@Telstra 3/ How is a question like that relevant for a customer that has been with Telstra for 3+ years now - let alone migrating to a mobile plan which requires me to provide a guarantee (credit C) in advance and pay in advance and I'm being asked irrelevant questions like hours worked?

  • Tteroq Dr. Hedges (@Tteroq) reported

@Clix @Telstra do you know how to fix this problem? if not can u rt so people know about this problem

@andy_penn @David_Speers Well Andy Penn can you explain to everybody the way Telstra has exploited contractors knowingly. In particular the many contractors and Telstra dealers you never pay properly. @David_Speers i would love to share some evidence of a massive data theft from Telstra

  • KylieJBell KJ (@KylieJBell) reported

What to do when the @Telstra store completely stuff up your account & your internet never works? Troubleshoot, message & call to sort it out, get disconnected because there’s NO SERVICE! @Telstra you need a massive overhaul & I need a new provider

  • matthew_meharg matthew meharg (@matthew_meharg) reported

@Telstra Thanks for the quick response, it’s an office landline however and not home internet. The outage shows we will be without a phone for an entire week even though every business around us has working phones. Just trying to get an update.

  • elizabeth_BBC deez nutz (@elizabeth_BBC) reported

Does @Coles now have the worst customer service in Australia or does @Telstra still hold that record? #pathetic #customerservice

  • gil_hardwick Gil Hardwick (@gil_hardwick) reported

@tanya_plibersek You won't fix it, you f*cked it up yourself, right from the start. What you failed to grasp was all the experienced senior technicians remained loyal to Telstra, and NBNCo ended up with the apprentices. If you want to achieve anything you need to attract talent to your cause.

  • krisgracehely Kris Grace-Hely (@krisgracehely) reported

@abcnews Yes try running a small business with only satellite NBN Too slow to supportMYOB essential online or zoom meetings…only 8km from major regional town Prior to that Telstra charging us $1Kper month for internet via wifi device which was worse NBN cable stopped 1km b 4 our house😡

  • tim_mo_tay Tim (@tim_mo_tay) reported

@AlboMP Pfft. Cables. What about mobile spectrum? Wonder why Telstra happily sold its network to us? Wonder what they are spending their NBN cash on? NBN was a dud idea to start. It’s hurt competition and choice. It’s hurt quality of internet services. Government should have kept out.

@PaulFletcherMP That would have to one of the dumbest lead paras ever. Yes Labor lost office just at the start of rolling out a massive project it conceived in 2010 to fix ur dead lazy holus bolus Telstra selloff. Then you ****** nbn up and are now redoing ur own plan. FFS
