    I signed up to @Telstra ADSL. A month later—no modem had arrived. I hassled them again, got someone who got the thing done. Got my modem 29 March. 31 March I got a bill for $80. Not bad, 2 days service, $80!

    @Telstra Yes but it was not a technical issue, my question was about increasing prices to prepaid service please explain, what do you need my details to elaborate on a question about prices, how can you say investing in the future when 5g or NBN still **** speeds and don't work,

    Bloody TELSTRA mucked me totally now - Given me a new sim/number I don`t want! And NOT DONE what I Want which was Include original mobile onto plan so I don`t have to voucher (like they used to do). Now I`m non-contactable altogether. Sick of crap service & Expect $$$$

    @Telstra worst sales experience. I am using the online sales team to get a quote for a mobile and nbn bundle and the operator does not understand what NBN50mbs means and just keeps telling me to click a link. Optus is so much better and cheaper. Do not recommend

    Today @Telstra cut my service. So I had the service 29/3–24/4—three weeks for which @Telstra billed me $145 (a $15 discount appeared ???) I would have paid the $80 in 2 days time, and each month after that. @Telstra you ****** up and overbilled me!

    @blu3potion @Telstra After over two hours of messaging they still would not talk to me. Telstra you need to have a good look at yourselves and treat your addiction to not wanting to speak to your customers.
