    @Telstra I accidentally hit the $150 pre-paid recharge and I'm having great difficulty finding a way to correct my error or talk to a human. I will go hungry if I can't correct this. I have an ABI so please don't offer a complicated solution, I'm already shaking with trauma..

    @LennaLeprena @Telstra Yes,they gave me a number that was nothing to do with prepaid. The human I spoke to in the cred section suggested I screenshot the conversation to send to him because it was bad information. Thinking 🙄I don't want to start a war, But maybe I do.🤬 They are cheating weaker people

    @SueWilson_235 @Telstra Uggh ... My landline either does or doesn't work; it's so random. If I didn't have a mobile, I'd have to invest in some very fine carrier pigeons.
