    I bought a @Telstra prepaid SIM card today in the morning for $30 and it is still not working/activated 🙄🙄🙄

    @andrew_shaw23 @dev_enter @DrEmmaJane Could you get an old voda or Telstra (whoever you’re with) modem and chuck a sim in it - then put up an antenna up high. That way you’ve also got a router set up etc (happy to help with set up if you need it).

    Coming up on 42hrs with an online chat through the @Telstra app. Started with virtual assistant and now on to the fifth person. Appalling customer service.

    @Telstra learn a thing or two from @VodafoneAU. This incident happened at Westfield Parramatta store. How about training the staff on basic customer service skills? @andy_penn

    @isobelroe @aglenergy I ditched AGL last year for similar reasons. They are the only business in Australia with worse customer service than Telstra - and that's saying something.

    @Telstra have been on hold for 50 minutes to report a business line fault!! What kind of business support is that?
