@Telstra You may not be able to cover it but your staff can at least stop being so rude. Just because I have brown skin, it doesn't mean I cannot be a lawyer. Your staff should also be conscious of the need to act responsibly re covid.

@angharadyeo I kept one "this is telstra IT" scammer on the hook for 2 minutes by pretending to be older, and saying "oh, the wife does all the computer things, I'll just go get her". Put phone down, and went on with my day.

@RedAnton3 That snippet from the report is about a specific number of small cases where there was an issue between Telstra and ESTA leading to very excessive wait times in a very few number of cases. That doesn't explain anything regarding the majority that never met the benchmark.

@DaleHof1234 Stupid Twitter Telstra said do a forced restart. Of course I have tried so they said to contact Samsung. I bought it with Telstra Rewards in May.

@LadyCBean1966 @Baron_Gotcha The midday movies have been replaced with tedious reality show reruns, though sbs movie channel has a fair few good offerings. Bummer about your phone, & not a bit surprised by Telstra; they never fail to disappoint.

@alexmakin @Telstra @Optus I'm with Vodafone and didn't have any issues with roaming service in NYC at all, think they switched us straight to the US carrier. Hubby was with Optus but changed after our first trip.

The service at @Telstra @TelstraEnt stores is inconsistent and often downright rude. I entered into a contract at the Tuggeranong store in ACT last week and the service was awesome. I showed the salesman my ID which was an expired drivers license. The store manager understood ...
