Big thanks to the Telecommunications Ombudsman for help in dealing with a dispute with @Telstra Really think their powers should be expanded allowing them to make punitive rulings against Telcos... Surely they would fix their horrendous customer service quickly if facing fines

@Telstra Issue is still unresolved. I keep getting timed out of the message service and having to reexplain myself. I have my home phone, internet, mobile & Foxtelnow thru Telstra. My mobile is now out of contract. I may start changing things over to another provider! This is ridiculous!

@Telstra I am not a Telstra customer BUT you own the lines, the issue was put through as a priority, didn't know you'd move so quick interfering with my service between midday n now let's hope its fixed.... yeh right n the Pope's not a catholic 😡

@wendy_harmer Agh getting it connected tomorrow hopefully up n running by then - it’s got so bad had to drive 500 meters up the road cos no phone signal and internet completely sketchy. not good on a crucial Zoom meeting with Germany. WTF is wrong with Telstra friggin dysfunctional

@Telstra what have you done to our 3G network in the country I get full signal and can’t even send a text message let alone make a phone call #pleaseexplain
