-
Marco Luthe (@Saphod) reported@Telstra Sending me a DM that your plans change every month is not really “making me an offer”. That is just telling me to look up current contracts. I can do that myself every month. I don’t need consulting. I know what I want. I was just looking for a better offer as a loyal customer.

Matt Gillard 💉💉 (@mattgillard) reportedThe least fun I had was being verbally abused by Telstra executives. The 2000’s and early to mid 2010’s was a toxic abusive culture in Telstra. They truly behaved like spoiled children. I learnt so much about having to deal with truly terrible people
-
Ken Moore (@midii) reported@Telstra I know what an esim is. What I want to know is why do Telstra create a new service “Upfront” and have no support for existing infrastructure. Sounds like a bit pathetic attempt to rush something.

kat (fizziebloom) (@B0TANIKCALS) reportedliterally why does it have to be this complicated. why lock phones to the telstra network to start with? that's so scummy
-
Tim Moran (@Timothy_Moran) reported@NBN_Australia I'm getting no where with @Telstra helping to resolve - my service is constantly dropping connection (up to 10 times a day) and only been since upgrades done in our area. They've told me it's a known issue to you - how do I go about getting some more information?
-
Add your name (@yungwongfeihong) reported@Telstra I don’t have all day to be going back and forth with y’all via the Telstra app. I’m in my second hour of trying to disconnect my internet from your service
