    @Telstra Hi, honestly, not so much. I can’t negotiate for my mother in law and I doubt the issue is limited to her anyway. Maybe just advise sales staff to be careful to match the needs of older folk (whatever they may be) rather than wildly exceeding them. Pensions only stretch so far.

    @Telstra @noreasonspec My NBN black box is overheating. Keeps shutting down. For 3 months I’ve been trying to get it replaced via Telstra. Only works if I run a strong fan on it. Hours of calls. I complain again to get another technicians appointment for Monday .. Telstra calls ... it’s canceled.

    @Telstra Yes indeed I am. My wifi was working then stopped for no reason. My wifi box's light is usually green and is now blue. Any fix for this?

    @NBN_Australia 2/2 I had a NBN tech months ago he said if it’s still shutting down they would replace the box. Still haven’t received it even with multiple escalations with Telstra.
