    @Telstra Never been given a reference number...told id receive an email stating its on its way but nothing....wont be paying a cent either on my bill since i cant even use my modem so why should i pay for it

    @acjuelich Roku doesn't sell in Australia, I think Telstra might rebrand their boxes, but then I couldn't easily tell on the external drive support?
