@Telstra Was on the phone with someone this morning. Nice guy, but unable to help after 1h. Now going to the store. Not really impressed that the resolution after 2 days is go to the store and get them to fix it. Assumed eSIM being digital, technical support would be able to help.

@Telstra I give up! Being told to wait another 24h after only going to support when it didn't activate after 24h from first activation attempt is ridiculous! I'm an existing customer so don't understand how it's a 48h process to activate a esim!

@BcEvolution @CryptoCyberClam @9NewsAUS Sounds like a bad deal to me, "Here's a new phone for the data that was stolen, our bad, the data may enrich those that stole it, & it may also make your life more difficult due to it being used fraudulently" - Telstra (probably) I'd tell them the shove the phone up their ***.

@Telstra There are issues. My direct debit failed, paying it manually via CC failed. Used PayPal but no receipt or payment confirmation though money deducted from account . Now says bill overdue. Not impressed.

@Telstra Still on chat, I got transferred to someone else in the middle of the chat when I asked if anyone is even able to help me or if I have to go to a store or wait till next week to get a new esim. Now being asked to go through the same questions and steps as before.
