The saga with @Telstra continues. I honestly wonder how bad it can get. Again, they direct me to "chat" and their chat don't say anything and it times out. Simply ridiculous.

@andy_penn runs a business with the worst customer service, if @Telstra was a start up right now they wouldn’t last. No help on any form of communication. Customer service representatives who are robotic & can’t understand simple English but are filled with the inability to help.

@Telstra Can someone help me please, I've been trying to sign up to @kayosports for the past month, now that the #AFL Live Pass has gone I've contacted #Telstra to tell them I'm not receiving my one-time pin number! I'm getting extremely angry & frustrated with this ongoing problem 😠

@Telstra No, I called the Telstra number instead. It was an issue with our internet and phone line due to a storm the night before. The gentleman on the phone fixed it by assisting in a reset from his end.

@Telstra Our phone line has been down since Thursday am and the call centre guys say we don’t have a fault showing! several calls later we now need to wait until Monday for a technician. Not impressed.

My internet service was disconnected. Thanks @Telstra, apparently someone said that I was trying to switch provider and nobody contacted me to confirm this. I just got disconnected, spent quite a while on the phone to find this out. I’m not impressed that this can happen.

@ClaireConsider @Telstra @VodafoneAU Because Vodafone uses an eSIM, I could buy a physical Telstra prepaid SIM for my phone and run both if we really needed the Telstra network.
