😖was hacked using my phone data on laptop after ditching Telstra dongle. Ordered NBN wireless with TPG 17 March. No new NBN orders due to “global shortage” of parts from CHINA needed 2make connection box - SINCE JAN 21 - WAS until end April-May NOW end May-June. 6 MONTHS. WTF😡

@Telstra I've discovered what I think was the problem, I believe the modem kept switching between 4G and 5G leading to disconnections and slow speeds when in 5G. in just 4G mode i think it's alright but I'll come back if it turns out to still be an issue

@Telstra If there's a power outage for over 12hrs,Western Power fixes us up with an extended outage payment.We've been without mobile service since Wed 24/3 with the estimated restoration time of 'to be confirmed'.Where's our money back for a service we dont have full access to?

@andy_penn Andy. I just spent an endless amount of time online trying to get a useful response from your team. They will not phone me to sort out the internet issue for my tenant. Do you see the irony in a telco that won’t phone a customer to sort out a problem? Is Telstra Aussie best Telco
