1. The service level provided by Telstra and its subsidiaries is abhorrent. In a time of disaster and emergency, you rely on machines to work for you. This is an absolute disgrace. Telstra is apawling in its level of service to customers. @Telstra @andypenn

@portraitinflesh We had one in Australia in 1990, I still remember when we got our first push button phone, it was a replacement from Telstra, something to do with changes to the network meant u had to get the updated phones
