    @adrianpenguin1 I’m with Telstra for my wifi (tragically) and it’s been acting up recently so I wonder if they are just generally having some problems at the moment, or if it’s just Telstra being Telstra.

    Finally pull the modem out of the box to connect to @iiNet wireless and do you think it works? Of course not because they didn't activate it as they were supposed to. Going straight to @Telstra if it's not working by the morning, despite the lack of Irish accent.

    @katieqs @Telstra There is obviously something seriously wrong with you to think that somehow damage to which you have no idea about can be fixed in 5 minutes! I’m sure Telstra didn’t destroy their infrastructure to be funny, & are assessing the damage & the best and fastest way to get it fixed!

    @Telstra is there any outages in postcode 5011 in South Australia? My NBN connection has been gone for over an hour (blue light on modem and states broadband service is using backup mode on the modem log in)
