    @2GB873 Telstra are offering $15 credit to customers for outage. What??????????????? Brady is on $8 million a year. Can 2GB investigate??? This is disgraceful.

    So where is RCS messaging if emergency technology is important? @Telstra Your CEO just said emerging technology was important at Senate Estimates. It would have allowed more people to message during an outage! @sarahinthesen8 @RossCadell

    @strangerous10 And they pushed back at global roaming as well. Happens as a default in most countries. Would save a lot of problems if Telstra or Optus shared their networks when network problems arose with any communications provider in Australia πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί @AlboMP

    @FetchStep Haven't watched myself yet but have #Telstra actually conceded the Time Sync function -- upon which the entire national mobile network critically depends -- relies on a SINGLE decades old piece of electronics? Really? Hard to believe such incompetence (bad judgment) is possible.

    A reminder that for the half-yearly fiscal report of 2025/26 Telstra posted $1.2B in profit. For HALF A YEAR. But the best they can do when their national network is crippled for their back-end ****-up is a half hearted shrug and a milquetoast "oopsie" email.
