@Telstra Yep @Telstra brother has intermittent phone, we're carer's for our mum. And your system won't let me use the rewards points for my internet. Maybe fix that? The rest I'll handle.

@epictreasure1 One listener said one major issue is #Telstra is now only putting a few hours of backup battery in its base stations. In the past, the regulator mandated days of battery but it was reduced. Who knows, but totally inadequate.

I may have sorted Telstra out they are sending a disconnect bill I won’t pay and that’s it they’ve cut off phone and internet even though my parents never used the net .

Why is @telstra live chat so bloody slow today!? It’s usually poor at best but today it is woeful. 1 hour waiting and NOTHING. The stupid site keeps popping up that it’s detecting I’m inactive - more like @telstra is inactive!
