@Telstra service is hopeless. FOUR MONTHS and I STILL don’t have my work phone moved across to me after being told it was done. UNBELIEVABLE. I should move back to @VodafoneAU - their signal wasn’t great, but they looked after me.

@Telstra Disappointed in your services this week! Not only did the outage on Wednesday affect me (which caused me to use a credit voucher because I thought I was out of credit, of which I still cannot access the balance amount), you're forcing customers to get the app.

@vividlyASMR My *** has better coverage than Telstra’s dogshit network I lose connection between towns only 50km apart in Vic, the most densely populated state

@ChrisMinnsMP Most privatisation does not work. For a few things it made sense. With airports, roads, electricity distribution, network parts of Telstra, the NBN, public transport, it does/did not. Vital, and especially monopoly, infrastructure is almost always worse if privatised.

@JennaPrice Kept getting overcharged for foxtel/,telstra and spending 2+ hours on the phone every month for about 6 months. Found the head of customer experience on LinkedIn and got a phone number, spend 35 minutes explaining the situation and got 18 mths free. Cancelled at the end of that!

@Telstra I started on the home internet but it was so slow, I couldn't load a webpage, so I switched to mobile data and I got the webpage to load but couldn't download a pdf. This doesn't happen in Sydney. It's 4455 - Orange Hill/Roma

@CaseyBriggs I don't 100% need a strong connection during the peak times (pre-covid rail commutes) so maybe you need Optus... But Optus and Telstra have such poor value plans
