@AFL As an international fan, I'll no longer be able to watch the games live since Telstra has handed of streaming to kayo. Kayo has no intentional service and this decision has effectively cut off your overseas fan base. Great move

@Telstra your customer service is a joke!! Waited an hour to speak to someone only to be cut off. Tried resolving my issue via the app/sms and it takes 30 mins between each comment for you to reply! Clearly you don’t care about your customers!! 😡

And of course, after nearly 2 freaking hours of my workday spent on the phone to @Telstra they managed to accidentally terminate the call so now I have to go through the whole rigmarole again. @Telstra is a joke and I’m amazed that they are only third last on the CANSTAR rating.

Another half-hour in with Telstra. Now not only has my original problem not been resolved, the new problems which have arisen have not been resolved and yet more problems have emerged. After 40 years as a faithful customer, am DONE with you @Telstra
