbs Rachel Jay Stevens (@RacheInMelbs) reported

@Telstra I've just heard another one is down in #bacchusmarsh at an aged care centre + #hospital and people can't get through. Is a way to report these as they happen? #health

@mittyhayes @Telstra Hi, I'm alleging Telstra started reducing and decommissioning 3G (off in 2023) network as the 4G is supposed to be much better. Working across W Australia last 10 yrs, using a Telstra legal Repeater for 8 yrs, I can watch the connections, it is def worsening.
