    Not sure why, but @Telstra @AFL app for iOS has gotten really bad, particularly the radio feeds for live games. They used to be solid. Now the sound just cuts in and out. #footysNOTonmyradio

    .@7plus Having huge problems with both Android TV (7+ won’t load at all) and also Telstra TV ( Live TV plays for 20 secs then crashes) You’re spruiking the Olympics hard but at this stage they’ll be impossible to watch. And yes I have contacted tech support who have no solution.

    I'm going to look into switching to @Telstra 's 5G next week Been using @Optus for a few months now and it never gets 5G (despite me being close to a tower) and the 4G completely turns off 2-4 times a day every day requiring constant modem reboots Support never gets back to me

    @karaschlegl I just changed from Optus because of how poor the service is in the inner west Sydney & switched to Telstra & much better

    @Telstra Hi. My auto recharge didn’t work for some reason. I was told I had to manually recharge which I did. In the process I lost all my saved data. Now data is not working at all. I only have voice and messaging services. Any assistance much appreciated please.

    @Optus @Telstra Sorry. Have been doing this dance with literally at least 20 different support personnel for the past 3 months now. Not doing this conversation again.
