@Barbara97144258 I live in Melb CBD and refused to connect to NBN because it's so crap, another government disaster. Go get yourself a Netgear LB2120 4G modem, and a Telstra 4G data only sim, problem solved. That's what I've got. And it's portable. I'm faster off 4G than my neighbours NBN.

3) in one day! The Telstra guy stated that he was upgrading the network because of the new 15 acre estate putting in new houses. Excuses, I reckon. We had no online notices from my local council nor from Telstra, none-what-so-ever! I was appalled! And so did others.

@Telstra Partial joke Ollie. Telstra said line be fix by end of March(1month ago) & would send me satellite phone. No news&no phone. Still 12 days to go tho. Is that your cable in video in what was a road and verge? We don’t have electricity here.

@HarperReynoldsX The only difference between them is customer service. They ALL are using the same network (NBN). The quality depends entirely on the equipment used to deliver NBN and has nothing to do with the retailers. PS Belong IS Telstra!

so it seems @Telstra has closed it customer service centers - you have to try and problem solve with them through a dodgy messaging service that they sometimes reply to Its making @Optus or anyone else look appealing
