@telstra are absolute crooks. “Remove” my internet service without any knowledge or consent on my behalf, and despite it working perfectly, and make me place a new order. Then the 4G backup they say will kick in until the new connection is made is so slow it’s totally unusable.

@Telstra You can see from your systems what wifi is down so sort it yourselves. It's expensive using these devices.

  • tigertufftanya Tanya (@tigertufftanya) reported

@Laughatsaltyge1 We have never had problems with that. Our speed was at 100, but I have also changed providers for internet (was with Telstra, now Aussie Broadband) and will now be at 250.

@Telstra BTW, after over an hr with Customer Service (an hour that I'll not get back & definitely could've been spent better), my modem had **** itself. Mailing new one, but a technician is still coming Monday. What for is beyond me. Why can't he bring a new modem or is that too sensible?

@realDrBrendan ****. How are they going to explain that to Telstra customers? I guess Telstra will be hacked next.

  • gusisinsane Daniel Bedard (@gusisinsane) reported

@kayosports_help @BossFanInOz Oh now this makes sense. It will never be developed because of @Telstra

  • RelCazlick AussieRel 🇦🇺 (@RelCazlick) reported

@Telstra One of the biggest grievances customers have with Telstra is how much time is wasted getting issues sorted. It's getting ridiculous.

  • Luke_pf Luke (@Luke_pf) reported

@DrKate_Miller @VicRoads I think I dodged the Optus one - went back to Telstra about 10-15 years ago. Medibank however 😵‍💫 Luckily I’m in the group where - your claim history shows you wear glasses. No ****. Anyone can just look at me and see that.

@Telstra I can buy a phone from an online retailer in less than 3 minutes… so far 2 hours via chat and still haven’t finished. How would you describe this service? Did the genius that designed this service actually plan for it to take this long? Is this by design?
